Today, we’re going to take a look at Blair Phillip’s Flip The Career Switch program. Is this legit? Find out in this Flip The Career Switch review.
Most people today are already feeling that working 9-5 isn’t going to cut it for them. In fact, the more they push themselves to it, the more that they burn themselves out.
And it only gets worse for most people due to our current pandemic situation. Since basically, every one of us is in “Survival Mode“, which only further contributes to our work stress.
Fortunately, it doesn’t have to be that way. In fact, there are plenty of opportunities right now where you can earn a form of passive income without having to stress yourself out too much.
Flip The Career Switch claims to be one of those systems. You may have heard of this system in a random advertisement online.
This program claims to tell you “the exact system non-techies use to make $7,000 per month online, even during a recession”.
While it sounds good on paper, how legitimate can this system be? Will you be able to achieve financial freedom when you join this?
You should read this Flip The Career Switch first. So that you can weigh in the positives and the negatives of this program before you join.
DISCLAIMER: This is a fully independent Flip The Career Switch review. I’m not affiliated with Flip The Career Switch itself, or its owner Blair Phillips, in any way or form whatsoever.

What Is The Flip The Career Switch Program?
The “Flip The Career Switch” program describes itself as a “High Ticket Affiliate Marketing” program. This simply means that through this program, you’re going to be an affiliate for a potentially high-priced product, and you’ll be earning big commissions whenever it gets sold.
It also bills itself as a “done-for-you” marketing system. This means here, you’ll get everything that you need to get started on earning via being an affiliate marketer. From the website, the hosting, to the affiliate links, it’s all “done-for-you”.
But here’s the actual secret behind it.
The “Flip The Career Switch” program is also an affiliate link in itself. It’s to get you to join the main program called Matt’s Marketing Blueprint.
In fact, the “Flip The Career Switch” website isn’t just the only affiliate that acts as a link to Matt’s Marketing Blueprint. The Prosperity Warrior is another one of those websites.
It’s a usual strategy most affiliate marketers do, but it’s more commonly done with MLM companies. They would create a sales funnel website, stating that they have a moneymaking opportunity without even going into detail about what it is.
They would only reveal more details on it once you signed up for their call-to-action (usually by getting your email or your contact number). This effectively makes you their “lead”, and expect to be frequently contacted by them to get you to join their program.
In fact, some of them don’t even use a website at all. Their sales funnel can also come in the form of a downloadable ebook, for instance.
The Man Behind The Flip The Career Switch Program
The person behind the Flip The Career Switch program is named Blair Phillips.
Other than he’s someone who claims will help you “change your life” and “achieve your dreams of financial freedom”, not much is really known about him.
He may not even be an actual financial guru. He may probably be just your average marketer who just has good SEO skills
But one thing’s for sure. He’s just one of the many affiliates of the so-called “Matt’s Marketing Blueprint”.
What Can You Get From Flip The Career Switch?
As Flip The Career Switch is basically just a “front” for Matt’s Marketing Blueprint, technically you’ll also get the same marketing content that the FTCS program uses in order to be an affiliate.
Here’s a list of what you can get when you sign up for this.
“Done-For-You” Marketing Materials
This consists of the complete sales funnel website and the affiliate links needed for you to start earning money. The domain and hosting services for your website are also covered for you as well. All you need to do is to enter your details on those links.
Basically, once you sign up with the affiliate link that Flip The Career Switch uses, you’ll also become an affiliate of Matt’s.
The system also includes some training videos that teach members some basics about marketing.
These include how you can promote anything online, as well as how to find the right products to promote (which, obviously, will point out to either this course, or to other products affiliated with this program).
You will also learn here how to use various kinds of paid ads, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, to help promote your product.
Finally, there are also training videos that you can watch for list building, creating sales letters, and others.
Dedicated Sales Team
If you’re worried about customers inquiring about your offers, you don’t have to.
Included in your subscription is access to your own dedicated sales call team. This team will handle any potential leads that go through your affiliate links, sales closing, and overall general customer service.
If you also want your lead generation to be “done-for-you” as well, it’s also available here. However, you’ll need to pay a monthly fee to be eligible to do so.
Once you’re availed of it, the system will then generate leads for you and direct them to your affiliate website.
Other PLR Products
Aside from the actual program itself, it will also allow you to sell various PLR products to customers for even more potential profit.
Once some of these products are bought using your affiliate link, you’ll also get a percentage-based commission similar to when someone buys this program from you.
How Much Does Flip The Career Switch Cost?
Again, as Flip The Career Switch is basically just an affiliate to Matt’s Marketing Blueprint, the costs that are stated here apply to Matt’s Marketing Blueprint instead.
It offers a total of four levels, with each level offering additional benefits than the last.
The levels are…
- Gold – $3,247
- Platinum – $7,447
- Diamond – $14,647
- Royal – $21,847
Note that the amount of investment that you paid for this program will also determine how much can you earn.
But if you want to join in this business model, keep in mind that this doesn’t cover the cost of using paid ads to promote this product. So you have to shoulder that as well.

