Infinitus MLM Review: Pyramid Scheme or Scam?

Infinitus MLM Review: Pyramid Scheme or Scam?

Today we will be reviewing a company called Infinitus. Is Infinitus a pyramid scheme or scam? Find out in this Infinitus MLM review.

Are you aware that this company even exists?

Yeah, I don’t think so.

Not until someone deliberately told you about it.

Not surprising, to be honest.

The reason why you found this Infinitus MLM review is because you Googled them and are curious about what the company is about.

It’s more than likely that whoever told you about Infinitus is someone you are friends with on social media.

They are either a classmate from high school, an acquaintance from work, or someone whose friend requested you just randomly accepted.

Anyway, why would they even message you about Infinitus?

Simple questions require simple answers.

It is because Infinitus is an MLM and they are a member.

Well, what is an MLM anyway?

An MLM is a business entity that exists only because they are legal versions of pyramid schemes.

The only difference between an MLM and a pyramid scheme is that MLM members profit from product sales.

Pyramid schemes do not sell products at all.

Also, pyramid schemes are illegal.

I have explained this terms to you because you will be encountering them a lot in this Infinitus MLM review.

I would like to clarify that I am in no way affiliated with Infinitus.

Hopefully this Infinitus MLM review can help you decide whether you want to sign up for the company or not.

What is Infinitus?

Infinitus is a multi-level marketing company that sells Chinese herbal products.

Infinitus MLM Review - Infinitus products

The company is owned by the LKK Health Products Group (LKKHPG).

LKKHPG is a part of the century-old Lee Kum Kee Group, an enterprise that produces and sells Chinese herbal health products.

The Lee Kum Kee Group launched Infinitus in 1992 as their core brand.

They have headquarters in several Asian countries including China, Hongkong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand.

You can find out more about Infinitus by watching this video.

Just like your typical MLM, Infinitus offers a way to make money by their affiliate program.

However, to start, you will need to pay a fee.

You are also required to purchase products along with the fee.

This means that you would have to pay for them with your own money before you can start selling them.

How Do MLMs Work?

Welcome to my favorite section of MLM reviews.

This is where we talk about how MLMs continue to keep preying on individuals who are desperate for money, and why they are still operating freely in modern society.

I have always found MLMs exploitative and scummy.

Ever wondered why most MLM members are stay-at-home or single mothers, fresh graduates, and unemployed people?

This is because MLMs often give promises that the opportunities they present will give you financial security.

If you are wondering why social media has became the main headquarters for hunbots, then that is because MLMs see social media members as potential customers.

I am pretty sure that you heard about this company from social media.

Well, it is not surprising that MLMs will adapt to it because where else can you find a place full of different kinds of people?

You are likely to encounter a wild hunbot if you have a lot of friends in social media.

Since they plan to recruit you, chances are they already know how many people you can potentially recruit.

Hunbots may say that they care about you and that’s why you need the snake oil they are selling, but all they want you to do is to give them your money.

I found a video clip from one of my favorite YouTubers, and well, it’s so accurate that it hurts.

The reason why the higher ups in MLMs make so much money is because they depend on the financial loss of those below them.

It is not surprising that they want people to sign up to make money, but what’s scummy is they make money at the expense of someone.

What’s more, being a part of an MLM means that you will be a part of a non-salaried workforce.

Basically, you work for free.

The only instance where you will be paid is if you make sales.

Isn’t that ridiculous?

Is Infinitus a Pyramid Scheme?

Since Infinitus members earn money both by selling services and recruiting new members, then it is safe to say that Infinitus is not a pyramid scheme.

However, do not forget that Infinitus is an MLM, so recruiting is heavily encouraged more than actually product selling.

This makes Infinitus look like a pyramid scheme in disguise.

Infinitus MLM Review - Pyramid scheme vs Multi-level marketing

Like VeloVita, NutriCellix, and PureTrim, Infinitus is not a pyramid scheme.

Is Infinitus a Scam?

No, Infinitus is not a scam.

The company has been around for two decades now, and so far, they are still in business.

This means that they are a legitimate business, at least.

However, you shouldn’t trust a company just because it isn’t a scam.

That is not enough basis.

We have limited edition available for this company as well, so the most information you will find about Infinitus is from the company itself.

This means that the information we could get is skewed on their favor.

Remember that by doing your own research, you could possibly stumble on a lot of new information.

In this case, however, most source materials you can find are in Chinese.

So unless you can understand Chinese, then you will be not be able to get as much information even if you want to.

Another good source of information you could look for are testimonials from the company’s ex-members.

This is how you can if the company treats its members with fairness and respect.

