Holton Buggs was born in the United States on September 26, 1972, and his mother was a single parent throughout his upbringing. He acquired an entrepreneurial spirit as a result of his drive to achieve much more in life.
At the age of 14, he started cutting locks as a way to boost his income. He started off by selling chocolate to the other kids in his hometown. By that time, Buggs realized the value of leveraging his position.
