What is Freedom Mentor Apprentice Program?

Freedom Mentor intro

Freedom Mentor’s apprentice program is the more advanced mentoring program being offered by Phil Pustejovsky.

Phil claims that this program is “the secret to real estate success”. A pretty bold claim, unsurprisingly. Apparently, Phil has been running this program for 10 years now. Looks like he has mentored a lot of people already, if that’s the case.

According to Phil, the edge of those at the top of their real estate game is that they have mentors. He reiterates his initial failures when he first got started in his real estate journey. He even became homeless at one point, and had to resort to living out of his truck.

Well, what got him out of that situation and into a mansion in Florida was a mentor. That mentor, according to Phil, showed him what to do. Eventually, he reached his financial goals. That was when he decided to begin mentoring other people.

Who is Phil Pustejovsky?

Freedom Mentor Apprentice Program Review - Freedom Mentor Apprentice Program owner

Phil is the guy who is behind Freedom Mentor. What inspired him to start mentoring others is what his mentor did for him. That mentor was able to teach him how to properly invest, and helped him become successful.

It turns out that this new mentoring gig of his pays off as well. This is because Freedom Mentor has a rule that mentees have to give 50% of their net profits to him for their first few deals.

Phil’s story is quite inspiring, to be honest. He seems like he was able to emerge victorious, despite of how hard life kicked him down. He is also doing fairly well for himself too.

Freedom Mentor Apprentice Program Overview

What Phil is looking for are trainable people who are willing to be mentored in order to achieve their financial goals through investing in real estate. Phil claims that most of his recent program graduates have become extremely successful.

He says that he is opening only a limited number of slots for the program, and the process can be quite selective. I guess it means that he will only be accepting people with potential to actually succeed.

Phil says that now is the best time to get into real estate because he cannot take advantages of many opportunities by himself. It means that this is is why he wants to split the profits. This part is what I am not really on par with, as 50% sounds too high, especially when you are the one making all the effort.

He specifies that he is looking for these types of people:

  • Coachable – Being open minded and willing to learn new things is vital. Know-it-alls need not apply.
  • Action Oriented – In life, we are paid for what we do, not what we know. It’s understandable to be fearful when doing something new, but I’m looking for people who can take action in spite of their fears.  Plus, we’ll be with you every step of the way, holding your hand through every new experience.
  • Honesty – There is no room for anyone with anything less than the highest level of integrity.
  • Commitment – Only those who are ready to commit both mentally and financially to achieving success should consider applying.
  • Positive Mental Attitude – Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.  Whiners/complainers need not apply.

In Phil’s apprentice program, you will be learning about the following:

  • Profiting from up and down real estate markets
  • Getting motivated seller leads on autopilot
  • Talking to motivated sellers and sounding like a pro
  • Getting deals under contract with risk-free offers
  • Negotiating the best short sale and foreclosure deals with banks
  • Getting top dollar buyers on autopilot
  • Doing long distance deals while at home
  • Funding your real estate deals
  • Closing deals like a seasoned professional
  • Avoiding mistakes that investors make

If you want to be Phil’s student, then you need to be prepared to pay a high price. I will cost you $3,000 to enroll. And yes, you definitely read that right.

I can’t say I am surprised, as I did expect that much. After all, you will be working side-by-side with Phil. As he has the experience and credibility, I guess that just explains why he would charge that much.

He seems to be making quite a lot of money with this gig, as the enrollment fee itself is quite high. Not only that, but you will be charged $197 per month thereafter. If you are an average joe, then I am not too sure that you can afford that.

Along with that, you are required to give him 50% of the net profits from your first few deals. Like I said earlier, that is quite a lot of money, and

I guess this is how he was able to afford that mansion.

Is Freedom Mentor Apprentice Program a Scam?

No, I don’t think that this program is a scam. After all, Phil is pretty legit. He is also very credible, and has the experience to show for it. So I guess he would be a good mentor, if ever you wanted to sign up for his program.

I’ve already reviewed  a lot of courses and programs similar to this one. To be honest, I have my reservations about them, given how they all claim to work. When it comes to pricey programs, shouldn’t that be guaranteed?

If you’re serious about investing in real estate, I believe this apprentice program will be able to help you. You’ll have to learn a lot of new things, but I am sure that Phil will be guiding you.

I recommend that you consider whether or not this real estate business is for you before you decide to pay for the costly apprentice program, though.

I don’t think that the course is a fraud, as it does give what it claims – a mentorship program. However, enrolling in a program like this does not ensure that you will be successful, so I suggest you take caution.

This “secret method worked for some people, but that doesn’t mean it won’t work for you. Take aware that every sort of investment is a gamble.

Is Real Estate for Everyone?

Real Estate 2

Purchasing and selling real estate is not for the faint of heart. You can’t just decide to go into real estate on the fly of the moment. Making decisions concerning a real estate-related business is a significant life decision.

Many reality television shows romanticize the process of purchasing and selling real estate properties as if it were easy. This industry isn’t as simple as it is portrayed by the media.

The first step is to understand the real estate industry and how to invest in properties. It’s a long road ahead of you, and it won’t get any easier. Be prepared to face a lot of challenges, including going over the budget, as well as rejection.

You’ll need funds if you want to be successful in real estate. If you don’t have any money, I recommend looking for another business to start. Properties aren’t cheap at all.

My Favorite Program

Freedom Mentor Apprentice Program Pros and Cons

  • Phil is pretty legit. He is very credible, and he has the experience. He seems competent enough to be mentoring people.
  • The mentoring program will put you under Phil’s direct guidance. You will be working directly with him.

  • The enrollment fee for the course is quite steep. Along with that, the monthly fee is also not that affordable.
  • You are required to give Phil 50% of your profits for the first few deals you close.
  • This apprentice program is not for beginners. It is designed for people who are already real estate investors.
  • Real estate is not the best side hustle. It requires a large capital, and even though, you are not guaranteed to succeed.

Alternatives to Freedom Mentor Apprentice Program

Unexpectedly, this is a high-priced mentorship program. Mentorship programs already on the market do not appear to be distinctive or different from one another, in my opinion.

Freedom Mentor Apprentice Program can still provide you with significant information about real estate investing, even if such is the case. However, if you don’t already know the essentials, I don’t believe you should enroll.

You can look at other mentorship programs like VREIC, Renatus, and Ripehouse Advisory if you think this is not your cup of tea.

Final Verdict – Freedom Mentor Apprentice Program

Before I end this Freedom Mentor Apprentice Program review, I would like to share a few more insights that could help you.

The truth is that investing in real estate is not as simple as you may think, as I’ve explained several times. It will need a significant amount of time, effort, money, and skill. When you buy a property, you’re not just buying it and doing whatever you want.

You’re mostly looking to make a sale. That is to say, what you’re doing should be appealing to others as well as yourself.

However, textbook knowledge is insufficient for some people to operate in real estate. Because you can’t possibly accomplish everything on your own, you’ll need a team to assist you in various aspects of this business.

You must be devoted if you want to thrive in this tough sector. Because being a newbie will cost you a lot of money, you must commit both time and money to learning the ropes.

I propose looking for another type of side business if you know you can’t afford it.

I know of a way to make money that does not take a lot of capital and is much easier to master. In the next part, you’ll find more information about it.
