Today we will be reviewing a company called Javita. Is Javita a scam? Find out in this Javita review.
By now, I am sure that you miss going to a coffee shop to enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee. After all, coffee shops are places where you can relax, as they provide an ambiance where you work or just hang out in peace. Personally, coffee shops are one of my go-to places after I am done shopping, or after a long day at work.
Seems like MLMs have also branched out to the coffee and tea business, just like Javita. After all, most of us enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea, in anytime of the day. People also love trying new kinds of coffee.
I am sure you are here today because the hunbot that reached out to you promised you a great opportunity to earn lots of money just by selling coffee and tea. I mean, even I will be tempted by that offer. However, you shouldn’t just jump to the opportunity straight away without reading this Javita review.
MLMs are known for their false promises and compulsive lying just to get money from people.
MLM members make money by selling products and recruiting new members. In pyramid schemes, members could only make money by recruiting people. Pyramid schemes are illegal and banned by the FTC.
As a disclaimer, I am not affiliated with Javita in any way.
Hopefully this Javita review can help you decide whether you want to sign up for the company or not.

What is Javita?
Javita is a multi-level marketing company that sells coffee and other drinks. The company was founded by entrepreneur Stan Cherelstein in 2004. Aside from Javita, Cherelstein has other business ventures.
Most of Javita’s products are instant coffee. Javita is also affiliated with Waiora, another MLM selling health and wellness products.
Here is a 6-minute video which will tell you more about the company.
How Do MLMs Work?
Let’s take a break from Javita and talk about MLMs in general. In this section, I give basic information and some insights regarding how MLMs operate. They are all pretty much the same, with the difference being how they name their products. Before that, I want to voice out that I think MLMs are the worst, and I don’t recommend joining one.
Is this your first time encountering an MLM? If so, then I suggest that you do not skip this section. I will be discussing the common red flags you should spot to avoid an MLM.
Today, let’s talk about how MLMs love to portray success.
First off, what is success, anyway? Success is pretty subjective. Success could mean attaining your goals, no matter how basic they are. In this case, I guess success meant financial success, or simply, getting rich.
MLMs love how to parade their successful members as a way to “inspire” the other members to work harder. Little did they know that reason why those people became successful is by letting the people below them take the blow.
The only way to actually get in a position of power in an MLM is by recruiting a lot of people. Since those people will be under your care as long as they are in the company, you have complete control on them. Basically, you will be the one monitoring their every move. You will have to remind them to meet their quotas and to bring more people in.
Well, the reason why MLMs are so keen on recruiting is because the only people willing to spend money on their products are the members. You heard that right. The main customers are the members themselves.
Is Javita a Pyramid Scheme?
Since Javita members earn money both by selling services and recruiting new members, then it is safe to say that Javita is not a pyramid scheme.
However, since Javita is still an MLM, do not expect to make money if you have no plans on recruiting people. Recruiting will earn you significantly more money than actual product selling, and is more encouraged.
This just makes Javita look like a pyramid scheme in disguise, doesn’t it?
Is Javita a Scam?
No, Javita is not a scam.
However, if you think this is enough for you to jump in Javita’s so-called opportunity straight away, then I suggest that you hold your horses. This is just the most basic thing, so don’t go signing up for this company right away.
Before making your decision, I suggest that you do a thorough research on the MLM first. You can consult some of the sources I listed below. Take note that you can definitely consult any source you want to, but the sources I listed below are the best kinds to consult, for various reasons listed.
What Sources Should You Look For?
There are three kinds of sources that you can consult when it comes to researching MLMs. There are other kinds of sources, but I believe that these three sources will be of the most help to you.
Actually, you are looking at the best source right now. This Javita review is an example of a third-party review. Reviews like these are published by those unaffiliated with the company. Hours of research is poured into this, which means that you can be assured that only facts will be published, no matter how bad they are. Third-party reviews provide in-depth sources for those look for details about the company, from their origin, products, and how much you can get paid.
There are also quite a lot of active online forums you can seek. These forums have thousands of active members everyday who post on threads and add new updates. Here, you can interact with members with the same agenda as you. You can ask these people for advice and insights about the company. These people do a fantastic job of educating people about MLMs.
If you know where to look, you can find testimonies from people who used to be part of MLMs. These testimonies have valuable information in them, since these people know the truth about how these MLMs really operate. They also know information that MLMs may be hiding from the public.