I highly suggest watching this video to find out more about someone’s experience working at the top ranks of an MLM.

How to Make Money from Infinitus

Since Infinitus is an MLM, there are only two ways to make money with the company. and these are:

  1. Selling products
  2. Recruiting members

The most hardworking members in VeloVita can reap benefits.

The question is, how could they tell if you are a hardworking member?

Simple.

The most hardworking members for an MLM are those who recruit the most people.

Like I mentioned before, an MLM’s income comes from the financial losses of those in the lowest rank.

Also, to keep the money flowing, you need to keep recruiting in a weekly basis.

Not only do you get a bonus for bringing new people in, but you also get commissions from their sales.

In this video, you can find out how an MLM pays its members.

If you are confident enough in recruiting new people and in networking, then this venture is perfect for you.

However, if you are just a normal person with little to no connections, then joining is a bad idea.

How to Join Infinitus

To join Infinitus, you would have to pay a start-up fee of $24.

That fee is renewed in an annual basis.

Becoming an Infinitus distributor has some fairly simple requirements.

First, you should be of legal age.

Second, you have to be a legal resident of the country where you registered and applied as an Infinitus distributor.

That is all you need, basically.

Surprisingly, the start-up fee for Infinitus is a lot lower compared to other MLMs.

Infinitus Products

I found the products that Infinitus sells in Canada, since they do not operate in the United States.

Things I Like in Infinitus

Established Company

Infinitus has been in business in 1992, so the fact that they still operate to this day is quite impressive.

MLMs typically have a short lifespan because when their members could they find anymore people to recruit, they fall apart.

Most MLMs last for only 1 to 5 years.

I guess this makes Infinitus a force to be reckoned with in the MLM community.

Low Start-Up Cost

Most MLMs charge more than $100 just to sign up.

In Infinitus, they only require $24 annually.

That is a lot lower compared to a lot of MLMs.

Also, it does not seem like you would have to purchase products first before you can begin selling for them, which is a plus.

Things I Dislike in Infinitus

Saturated Market

Despite this MLM being two decades old, they still do not stand out, to be honest.

The fact that a lot of MLM are still unaware of their existence is worrisome.

Sure, they are stable, but how do they compete with the other companies selling the same products?

They may be selling Chinese herbal products, but not a lot of people are open to trying them.

Pay-to-Play

As expected, you have to spend a lot here to make a lot.

They may not require you to buy products straightaway as you sign up, but you would have to meet a quota to keep your active status.

To be able to do this properly, you will need a solid customer base.

At this point, isn’t it quite ridiculous that you have to recruit people?

You are basically recruiting competitors.

Very Low Income Potential

I found the Infinitus income disclosure statement for Canada, and you may access it here.

Just at first glance, it does not look like an official document.

It is even written in Calibri, the default font in Microsoft Word.

Anyway, it gives us very little data, so this is all I could share from it.

It says that a typical distributor earns CA $49 to CA $964 annually.

Well, doesn’t that sound ridiculous to you?

For a side hustle, MLMs require a lot of work.

You are paid via a commission basis, which is problematic when you cannot find a solid customer base.

Imagine all the work you would have to do just to earn a measly amount.

It’s an MLM

This should be obvious by now.

You have to keep recruiting to make a profit.

That is not sustainable because eventually, you would run out of people to recruit.

However, that is the only way to rank up, so you have to do it even if you don’t want to.

Infinitus Compensation Plan

You can view and access the Infinitus compensation plan here.

Of course, what else would you expect from a company?

MLMs tend to make their compensation plans long and winded to deliberately confuse people into joining.

That aside, here are the ways you can get paid with Infinitus:

  • Sales Bonus – from your own sales
  • Extra Sales Bonus – for reaching a required quota
  • Performance Bonus – for reaching a required quota with your downline
  • Leadership Bonus – depending on your rank
  • Market Bonus – your share on the company’s overall revenue

Final Verdict – Infinitus

Before I end this Infinitus MLM review, I have a few more thoughts I would like to get out there.

Sure, an MLM may sound tempting since you are going to be making money online and from the comfort of your own home.

But, is it really worth all the time and effort?

I don’t think so.

Infinitus may be around for two decades now, but if you ask someone if they know about the company, the answer is an immediate ‘No’.

Do you think that would help you make sales?

I mean, sure, this is a direct selling business you are getting into.

You are required to educate your potential customers about your products and why you think they need them.

However, think about this.

There are a lot of companies out there who offer their products in more accessible places, like malls and online.

Do you think people would choose you, a stranger, over the brands in malls?

Think about it.

That’s it for my Infinitus MLM review. Hopefully this Infinitus MLM review helps with your decision.
