Who Are Justin Oglesby and Zach Williams?

Justin Oglesby and Zach Williams are the co-founders of Conversionly, a consultation company focused on lead generation and online marketing.

There is not a lot to be known about either of them, to be honest. Though, you could find a lot more about Justin Oglesby than Zach Williams online. So let’s get into that whole thing.

One of the interesting things that I found out about Justin Oglesby is he was a semi-professional rodeo player and bull rider when he was growing up. That experience lead him to take up a degree related to sports medicine and athletic training when he was an undergrad in college. He had gotten sick while he was on a mission trip in India. It was when he was recovering that he realized how much fickle life can be.

That was kind of the push that Justin needed that lead him to his current path. So once he had gotten better, he returned to America. At some point after that, Justin decided to get a master’s degree. He worked at an orthopedic company for a few years in the sales and marketing department.

Because Justin had a lot free time after work, he decided to start his own apparel business. Unsurprisingly, it was a rodeo apparel business. He was able to use his skills as marketer in running his business. His success in running his own business lead to some of the people he knew in church asking him for help with their own businesses. Justin realized how much more money he was earning from doing marketing for his clients rather than the thing that he first started doing. That pretty much lead him to pursue his own marketing agency, providing lead generation and other marketing services to other people.

What About Zach Williams?

Prior to running his own marketing agency and co-founding Conversionly with Justin, Zach was apparently working in the oil and gas industry on top of getting double degrees in college. There isn’t really much information regarding what happened after that. At some point, Zach decided to get a master’s degree in data science while he was running his own marketing agency. But he eventually dropped out in order to pursue marketing full-time.

The service that Conversionly offers is basically like this: They will make you a sales funnel page that is linked from ads that they will then show to a lot of people online. A sales funnel is basically a webpage where it gives the people an overview about what the service you’re offering is about.

If you’re a professional plumber, for example, the sales funnel page will go over what type of services that you provide. Conversionly will try to make the copy on that funnel pages as enticing as it can in order to get the prospective client to fill out a form so that you could contact them. Basically, you will then go through the process of nurturing that person’s interest in your business so that it ends with a sale.

As I have mentioned previously in this review, leads can be finnicky. Even if you manage to get a lot of leads through the help of Conversionly, it does not guarantee that all of the leads would end in a sale. People will change their minds even if they seemingly agree to something at first. You never really know until you keep talking to them.

Even though there’s not really any specific details of how much the services that Conversionly offers are priced, it’s safe to assume that you will be spending a lot of money with regards to marketing. Marketing is a big part of the “client acquisition system” that Conversionly offers. And considering that they are going to market your business on social media, you will be spending a few thousand dollars a month in order to get a large number of leads.

Finding leads is one of the hardest things that a business has to do. It takes so much time trying to nurture people’s interest in what your business has to offer. The amount of money you might be earning compared to how much you’re spending on marketing is a bit disproportionate.
