Today, we are going to talk about the Bye 9 to 5 Course. Is it legit? Find out more in this review.
It takes a while for a creator to build their audience. Regardless of whatever platform that you are in, you will have a fairly difficult time trying to build an audience out of nothing. Naturally, you will attract people who will enjoy the content that you make. It may not be a lot at first. But when you continuously create whatever type of media that attracted your initial audience, you might find yourself having hundreds or thousands of subscribers to the work that you do. That is just the nature of being a creator of something. You never really know who will see your work until you start making it and putting it out there.
With a platform as huge as YouTube is, you are bound to find your audience there. A lot of people are often on the lookout for authentic connections with the people that create different types of media. In the case of YouTube, it is mostly videos. There are people who are going to have some interest that is similar to yours. So it is easy to attract those types of people to your channel. Not everybody who creates and publishes their work online have the intention of building an audience. Sometimes, they just really want to show people their interests. Getting people to enjoy their works is just a bonus for them. But for some, their intentions might involve wanting to earn money from their work. They worked hard on a video. Why shouldn’t they get paid for it?
Some have the confidence to put themselves in front of the camera. It is easier to connect with someone if you know that they are real. But sometimes there are those who are shy about putting their face out there. So they would often just use their voice in their videos. And somehow it works for them. This was kind of the preface for when Jordan Mackey created the Bye 9 to 5 Course. He saw that it was relatively easy to earn money from making videos on YouTube without having to put your face in front of the camera.
But is his course worth all the trouble? Or are you better off trying something else? Well, we’re going to find out in just a little bit.

Who is Jordan Mackey?
Jordan Mackey is a content creator and the founder of the Bye 9 to 5 course.
From what I could find, Jordan has a pretty decent resume. He graduated with bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Iowa State University. Around the time that he was graduating, he also took up a job a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. After that, he went on to work as a customer experience specialist for one to the three major telecommunications company in the U.S.
Shortly after, he started to get his master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He also served as campus visit representative during his first year in graduate school. While he was finish his masters, he was also working for a financial services company. He was promoted from quality assurance intern to a business analyst within a year of working there. That was the last corporate job that he had before he went on to become a content creator.
It seems that Jordan has been utilizing YouTube automation ever since he started in December 2017. It wasn’t until April 2018 when Jordan started the Bye 9 to 5 channel. But somehow Jordan has a gold play button plaque signifying that one of his channels, just named “Jordan”, has reached a million subscribers. If you search for a YouTube channel called “Jordan,” you wouldn’t really find it easily. There are a lot of other more widely searched channels that have the same name. For some reason, Jordan Mackey has never linked any of the channels that he had gotten a plaque for on the Bye 9 to 5 channel. I mean, why wouldn’t he? He has more than a million subscribers combined from all of those channels. Why wouldn’t he show his viewers exactly what those channels look like? Even though, at the time of writing, Bye 9 to 5 only has more than 50,000 subscribers.
But before we go in depth with what you need to know about the Bye 9 to 5 course, why not take a look at the recommendation on the link below?
What is the Bye 9 to 5 Course?
The Bye 9 to 5 Course is an online training program that Jordan Mackey created to teach you how to earn money from running a faceless YouTube channel. Supposedly, you could earn up to $60,000 a month if you use the the information that you would get from the course. Granted, that was what the kind of income that you could scale up to within almost four months of running a faceless YouTube channel.
A Quick Guide to YouTube Automation
Faceless YouTube channels uses a method called YouTube automation. This particular term could have two meanings. The first is pretty simple. You are using specific tools or programs to automate certain processes of running a channel. It’s mostly just the management side of running a YouTube channel. This involves scheduling video uploads, adding closed captions to videos or even managing comments on the channel.
The second meaning refers to outsourcing certain parts of the creation process to freelancers. This involves creating the actual videos as well as the thumbnails that you will use for those videos. If you think about it, there’s not really any automated processes to it. You’re just hiring people to do the work for you. There is nothing automated about it. But when you search for YouTube automation online, a lot of creators would use this specific meaning for it.
What Exactly Is Included With the Bye 9 to 5 Course?
What you get from the Bye 9 to 5 Course is access to a web portal when you can learn everything that you need to know in order to run a successful faceless YouTube channel. The main Bye 9 to 5 Course is called the Tube Monetization and Automation program. It is a course that has over a hundred different lessons group into different modules. Each module has an assessment at the end where it tests you to see if you have understood the contents of the lesson.
The first module introduces you to the program. It also has a lesson that teaches you about the four main types of YouTube channels. The following module is focused on finding the niche with which your YouTube channel can flourish. It could be about anything. TV, movies, even topics like ecommerce or digital marketing. There is a lot of niches that you can be in.
The following module talks about the basics of setting up and running a YouTube channel. It goes through every single step that you have to go through to create a YouTube channel. You will also learn how to download videos from YouTube and other social media platforms. It does seem that one of the things that you might do in order to run a faceless YouTube channel is using other people’s content in your videos.
The next module is on monetization. You will learn how to make your YouTube channel eligible for YouTube’s Partner Program. This is an important step when it comes to potentially earning money from your YouTube channel. If your channel does not become eligible to be part of the Partner Program, then you can’t really earn any money from the videos that you put out. This module includes the practices to make sure that your channel passes the review.
There succeeding modules are about keyword research, creating and editing videos, additional monetization techniques, outsourcing and automation, as well as affiliate marketing. It is interesting that they included affiliate marketing in this program. With affiliate marketing, you have an alternative or additional way of earning money from your channel without having to actually make any content.
The cost for the entire Bye 9 to 5 course is either a one-time payment worth $697 or three monthly payments worth $297. Surprisingly, Jordan Mackey has a 120-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the training videos included in the Bye 9 to 5 course, you could get your money back.
We’re down to the final stretch of the review. But first, why not check out this recommendation?
Final Verdict – Bye 9 to 5 Course Review
I do not recommend that you check out the Bye 9 to 5 Course. There is nothing particularly new that you could get out of the course that you wouldn’t find easily on YouTube. I mean, Jordan is still making videos about YouTube automation on his channel right now. So you could just watch those if you want to.
While there is a potential to earn money from running a faceless YouTube channel, it will take a while for you to build an audience. That is just the nature of being a content creator. Even if you manage to find a niche that is not oversaturated or keywords that are being heavily searched for, there are still going to be other videos that might get people’s attention before yours does.
I was initially curious about the addition of a module focused on affiliate marketing. But the more that I thought about it, the more that it made sense. It’s hard to just rely on a single stream of income. You have to diversify a little bit if you want to be earning a bit more. Even then, affiliate marketing doesn’t guarantee that you will also earn a lot of money from it.
