Enagic Review: Is This Water MLM For Real?

Today we will be reviewing a company called Enagic. Is Enagic a scam? Find out in this Enagic Review.

I am sure that you heard about Enagic from a hunbot who works for the company. I mean, who else would even be aware that this company exists? Even if you ask some friends and family about them, I am sure that they will come up with the same response: “What company are you talking about again?”

However, what brought you here today was the opportunity presented to you. Who would not be tempted by an opportunity where you can be in charge of your own hours, the load of work you will be doing, and not having to submit to some annoying boss? Anyone would want a job like that.

I am sure that you started pondering your life choices, and wondering if this opportunity is worth it. That is why you are here, right? You have a lot of questions. I, on the other hand, am more than willing to give you answers to those questions. I hope that you stay until the end of this Enagic review.

Before we go further in this Enagic review, I will define two terms first: MLM and pyramid scheme.

MLM members make money by selling products and recruiting new members. In pyramid schemes, members could only make money by recruiting people. Pyramid schemes are illegal and banned by the FTC.

As a disclaimer, I am not affiliated with Enagic in any way.

Hopefully this Enagic review can help you decide whether you want to sign up for the company or not.

My #1 Recommendation

What is Enagic?

Enagic Review - Enagic intro

Enagic is a multi-level marketing company that sells water filtration machines. Basically, their machines turn your tap water into healthy water. The company started its operations in Japan.

Enagic used to be called Kangen Water Specialist, but they changed their name to what they are known as today two years later. Like a typical MLM, they have a company arm which specializes in distributing water machines worldwide through direct selling.

Enagic Products

Enagic Review - Enagic products

Enagic sells the following models of water machines:

  • Anespa DX
  • K8
  • SD501
  • JR11
  • Super 501
  • SD501U
  • SD501 Platinum 5 Language
  • R

They also have a line of turmeric products called Ukon, which sells supplements, tea, and soap.

How Do MLMs Work?

This section is dedicated to insider information about MLMs. Upon reviewing hundreds of MLMs, I have come to realize that these companies are all the same. The only difference they have with each other is that they are selling different products and using different brand names.

I do not suggest skipping this section if this is your first time ever reading an MLM review. This is because the information I will be sharing here are information that MLMs refuse to go public. Take note that I am completely on your side, so I suggest that you take my advice and read this entirely.

MLMs seem to have modeled their businesses around lying. They are also quite manipulative, and they employ cult-like tactics in order to keep their members in line with their business interests.

For one, they want their members to follow ridiculously high sales quotas, or else they will be dropped from the company. Imagine if you are someone who just wants to join this MLM as a side hustle. You only want to do this on your spare time while working your regular job. Well, you cannot do that here.

You need to dedicate a lot of time for this if you want the opportunity to work. They lied to you that it is a guaranteed way to success, because more often than not, people who join MLMs do not make any money. You may be thinking that that could not be true, but I have quite a lot of data to back up that claim.

I think that MLMs are the worst. These companies take advantage of the vulnerable people in society. They give them false promises of grandeur, then toss them out once they are not useful to them anymore.

Is Enagic a Pyramid Scheme?

Since Enagic members earn money both by selling services and recruiting new members, then it is safe to say that Enagic is not a pyramid scheme.

However, since Enagic is still an MLM, do not expect to make money if you have no plans on recruiting people. Recruiting will earn you significantly more money than actual product selling, and is more encouraged.

This just makes Enagic look like a pyramid scheme in disguise, doesn’t it?

Pyramid scheme vs Multi-level marketing

Like Flamingo Paperie, Tocara, and Tiens, Enagic is not a pyramid scheme.

Is Enagic a Scam?

No, Enagic is not a scam.

However, if you think this is enough for you to jump in Enagic’s so-called opportunity straight away, then I suggest that you hold your horses. This is just the most basic thing, so don’t go signing up for this company right away.

Before making your decision, I suggest that you do a thorough research on the MLM first. You can consult some of the sources I listed below. Take note that you can definitely consult any source you want to, but the sources I listed below are the best kinds to consult, for various reasons listed.

What Sources Should You Look For?

There are three kinds of sources that you can consult when it comes to researching MLMs. There are other kinds of sources, but I believe that these three sources will be of the most help to you.

Luckily, you found the best source you can get your hands on. This Enagic review is in-depth, and answers the most common questions you may have about the company. Reviews like these are more commonly known as third-party reviews, because they are published by groups and entities who have no relation to any MLM.

This means that the third-party reviews you can find here are not in any way biased towards MLMs. As much as possible, we conduct thorough research and fact-checking in order to provide the accurate information to people who want to learn about them.

