What is Awesome REI?
Like I already mentioned, Awesome REI is a real estate investing training program. It claims that it can help those who want to invest in the real estate niche without having the knowledge, the expertise, and the certifications.
Each program guarantees that there are no risks involved and that anyone may follow the steps to success. Dozens of regular folks, just like you and me, have claimed that they made a lot of money by applying the methods taught in the school’s free workshops that precede each course.
But could this really be accurate? No company model is risk-free, even if it promises a lot in return. There’s nothing you can do but weigh our options carefully and pick a model that suits your level of comfort with uncertainty.
Is the program for everyone?

Lee Arnold, the “King of Private Money,” teaches his students how to form a private equity fund and negotiate a deal between himself and a real estate individual or corporation through Capital Syndicate.
You may make anywhere from $5000 to $6000 per month based on how many contracts you close successfully.
In theory, there are just three measures to take: Communicate via email (using Lee-created templates), make phone calls (using Lee-written scripts), and submit paperwork (overseen by Lee). Basically, Lee will be paying you to uncover business opportunities for him.
Default Deals by Peter Vekselman
If you want to learn how to identify default deals and then broker a deal between various homeowners and Peter’s team, then Default Deals may be the training program for you.
It consists of 5 modules that will teach you how to do just that. You’ll get paid for each partnership that turns a profit, just like in Capital Syndicate.
There are four phone scripts that will instruct you on exactly what to say to homeowners, as well as various marketing letter and template examples to get you started.
The Vacant HouseBank by Cameron Dunlap
Find unoccupied houses around the US, buy them cheaply, and then flip them for a profit with the help of Vacant HouseBank’s instructional videos.
Cameron claims that insufficient capital and an absence of desirable opportunities are the primary causes of real estate failure.
Using transactional funding, Cameron will show you how to obtain your first unoccupied property flip in this 4-part course. Several people claim to have made $10,000 or more in a few of weeks.

Cameron’s goal is to see more individuals like you succeed in real estate, so he put together this financing from his family’s business, the Family Back.
Once you have secured finance, the fourth and final module of the curriculum will show you how to successfully close your first contract.
Also, for your first six months as a REI member, you will be entitled to an unlimited supply of “proof of financing” letters.

This program consists of three parts and shows you how to get a tax-equivalent return. If you lend money to the government, they have to pay you back with interest, therefore there’s no particular risk involved.
The time commitment is short and the financial return is substantial.
This is a relatively fresh offering from Awesome REI. Jay Drecksel, who once struggled to put two pennies together while living with his daughter in a basement, teaches it.
Weekly Cashflow Triggers
To my knowledge, this is the only program of its kind to charge a flat fee of $4,997, and it is a closed-group format.
Using a “hidden” cashflow opportunity, it claims to show you how to get checks for about $500.
Is Awesome REI a Scam?
Awesome REI is not a fraud, but prospective students should always check the program’s details before signing up.
Investing in real estate is not as simple as the program makes it sound; despite its assurances to the contrary, you should proceed with caution. As every one of these courses comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, enrolling in them poses little to no risk.
Yet, it is not made apparent whether or not a refund is simple to request.
Final Verdict – Awesome REI Review
Besides having a generous refund policy, Awesome REI also features reasonably priced courses. While some of the instructors may have a checkered past, you may still learn a lot about the local real estate market and benefit from participating in any of the programs.
Awesome REI, however, has oversimplified a number of procedures and claims that the sector is “simple to master” and profitable. The truth is that success in real estate still calls for work, expertise, and understanding.
