Flat Fee Mastery Review – Nick Wood Scam?

Today, we are going to talk about Flat Fee Mastery. Is it legit? Find out more in this review.

You can find plenty of ways to earn money online. There seems to be no shortage of activities or jobs that would put money in your pocket. Sure, you are still working for it. But at least you’re doing it from the comfort of your own home.

That is a main reason why a number of various training programs exist. So many people want to know how to start earning money online but they don’t have the skills or the knowledge to do so. When you search for ways to earn money online, you’re bound to get videos or Reddit posts telling you what you should do.

Some of them point you towards e-commerce. While others point you towards digital marketing. You will not run out of niches that you can explore. Though there is one niche that doesn’t seem to get the love as the other online niches. And that’s digital real estate.

Sure, you can easily find a digital estate training program. But it doesn’t seem to be all that popular for a lot of people. And as someone who has written a handful of reviews in this niche, I understand why that is the case.

So when I got wind of the Flat Fee Mastery program from Nick Wood, I was intrigued. I don’t often get a lot of digital real estate beats. But whenever I come across a training program in that niche, especially recently, I go into it with some level of expectations. Will it be better than its competitor? Or is it just a pale imitation?

Flat Fee Mastery Review – Quick Details

  • Name: Flat Fee Mastery
  • Founder: Nick Wood
  • Website: No longer available
  • Socials: Instagram, YouTube
  • Type: Training program
  • Niche: Digital real estate
  • Recommendation: It’s hard to get into digital real estate nowadays. While these types of training programs are able to give you a good grasp of the niche, I don’t highly recommend it. It takes a lot of time and effort to make digital real estate profitable to you in the long run.

Who Is Nick Wood?

Flat Fee Mastery creator Nick Wood

Nick Wood has a seemingly interesting life story. It’s not something that I would have expected, really. Whenever I write this section of the review, what I often notice is that a lot of them lived fairly okay lives. They worked a job. Then they got tired of it. They looked for another job. And that then became their entire livelihood. There are very similar beats to their stories.

There aren’t really a lot of places where you could find details about Nick’s life. Though, it is interesting to point out that there have been several online websites that have an interview with him. And, for the most part, the content is similar to one another. It’s a common tactic, especially with people who’ve created training programs within a specific niche. It’s happened quite a few times with other reviews I’ve done.

So, Nick basically grew up in a farm with his family. That was where his work ethic was developed. I mean, you’re bound to help out on the farm especially if you own it. He probably had a fairly normal life growing up. It wasn’t until he was 19 that his story really begun,

Apparently, Nick decided to join a humanitarian trip to West Africa for two years. None of the articles I’ve seen about him mention how he managed to be part of the humanitarian trip. Or who organized it. I’m not really sure how this is exactly relevant to Nick’s current career. But it was a detail that is mentioned in each of the articles I’ve seen.

Nick returned to the U.S. after that two-year humanitarian stint. He tried to a lot of things. But it didn’t really work out, most of the time. But that didn’t stop him though. And you’ll find out in the next section.

My Favorite Program

What Is Digital Real Estate?

Before we talk about Nick Wood’s Flat Fee Mastery program, let’s first talk about digital real estate. In real estate, you have different properties that have some kind of value to them. It sometimes depends on the location on how valuable that property is. It also has to do with how well-maintained that property is. A lot of people are mindful of what kinds of things add value to their properties. When you decide to sell it, you can sell it for a lot of money.

The same can be said for certain digital assets like websites. If a website gets a decent amount of traffic, then it becomes pretty valuable. You know that this website regularly gets a lot of web traffic. People are actually clicking on the website and going through it. That is sort of the basis for digital real estate.

Similar to regular real estate, you can sell or rent out a digital asset for a decent amount of money. There are platforms where you could do just that sort of thing. Some of the websites I’ve seen on that platform are often valued at thousands of dollars. So as you can see, you can actually earn a decent amount of money from a website and domain that you already on.

But just because you have a website, doesn’t mean that’s going to be profitable for you. Like I said, web traffic plays a big role in the valuation of your website the digital real estate market. You can’t expect to sell or rent it out for a large sum of money without having a good level of traffic happening. That just isn’t how it works.

What Is Flat Fee Mastery?

Flat Fee Mastery creator Nick Wood

Flat Fee Mastery is an online training program that Nick Wood created to teach people how to earn money from using the rank and rent business method.

Now, rank and rent refers to a method in digital real estate where you use SEO to basically put your website higher in the search results so that you can then rent out the website for business that want to have a pre-made website. Rank and rent are the last two in the FBRR method. The first part of that method is find and build.

Unfortunately, the website for Flat Fee Mastery is no longer active. He does still have an active Facebook group that is related to Flat Fee Mastery. There are still videos on Nick’s YouTube channel from a year ago where he talks about how the rank and rent could work for you.

It mostly has to do with finding a good niche online. That is the F in FBRR. You will need to look for a keyword that gets a lot of attention with regards to businesses. So, if there’s a lot of results coming in for a landscape artist in Connecticut, then that informs how you proceed to building a website. Basically, you’re going to build a website that specifically targets people looking for a landscape artist.

Once you’ve built the website, you then have to rank the website high on the search results by utilizing white hat and black hat SEO methods. Once it’s ranked high enough, there’s a chance that you’ll get a lot of leads through the website that you built. Basically, you’re using those leads as a bait to get clients. You have the leads that these landscape artists in Connecticut want. So you can basically make a deal with them where they rent out the website while paying you money to maintain it.

Final Verdict – Flat Fee Mastery Review

I don’t really recommend this particular training program to any of you. While there is potential for you to earn money from renting out websites, it takes a lot of time and effort to make it work. Nothing about the rank and rent method can be done in the quickest manner possible.

Sure, you might be able to earn some money in the long run, but there’s nothing to this program that will teach you anything that you couldn’t find elsewhere. Search engines have been changing in how they rank certain results. Though a lot of other people have managed to spam those results with links that don’t even really make sense. This is not an industry that will reward you the money you immediately when you start.