How to Make Money from Javita
Since Javita is an MLM, there are two basic ways to make money with the company. and these are:
- Selling products
- Recruiting members
These are the mere basic ways which you use to earn money in Javita. Take note that you can boost your earnings as long as you qualify for bonuses and benefits set by the company. You can find out what bonuses you can qualify for in Javita as you continue reading the review.
Most of these bonuses, however, revolve around recruiting. You would need an active downline to qualify, as some bonuses require you to recruit a certain amount of people, while some bonuses require your downline to sell a certain amount of products.
To get passive income, you would need to persuade your downline members to keep ordering products. You can earn a certain percentage from the products they order. So basically, the best way to earn money in an MLM is by recruiting new people regularly.
Remember that the MLM business model is not sustainable, so as time goes by, you will run out of people to recruit.
MLMs do not really care about how many products you sell. What they care about is how many you buy and how many people you can bring in.
Javita sells the following products:
- ActiveBlendz Control – $30.00
- ActiveBlendz Defend – $30.00
- Flex – $30.00
- Burn – $30.00
- Burn + Control Coffee – $25.00
- Energy + Focus Coffee – $25.00
- FocusFusion Cocoa – $14.95
- Lean + Green Tea – $25.00
- MegaDefense – $30.00
- Natural Cellular Defense (NCD) – from $19.95
- Superior Fiber + – $14.95
How Much Can You Make?
Looks like Javita does not publish an income disclosure statement. This is not surprising at all, since most MLMs refuse to release information like this. To be honest, they do this for good reason.
It is established that most people who join MLMs do not make money. To be honest, most of them do not even make back what they paid for their sign-up fee. Publishing information about these people who do not make money will just be bad for their reputation.
After all, the reason why MLMs get a lot of members is because they promise them a “great financial opportunity”. If they publish information that states that their members don’t even make money, of course people will not join them.
The reason why MLMs set monthly quotas for their members to follow is because they know themselves that not people who are not Javita members will not be interested in their products. After all, why would people pay that much for coffee anyway? Not to mention that it is not really proven that their products work.
This quota is the main reason why people get in debt. They keep buying products to meet the quota until they have no money left. Once they stop buying, they cannot reach the quota anymore, which means they are out of the company. After this happens, they lose the rights to sell all the products they bought.
Things I Like in Javita
Javita has been in business since 2004, which means that they have been operating for 17 years. That is quite impressive, judging by how most MLMs cannot even last more than the average lifespan of 3 years.
I guess Javita continues to be profitable because they found loyal customers willing to pay for their products. Also, Javita is being managed properly.
Things I Dislike in Javita
Javita is not the only MLM that sells coffee and drinks. Honestly, most MLMs I know of sell drinks. It’s like the most basic MLM product.
Also, there are thousands of MLMs and non-MLM companies selling health drinks, so you will be competing with them. Since Javita does not do any proper advertising or marketing, do you think you can stand a chance against that tough competition.
Have you seen the prices of Javita products? You can scroll up to the product section on this review to check them again.
To be honest, you can easily find products that Javita sell in supermarkets and groceries for cheaper prices. They might not be made by Javita, but they are much, much cheaper.
MLMs have this habit of pricing their products in a ridiculous way, which turns off customers. They are quite obscure too, so doing this does not do them any favors.
It is an MLM
This is an MLM, so it means that a lot of people definitely failed in this venture. In fact, 99% of people who join MLMs fail to make money, and they do not even earn back their initial investment.

Final Verdict – Javita
Before I end this Javita review, I would like to share a few more insights that could help you.
Congratulation for reaching the end of this Javita review. I am impressed that you read up to this point, so let me share a few more advice that could help you decide whether you want to join this MLM or not.
I could not reiterate enough that I do not recommend any MLM. MLMs built their business on lying and false claims. If you look up lawsuits filed by MLMs, I know that you will find quite a lot of them. They range from accusations of being pyramid schemes, false advertising, false claims that are not backed by science and research, and a lot more.
What’s more, MLMs think that they are a legitimate and long-time career, even though their business model is very unsustainable. If you want to make an MLM your full-time career, it would mean that you would have to recruit people regularly. Just how many people are we even talking about in this context. A lot. You will run out of people to recruit eventually.
Some MLMs even encourage people to quite their stable jobs and do the MLM full-time instead. I advise against this. Joining an MLM will not give you stable income.
I am sure that you would like to make money without the hassle and pressure of recruiting your friends and family. There’s an opportunity waiting for you just below this section.
That’s it for my Javita review. Hopefully this Javita review helps with your decision.
