In the course, you can get advice from a seasoned investor on how to get started in the property market.
Blair also shares his tried-and-true methods for making money in real estate.
The requirements are not really that demanding. You just need strong motivation to achieve real estate success, as well as have relevant experience. The latter is preferred but not required.

The more money you put in, the more contacts you’ll make. So, the speed at which you ramp up is entirely up to you.

In other words, you need to be a “House-Buying Ninja” and flexible enough to negotiate in any direction the seller and the home demand.

This method is using the terms of the agreement as “bait” to entice buyers who are actively searching for a home like the one we’re selling.
It means that we compile a list of potential buyers based on their expressed interest.
Contrary to what many self-proclaimed experts say, you don’t need to work on growing your consumer base before you really have a sale.
Blair’s team compiles the Buyers List “on the fly,” in whichever city the opportunity presents itself. This means that leads from potential purchasers start pouring in immediately.
Then, you’ll put the provided scripts to work to do some preliminary vetting and determine who among them is a viable lead and who could be a threat.

His programs all seem to promise success in real estate, and he encourages first-time investors to enroll under his tutelage. Sure, he seems to know what he is talking about, since he is speaking from experience.
However, what I don’t agree with is that he seems confident enough that his course is guaranteed to make you rich, and that his methods can work for anyone.
Well, I beg to differ. Not everyone can make mistakes in their investments, so I suggest thorough care in doing so.
