Green Compass Review: Pyramid Scheme or Scam?

Green Compass Review Pyramid Scheme or Scam

Today we will be reviewing a company called Green Compass. Is Green Compass a pyramid scheme or scam? Find out in this Green Compass review.

Here we are with a company that sells CBD oils. We will be looking at Green Compass for today’s review.

It seems like this is only one of the hundreds of companies that sells CBD oils. CBD oils seems to make up a lot of multi-level marketing companies.

I am not sure if it is because there is a big demand for it, but it seems like these MLMs love essential oils or oils in general.

It seems like there is an MLM for almost everything. Maybe in the next posts, we will be reviewing more bizarre MLMs.

You may be here because someone introduced you to the company.

Maybe a family member, friend, or even a stranger.

They are probably trying to recruit you to the company, since that is the main reason why hunbots will contact you in the first place.

As a disclaimer, I am not affiliated to Green Compass in any way.

Before you try to sign up for an MLM, I suggest that you study up the difference between multi-level marketing companies and pyramid schemes first.

For the record, MLMs sell products, while pyramid schemes don’t.

However, as MLMs prioritize recruiting more than selling, they are often compared to pyramid schemes.

For the record, pyramid schemes are illegal. Do not invest in them and save yourself the trouble.

Research the companies you plan to invest in before going through with it. Save your money and time.

In this Green Compass review, I will be providing information about the company, its products, and how you can make money with it.

Hopefully this Green Compass review can help you decide whether you want to sign up for the company or not.

Green Compass is currently based in North Carolina, United States.

Is Green Compass a Pyramid Scheme?

Since Green Compass consultants earn money both by selling services and recruiting new members, then it is safe to say that Green Compass is not a pyramid scheme.

The emphasis on recruiting is not surprising anymore, since this is an MLM company.

Green Compass is a pretty new company, as they only launched in 2019.

I am still unsure how I should think about them, but as MLM business models go, they are not meant to last.

Pyramid scheme vs MLM

Like Pure Romance, Beautycounter, and Avon, Green Compass is not a pyramid scheme.

No Income Disclosure Statement Yet

Since Green Compass is pretty new, it is not surprising that they do not have an Income Disclosure Statement yet.

However, they launched a year ago, so they should have enough data to publish one by now.

My policy with companies with no proper income disclosure statements is to stay away from them.

Having one is important since it is the data that shows the members how much they can earn.

Members need to know how much their potential earnings are as it is one of the factors they consider before joining MLMs.

There are only two reasons why MLMs hide their income disclosure statements.

It is either the members are not making as much as they advertised, or that they are hiding something. Or perhaps both.

Is Green Compass a Scam?

No, Green Compass is not a scam. They might be quite new, but it seems like they are pretty legit.

To get a grasp of the things that the company may be hiding from you, you should watch this video.

If they are hiding things from you, then I suggest that you stay away from them. However, these are all speculation for now.

Along with having no income disclosure statement, I think we are starting to see the big picture here. Joining the company at its current state is a pretty risky move.

How to Make Money from Green Compass

There are only two major ways to money with Green Compass

  1. Sell products
  2. Recruit new members and earn commissions

If you think you can be successful without recruiting, then that is where you are wrong. You will definitely need to recruit to survive, as this is an MLM, after all.

How Does Green Compass Work?

Green Compass’ products are pretty controversial, since growing cannabis is illegal. Cannabis is still illegal in a lot of states because of their addictive nature.

However, the products do not have THC (tetrahydro cannabidiol) which makes cannabis addictive. So I guess distribution of the products is pretty legal.

Things I Like in Green Compass

Positive Product Reviews

Green Compass product reviews are mostly positive.

Surprisingly, for a new company, it seems like they practice good quality control procedures for their products.

Here are some reviews I got from their Facebook page.

I also found a positive review of their products in YouTube.

Things I Dislike in Green Compass

Lots of Data Not Available

There are quite a lot of things not available in the company’s website.

For starters, the company website is what people first see when they try to research the company.

When there is not enough data available in the website, it will give potential customers and members have a hard time.

The compensation plan and income disclosure statement are not available, and they are pretty core information.

I did my own research, with no positive results. I think these information are really not released to the public.

Green Compass Compensation Plan

Like I mentioned before, I could not find this particular document.

However, it seems like this uploaded a video discussing the compensation plan on YouTube. You can watch it below.

Green Compass Ranks

Here are the ranks you can reach on Green Compass.

  1. Independent Advocate
  2. Team Leader
  3. Senior Team Leader
  4. Director
  5. Master Director

Final Verdict ? Green Compass

The main problem I have with Green Compass is the lack of usable data.

There are a lot of information not available to the public, such as the much needed compensation plan and income disclosure statements.

For a new company, they still have time to fix these.

However, I think they should hurry up, or they might risk harming their reputation.

The reason why this review is not as long as the other ones is because of the lack in information.

As much as I want to educate you about Green Compass, it seems like they do not want me to do that by withholding much needed info.

Should you join this company? Right now, I don’t think so. They have potential because of positive reviews, but they should try to get their business together.

Along with being an MLM, I don’t recommend this company. I suggest you look elsewhere for another opportunity to make money.

That’s it for my Green Compass review.

I do not recommend MLMs. but if you want to make money online, you should check out my #1 recommendation to making money online after reviewing 300+ MLM companies.
