7 Day Digital Landlord Review – Scam Or Legit?

Today, we are going to talk about 7 Day Digital Landlord. Is it legit? Find out more in this review.

There are a lot of ways that people can do to earn money on the internet. One of the things that I often see promoted are those that relate to digital marketing. Now, digital marketing has been a thing for a more than a decade at this point. Despite that, there are still a lot of different training programs focused on it.

If you’re reading this review right now, it’s likely that you’re trying to do research on a particular program. With so many of them in existence right now, you might be wary that the program isn’t actually any good. And as someone who has written a lot of reviews on training programs in this particular niche, I understand the hesitancy.

A lot of these programs advertise how easy it is to earn money through the lessons that you’ll learn from it. Who wouldn’t be enticed to get access to that program? Especially when you see testimonials of previous participants who are earning thousands of dollars? That’s how these programs rope you into paying them money.

So whenever I see something like 7 Day Digital Landlord, I come into with some level of skepticism. I’m still interested in what it has to offer. But there is a  What makes them different from all of the programs that’s already out there? Is there something to there approach that makes them worthwhile? Those are just some of the questions I have going into this review.

7 Day Digital Landlord Review: Quick Details

  • Name: 7 Day Digital Landlord
  • Founder: Peter Beattie and Todd Gross
  • Website: https://www.7daylandlord.com/
  • Socials: Instagram, YouTube
  • Type: Training program
  • Niche: Internet marketing and e-commerce
  • Recommendation: The training program that Peter Beattie and Todd Gross is well-thought out. It is easily understandable for even the most novice of students. But I don’t highly recommend the program because it’s hard to compete with other businesses online especially if they’re using the same templates for their websites.

Who Are Peter Beattie and Todd Gross?

Let’s start off with Peter Beattie. There is a lot to talk about his upbringing. His mother raised him and his three other siblings. She did a lot of the work because his father wasn’t really all that present in their life. It seems that his parents were already separated at the time. And it probably had to do with his dad being an alcoholic.

By the age of 15, Peter moved in to his dad’s house. But it seems that he wasn’t even all that present. He would often hang out with his friends who were also drug users. At some point, Peter decided to move back to his mom’s house. Eventually, his dad died from a drug overdose.

That sort of lead to Peter actually using drugs. But he managed to snap out of it so that he can continue his schooling. He got a job as a construction worker after graduating high school. He did okay at his job. But seeing his fellow workers being miserable sort of lead to Peter choosing to continue his studies.

He decided to take up a course in architectural design at a community college. It wasn’t really something that interests Peter a whole lot. But he just wanted to find something that he could study. Or at least lead to an office job. And it did. But he wasn’t really all that interested in that job. So he looked to the internet for some ideas. And that was when he discovered online marketing.

Something About Todd Gross

You wouldn’t really have expect a former meteorologist to somehow become an expert of sorts in digital marketing. But, for whatever reason, that is actually Todd Gross’s career path.

There isn’t really much to be known about Todd Gross. His career as an on-screen meteorologist started in 1984 when he was hired at a local station in Boston, Massachusetts. He was great at his job. It took about four years before he got promoted as the meteorologist for the morning newscast at the same station. Then it was another four years before he became the chief meteorologist at the station.

By 2006, Todd was slowly transitioning to the online space. He would go on to become an online marketer and a voice-over artist. It is interesting to see people manage to transition into a space that they aren’t familiar with.

I’m not really sure when exactly Todd and Peter decided to collaborate on a training program. But Todd was, at that point, good at what he does. He was able to use his skills as a broadcast to create different online business ventures. Most of the products that Todd and his team offer are all related to video production.

And that leads us to 7 Day Digital Landlord.

But before we go in depth with what you need to know about the 7 Day Digital Landlord program, why not take a look at the recommendation on the link below?

My Favorite Program

What Is 7 Day Digital Landlord?

7 Day Digital Landlord is a program where you can learn how to rent out websites for different businesses.

The term digital real estate has been a term that has been used in the last couple of years. It basically refers to any type of digital asset that you own. One of the most common digital assets are websites. And that’s what the 7 Day Digital Landlord program focuses on.

Similar to real estate investing in real life, you can potential earn a profit by either selling or renting out a website. You may be wondering how on earth you can sell a website. But there are actually a lot of platforms where you can do just that. Though, I have to say this. Just because you have a website doesn’t mean that it would be immediately profitable.

A lot of the websites that often get sold on those platforms often have a decent amount of traffic going into them. Sometimes people don’t want to handle the website anymore. But there is still a consistent audience for it. So when you sell your website to somebody else, it’s theirs to do whatever they want with it. At least, somehow, you get paid for it.

But with 7 Day Digital Landlord, you will learn how to sell a pre-designed website to businesses that want to have an online presence. Not all businesses have the money to make a website from scratch. That involves a ton of money that they may not have. But if you’re renting out a website that’s already fit for their business, you could potentially earn a decent amount of money from it.

So What Do You Actually Get From The Program?

7 Day Digital Landlord offers two licenses, a basic license and a pro license. With the basic license, you can make up to three different websites using any of the 40 templates that comes with the license. That license also includes free web hosting for the custom website’s domain. There’s also a ton of other inclusions that are too much to mention.

The pro license, on the other hand, lets you create as many websites as you want. It also has a lot more templates that you can use to design said websites. Aside from that, you also get access to the Digital Landlord Academy, where you will learn how to sell those websites to potential clients.

The basic license costs $37 while the pro license costs $47. Unfortunately, neither of them are being sold at the moment.

We’re down to the final stretch of the review. But first, why not check out this recommendation?

Final Verdict – 7 Day Digital Landlord Review

I could see why a program like this would work. Like I mentioned earlier, there are a lot of businesses out there who want to have a online presence but don’t have the money to hire somebody to develop a program for them. And since there’s already a website that’s up and running, it definitely takes out all of the guess work when it comes to operating it.

But the thing about it is that you’re going to compete with a lot of other people who have bought a license from Peter and Todd. You’re basically trying to get the same people’s attention if you’re going to rent it out. And just because it’s easy to use a template doesn’t mean you should. But I don’t think a lot of small businesses care all that much. They just want a website that works.