As these reviews get information solely from research, they only contain the truth. Third-party reviews are also not afraid to publish information that would make the companies look bad, since they only publish accurate information.

If you have specific concerns that this Enagic review was not able to answer, then I suggest you join online forums. Most forums I found online were pretty active, having thousands of active users.

These forums are dedicated as information hubs for people who were once part of MLMs, those who conduct research about them, and those who just want some questions answered. Forum members are more than willing to dedicate their time and answer questions from people who want to know more about the subject.

How to Make Money from Enagic

Since Enagic is an MLM, there are only two ways to make money with the company. and these are:

  1. Selling products
  2. Recruiting members

It is easier than done to make money in Enagic. To be honest, the income they promise you from the start is definitely inaccurate, as only those in the highest ranks of the company have the actual chance of making money.

If you are looking at an MLM as a way out of the corporate lifestyle, I suggest that you shouldn’t. It is much worse.

You do not get stable wages by being a member of an MLM. Basically, you are working for free. You will only earn commissions by selling products. Let’s face the truth here though – it is not like you can sell something everyday.

Remember that the MLM business model is not sustainable, so as time goes by, you will run out of people to recruit.

MLMs do not really care about how many products you sell. What they care about is how many you buy and how many people you can bring in.

How Much Can You Make?

Well, for an MLM that sells products that are quite expensive, you should expect that at least you will be making a lot of money, right? Not quite. In fact, I am afraid to say this, but Enagic has not published an income disclosure statement, ever since the year of its inception.

Sure, they may be selling unique products, but what it is the point of joining this company when you are not sure how much money you can make? They can fabricate numbers, but the data never lies. We need a more concrete proof that this company can earn you money, not false promises.

MLMs are not really obligated to publish income disclosure statements, but they should know their place. Their business is literally centered in recruitment, and recruitment requires trust. How would they expect their members to trust them when they are not being transparent with important information like this?

This does not do them any favors, and this also makes them the subject of scrutiny and speculation. This does not look like a good first impression too.

Things I Like in Enagic

Established Company

This company has been around since the 90s, which means that they have been operating for decades. This is quite impressive because as we know, three years is the average lifespan of an MLM. Lasting a lot longer than that means that the company is profitable.

The fact that they are still here after that long means that they are still making money, and that new members continue signing up.

High BBB Rating

This is quite a rare occurrence for MLMs. Enagic has quite a high rating in the BBB, an A+ to be specific. This means that people actually trust them and had a pleasant experience with the products they sell.

To be honest, not many MLMs have good ratings in the BBB. The fact that this one scored an A+ meant that people actually like the experience of shopping here.

Things I Dislike in Enagic

Expensive Products

Well, I get it, at least for this company. The cheapest model for their water machines cost more than a thousand dollars. It is a machine, after all, which is understandable. The problem with that, on the other hand, is not a lot of people are willing to pay that much for a water machine.

I am sure that they have their reasons. Maybe a cheaper price will mean that the product will be of lower quality, and they do not want to compromise on quality. Regardless, I do not really see a demand for expensive machines like these, especially those being sold by an MLM.

Not FDA Approved

Enagic says that their machines can make your tap water “healthy”, but is that really true? I was not able to find any data that proves their claims as true, and that is certainly not good.

Health products should always be able to back up their claims, but Enagic cannot seem to provide any truth behind theirs. This does not look good for them, because their main selling point is exactly that.

It is an MLM

This is an MLM, so it means that a lot of people definitely failed in this venture. In fact, 99% of people who join MLMs fail to make money, and they do not even earn back their initial investment.

Final Verdict – Enagic

Before I end this Enagic review, I would like to share a few more insights that could help you.

Companies like Enagic are all after the same goal – to make money. Lots and lots of money. I mean, I am not against that, as we all want to do the same. The only problem is how they execute the means just to reach their goal – by using people and manipulating them.

Well, you may be asking, isn’t that just what the workforce does? That is true, yes. But those who work regular jobs earn wages. They get paid overtime, and they get paid even if they are on leave.

In an MLM, they make you believe that working in a corporate job is a bad thing. It actually depends on perspective, but that is a whole other topic. Anyway, they have the audacity to say that you are wasting your life by working a corporate job, and what you need to do is be your own boss.

If that is as easy as they make it sound, wouldn’t people have jumped to the opportunity already?

I hope that I was able to shed light to some of your concerns regarding Enagic and MLMs in general. Actually, I have a better opportunity waiting right in the next section for you, so do not leave without reading what it is about.

That’s it for my Enagic review. Hopefully this Enagic review helps with your decision.
