Unfortunately, there isn’t a lot of information available with regards to Marcel Fernandes that you could find online. Whenever there’s somebody who has an online training program to promote, they usually have some kind of social media presence to reach their audience. While Marcel Fernandes does have social media accounts, most of the content that he posts is in Portuguese. It’s not bad to have a very specific audience to cater to, but there isn’t really much to work especially if they’re using a language you’re not fluent it.
Fortunately, his training program has a sales funnel page. (It would be weird not to have one, considering what the program is about.) In the introductory video on that page, Marcel mentions that his family wasn’t really well-off. His father had worked as a delivery guy for a famous pizza chain while his mother worked as a maid. There isn’t any other thing that he talked about with regards to his personal life. At some point, he had gotten married. But there is a big information gap that can’t really be filled.
The story of how he got into this business is when a friend of his told him about it. Apparently, Marcel’s friend had been doing it for a while. So his friend pretty much taught him everything that he knew. That’s pretty much how most of these types of online courses start. Somebody teaches them, then they use the knowledge that they have to teach other people. And that’s where Chat Money System comes into play.

Chat Money System is an online training program that teaches you how to become a digital marketing broker. You may be wondering what exactly a digital marketing broker is. It is pretty much just a person who helps a business generate more leads by using digital and social media marketing. Lead generation is often one of the things that a lot of business owners struggle with when it comes to their business.
Lead generation is this process of turning people into actual paying customers for your business. In marketing, lead generation often uses a technique called the sales funnel. What you’re going to learn from the Chat Money System program is how to use social media as a way of generating leads for a business. Usually, that involves making ads that lead to a sales funnel page for the business. Once those leads go through the sale funnel, they become potential customers.
The reason why it’s called the Chat Money System is that you’re mostly going to use direct messaging on a platform like Instagram. Based on what I could find with regards to the contents of the course, it seems that they really put a lot of focus onto using Instagram as the main line of communication with your clients. It’s an interesting strategy, to say the least. I’ve never seen a digital marketing course push specifically for a single platform. Usually, when you’re getting into digital and social marketing, you kind of have to go where there are the most users. Most of the time, it’s platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. But pushing to use Instagram as the primary mode of contact with you and your prospective clients seems like an interesting bet. Sure, there are millions of businesses promoting on Instagram. But compared to Facebook, you’re not really reaching a lot of users in that platform.
There are a total of 13 modules to the entire Chat Money System course. A lot of those modules are mostly about setting a mindset for how you’re going to run a business. Only a small chunk of the entire course talks about using Instagram to chat with your clients. There’s one module that’s focused on teaching you how to spruce up your Instagram profile so that you could attract potential clients. In a way, you’re also using lead generation for yourself.
The good thing about the course is that it’s relatively cheaper compared to some of the digital marketing-related training programs that I’ve reviewed in the past. You only have to pay $97 to get access to the entire course. They also have an add-on called the Success Fast Track, which is just a daily call session with Marcel so that you could learn how to quickly earn money. Compared to the one-time payment for the Chat Money System course, Success Fast Track is a monthly subscription worth $27.

Final Verdict – Chat Money System Review
I do not highly recommend Chat Money System to anyone. While Marcel Fernandes does try to squash any expectation that you’ll be earning huge amounts from using this “system,” it’s still not really enough for me to recommend it. I mean, it’s great that he’s being realistic in how much potential earnings could be. But something like lead generation takes a lot of work especially if you’re actually planning to run your own digital marketing agency.
Focusing on a single platform to reach your intended clients is a risky bet. While Instagram does have large amount of users, a lot of potential customers probably aren’t really on that platform. Facebook is still, somehow, the default platform that most businesses try to reach their customer base. Younger generations aren’t really on Facebook all that much because of understandable reasons. But there’s still an audience you could reach.
Running your own digital marketing agency is hard to do. Even if you export the rest of the work to freelancers, you’re still liable to your clients at the end of the day. It’s not going to be easy work. You have to exert a good amount of effort into making it be successful.
