Bonvera Review: Is This Another Health MLM Scam?

Today we will be reviewing a company called Bonvera. Is Bonvera a scam? Find out in this Bonvera review.

I think the reason why you are here today is because someone from Bonvera got in touch with you, and you got curious about what the company does and what’s it really about. After all, I am pretty sure that the hunbot who made contact with you promised quite a lot of so-called “benefits” which you can get in the company.

I am sure that whatever they offered you is so tempting, which made you curious enough to research them. I commend your efforts though, because it is great that you decided to come by here and not took their words by face value.

This doesn’t sound so surprising to, as I have reviewed quite a lot of MLMs already. That aside, I am not really surprised anymore by how many lies MLMs like to tell in a daily basis, judging on how their business models operate. I will be revealing more truths about this MLM further along this Bonvera review, so I suggest you stay and continue reading.

Before we go further in this Bonvera review, I will define two terms first: MLM and pyramid scheme.

MLM members make money by selling products and recruiting new members. In pyramid schemes, members could only make money by recruiting people. Pyramid schemes are illegal and banned by the FTC.

As a disclaimer, I am not affiliated with Bonvera in any way.

Hopefully this Bonvera review can help you decide whether you want to sign up for the company or not.

How Do MLMs Work?

Welcome to the section where I discuss MLMs in general. Here, we take a short break from the review, and I will be discussing some facts about MLMs which you may not know if it is your first time encountering one. I believe that MLMs are the worst, and that you shouldn’t join one if you want to save yourself from all the stress.

Today, let us talk about why MLMs execute cult-like tactics in order to manipulate people in doing what they want.

Let me present you with a common occurrence in an MLM. MLMs want you to sign up for them and work full-time for them. Basically, what they want you to do is to depend on them. They want you to think that what they are doing is the best way you can achieve success in your life, but in reality, it would mean years of stress and worse financial struggles.

They want you to bring in your friends and family into the business. Sure, they want you to share the products with them so that you can get customers, but these MLMs get quite greedy. They want you to persuade the people closest to you to sign up for the company so they can manipulate more people.

MLMs also want to control your spending. If you are wondering why MLMs want you to meet sales quotas, then here is your answer. They also heavily encourage trying out the products yourself, and purchasing large quantities of it for ‘personal use’ if you cannot meet your quotas by selling.

What I don’t understand is that is not how you should run a business. If you own a business, should you be buying your products yourself? Of course not. So why is that acceptable for an MLM? Because you are the customer.

Is Bonvera a Pyramid Scheme?

Since Bonvera members earn money both by selling services and recruiting new members, then it is safe to say that Bonvera is not a pyramid scheme.

However, since Bonvera is still an MLM, do not expect to make money if you have no plans on recruiting people. Recruiting will earn you significantly more money than actual product selling, and is more encouraged.

This just makes Bonvera look like a pyramid scheme in disguise, doesn’t it?

Pyramid scheme vs Multi-level marketing

Like Globallee, Truvy, and Liv International, Bonvera is not a pyramid scheme.

Is Bonvera a Scam?

No, Bonvera is not a scam.

However, if you think this is enough for you to jump in Bonvera’s so-called opportunity straight away, then I suggest that you hold your horses. This is just the most basic thing, so don’t go signing up for this company right away.

Before making your decision, I suggest that you do a thorough research on the MLM first. You can consult some of the sources I listed below. Take note that you can definitely consult any source you want to, but the sources I listed below are the best kinds to consult, for various reasons listed.

What Sources Should You Look For?

There are three kinds of sources that you can consult when it comes to researching MLMs. There are other kinds of sources, but I believe that these three sources will be of the most help to you.

If you are looking for the best sources which tackle the MLM in question in a detailed way, then the best source you could look for are third-party reviews. These reviews publish unfiltered facts that are gained through research and by scouring the internet for facts. These reviews, like this Bonvera review you are reading right now, are unaffiliated with the company they are writing about, so they are not afraid to publish whatever their research said, be it positive or negative.

There are also a lot of online communities that are pretty active. They discuss MLMs daily in forums, and these forums are often updated with the newest information the members get from doing their own research and from discussing between themselves. You can join in these discussions. They are pretty accommodating, as their goal is to educate as many people as possible about MLMs.

You can also look for testimonies made by people who have been part of MLMs in the past. They document their sentiments and post it in media sharing sites. These often contain information that MLMs do not really want to reveal to the public eye, so you can get valuable knowledge from these.

How to Make Money from Bonvera

Since Bonvera is an MLM, there are two basic ways to make money with the company. and these are:

  1. Selling products
  2. Recruiting members

These are not the only ways to make money in Bonvera, as you have the potential to earn bonuses and benefits along the way. MLMs could be pretty scummy, yes, but they do maximize your earning potential by presenting you with quite a lot of options to make money.

However, take note that most of these methods often involve recruiting. This is because MLMs encourage recruiting more than selling. This is why you need to make a downline and beg for people to sign up under you.

They make this daunting task sound easier than what it takes. Let me tell you now that there is no way you can succeed in an MLM if you have no plans to recruit people. You can possibly succeed by selling alone, as there are very few options presented to you to boost your income for sales.

Remember that the MLM business model is not sustainable, so as time goes by, you will run out of people to recruit.

MLMs do not really care about how many products you sell. What they care about is how many you buy and how many people you can bring in.

Bonvera Products

Bonvera Review - Bonvera products 2

Bonvera sells products that could be divided in the following categories:

  • Skincare
  • Vitamins
  • Energy Drinks
  • Weight Loss
  • Superfoods
  • Coffee
  • Essential Oils
  • Household Essentials

How Much Can You Make?

Bonvera does not publish an income disclosure statement. This means that we don’t really have the necessary data that could tell us how much people can really earn once they sign up for this MLM. To be honest, this is the common theme that occurs on MLMs, so it isn’t so surprising to me anymore.

Sure, Bonvera can use the excuse that they are quite new to the business, but they have been in business for more than two years. That is enough time to take into account important details like how much their members make. Maybe they already thought about that, but I guess they are just not too keen to reveal that information.

I mean, if Bonvera members lose money instead of earn money, then I guess they would not be willing to reveal that info. After all, that would mean that they will lose quite a lot of potential members.

Things I Like in Bonvera

Bonvera is pretty new to the MLM game, so there is not much information available about them yet. But I can tell one thing for sure – they are not as different to other MLMs I have encountered before. Let’s focus on the negatives instead, since I couldn’t think of anything positive about them during this time.

Things I Dislike in Bonvera

Expensive Products

Well, here we are again with a company that refuses to price their products reasonably. However, I am not really surprised by this, judging by MLMs run their business. They pretend that they are selling premium products, so it is okay to charge expensive prices. We know that that is a lie anyway, considering by their reputation of lying just to make sales.

Maybe Bonvera thinks that they are a company that will be the next big thing in the health and wellness niche, which makes them have the mentality that people will be willing to pay however much they charge.

As a customer, will you be willing to pay a high price just to get products like these which you can find somewhere else for much lower prices? Yeah, I don’t think you would.

Saturated Market

Bonvera isn’t the first MLM in the health and wellness niche that I have reviewed. In fact, even though I already reviewed quite a lot of them, I don’t think I can possibly go through every MLM in this niche. This just tells us that there are quite a lot of them out there.

That aside, I am not surprised by how these MLMs are milking such a profitable industry. After, health and wellness companies make a lot of money, because people consume their products a lot. Repeat purchases are what keeps the business alive.

It is an MLM

This is an MLM, so it means that a lot of people definitely failed in this venture. In fact, 99% of people who join MLMs fail to make money, and they do not even earn back their initial investment.