How Much Can You Earn With Flip The Career Switch?
The amount that you can earn from being an affiliate of Matt’s Marketing Blueprint (via FTCS) depends on the level that is purchased by your lead.
Everytime someone buys the product using your affiliate link, you’ll get a commission of 50%. The higher the level they availed, the higher your earnings will be.
But there’s also a catch here. Your earnings here are capped up to the investment level that you have joined.
This means if you availed of Gold, and your referral avails of a Platinum investment level, you won’t earn a commission at all.
But say, for example, you are Platinum, and your referral avail of Gold, then you WILL get a commission. That’s why they always recommend availing of the Royal level.
I think we can safely assume that Flip The Career Switch availed of the Royal level affiliate, given that it’s heavily promoting this program. So if for any reason, you joined Matt’s Marketing Blueprint via FTCS’ affiliate link, Blair Phillips himself will get a commission, regardless of what level you purchased.

Is Flip The Career Switch Worth Your Time?
To be fairly honest, I don’t think joining Matt’s Marketing Blueprint (or any of its affiliates, Flip The Career Switch included) is worth it at all.
First of all, there’s little to no training that you can learn from this program. They just give you everything you need, teach you the basics, and that’s it. You’re basically on your own.
They don’t even teach you any advanced marketing training like proper SEO, an effective campaign using paid ads, etc.
I could understand that this prospect may be attractive for some people who don’t really want some heavy work to earn money, but this is just not it. It’s not giving you the value that you deserve because you don’t really learn anything much from this.
Secondly, it’s going to be quite hard to convince some people to buy this program, if there isn’t any product at all. After all, no matter how you look at it, this is essentially a pyramid scheme. Wherein the only way that you could earn money from this is by recruiting other people to the scheme.
Even some multi-level marketing companies are slightly better than this because they still have an actual product you can sell. But even then, most people don’t trust these marketing schemes anymore because of it’s questionable earning methods (more on that below).
But the biggest killer of this system is during one of their questionnaires when you’re first applying.
Simply put, if you don’t have enough money to join them, they’ll help you take out a loan. Why would any moneymaking opportunity encourage you to go into debt just so you can join them?
But then again, this is a common occurrence especially when you’re approached by a hunbot inviting you to join an MLM business…
10 Shocking MLM Statistics That You Need To Know
Matt’s Marketing Blueprint by itself isn’t an MLM, since there’s no product to sell at all behind it. In fact, it could even be worse.
But as these pyramid schemes operate on the same level, it’s important to know these facts
- Almost 99% of participants of all multi-level marketing companies (and similar schemes) lose money, according to the FTC.
- There are 38% more chances of you profiting from your own any kind of small business than joining these MLMs.
- The success rate of an online business, which will give you financial and time freedom, is 20% more than joining MLMs for making money.
- The odds of you winning a lottery worth $10k among 10,000 people is 300 times higher than actually making money from MLMs.
- According to the AARP foundation, 47% of distributors of all MLMs lose their money. Apart from this, 27% do not make a single penny.
- Of the remaining 26% that actually make money, 53% of them make less than $5000/year.
- 39% of that 53%, who are making $5000/year quit because recruiting and selling crappy products to friends and family members jeopardized their relationships.
- Forget about building a long-term business with MLMs, because 50% of all MLMs participants quit within one year.
- 75% of people that joined MLMs say that they will never again join any kind of MLM.
- A poll was conducted in 2018 among 1050 MLM distributors and it was concluded that most of them made 70 cents an hour and 20% of them did not make a sale. 60% of them made less than $500 in sales over the past 5 years and 32% of them acquired credit card debt to finance their MLM involvements.
Flip The Career Switch Review: Final Thoughts
Closing off this Flip The Career Switch review, let me share my last thoughts regarding this.
The idea of using done-for-you marketing systems is nice, admittedly. though. But think about it.
If you let others manage your own business for you, whether it’s online or offline, how can you make sure that it’s working properly? How can you make sure that the business itself is performing well and that your investment is profiting from it?
Most of the time, the answer will be, you can’t. Because you don’t really have any control over it.
Besides, according to FTC guidelines, a business opportunity that focuses on recruiting without selling products is automatically considered as a scam.
And as Flip The Career Switch and Matt’s Marketing Blueprint fit that description so well, it’s easy to determine that this business model is just a scam.
I’m not going to be surprised if sooner or later, it may be banned by the FTC sooner or later. If such is the case, then why would invest your money in something that’s most definitely a fraud?
Fortunately, you, dear readers are in luck. I can recommend you to a good system for making money online. And it provides good value for anyone.
