In the last few months or so, artificial intelligence has been something that a lot of people have been talking about. We have seen different tech companies go all in on artificial intelligence. Companies like Microsoft and Google have slowly been rolling out generative AI tools right within their respective search engines. Honestly, I could make AI write this review for me. But I don’t think that AI could capture my style of writing. It probably could if you feed it enough of my work. But there’s really no point in doing so because none of what I write really makes sense. Usually, it starts off strong. But by the end of the paragraph, it just becomes a rambled mess.
It’s not surprising that a lot of people have been using artificial intelligence as way to generate content that they would post on a platform like X—or Twitter, if you really don’t want to call it that. I have seen a lot of the content that people have generated with the help of artificial intelligence. And most of them are not really good. Somehow, people are really amazed that AI can ape somebody else’s style and churn something that is a facsimile of it. Scraping other’s people work can really help with that. But you get an understanding about why a lot of people, especially those who work in the creative industry, are concerned for their own futures. Artificial intelligence has been a point that the writers and actors guild have been fighting over in their contract negotiations with these big entertainment studios.
So it’s not at all surprising whenever there’s an online training program that’s geared towards teaching people how to use all of these generative AI tools as a way to generate income for themselves. But are courses about that, like AI Side Hustle, actually any good?

- Recommendations: Considering that the website for the AI Side Hustle course is no longer available, there’s really no need to provide any recommendation. It doesn’t exist, why even recommend it to people? Though, I do have to say that using generative AI tools as a way to earn income is kind of dicey. Even though it might alleviate the need to create content for your clients, there’s still a need to put in a bit of work into what you make for your clients. Nothing beats somebody’s innate sense of creativity.
Who Created The AI Side Hustle Course?
I know that I often say this during this particular section of a review. But there is nothing that you could find online with regards to the creator of the course. Somehow, the person who created this course is elusive, to say the least. Based on what I could find, the creator of the AI Side Hustle course is a guy named Joe. That’s it. It’s just… Joe.
I have seen certain people go by a nickname or something like that. In a way, you could see it as their brand. When you make a name for yourself, it’s kind of hard to deviate all that much from that. At some point you’re going to be known for whatever branding you made for yourself. But, seriously though… Joe? Is that really all that he goes by? Man, that kind of sucks.
This kind of thing sometimes happens whenever I write these reviews. The people who create the product or service that I review sometimes don’t really talk all that much about themselves. It’s both a good thing and a bad thing. Good, in the sense that they don’t have an inflated sense of self. Though, if you create an online training program, there is some high self-esteem you need to be able to do that. Bad, because there’s not really much to work with because you don’t really know all that much about them.
From what I could find, Joe had previously created another online training program called The Craigslist Middleman. A website for this particular course is still active. But there’s not really a lot to that website, unfortunately. It does mention the other training program that I am currently reviewing. The old ads for this particular course are still up on YouTube. But none of the people who are in the video is Joe. I guess he hired people to make promotional videos for him?

What Is AI Side Hustle?
AI Side Hustle was an online training program that taught its students how to use artificial intelligence tools in order to earn money. That’s pretty much the gist of what the course was about, based on some of the stuff that I have seen online. There’s nothing really compelling to this particular course because there have been a few of them already out in the market.
Like I have mentioned in a previous section, the website for this particular program is no longer online. It must’ve been shut down months before I started researching for this review. Though, if you’ve ever seen a funnel page for any other training program out there, you could imagine what it might look like.
You might be wondering, “how exactly do I earn money from using these AI tools?” Basically, you’re going to have to sign up for an account on Upwork. If you don’t know what Upwork is, it’s a platform where people can hire freelancers to do certain jobs for them. Upwork is one of the more well-known freelancer platforms out there. So there’s a sense of legitimacy to it.
The gist of the course, from what I could find, is that you would take up any job posting that may require you to create something. It can be an article, voice-over, graphics, etc. Most of that you could generate using any of the available generative AI tools out there. That’s the extent of what you will do in order to earn money from AI. You’re going to accept as many jobs as you can. And you’re using AI to fulfill all of the work needed for those jobs. Sounds easy enough, right?
Apparently, the cost for the AI Side Hustle course was $47, discounted from its original $447 price tag. I’ve seen a lot of creators try to make it seem like their course is a valued more than what they priced it at. So seeing that Joe initially priced his course at $447 makes me laugh.

Final Verdict – AI Side Hustle Review
By this point, you already know what I am going to say, right? I have just rambled on for most of the length of this review. There’s really no point in me writing this verdict for something that doesn’t really exist anymore. You can’t really try it for yourself. So why is there a need for verdict? Well, this is just how these reviews go. I’m following a format. I can’t really deviate from it since this is how it usually is. It’s actually nice to have some sense of structure.
I will say, however, that it’s kind of sketchy to earn money from the work that you didn’t actually do yourself. You couldn’t really avoid AI all that much. It’s easy not to use any of the generative AI tools that are already out there. A lot of people don’t use it, especially those who create stuff for a living. There is a space for these types of tools. But it’s definitely bad if you take credit for something that you didn’t really put a lot of effort into. Sure, you typed down the keywords that the generative AI tool used to create a graphic for you. But that’s really the extent of what you did.
Even though it would be easier for me to have AI write this whole review for me, I still enjoy putting my own thoughts into this big old text box. As much as I dread having to write, there is still some sense of relief that I was able to make something. Even if it’s not all that great.
