Let’s be honest here. The main reason why plenty of people seek work as real estate agents is that there are plenty of chances for high profits here.

Selling houses can be tedious at first, as it requires you to talk to potential clients, seek new leads, and even travel on location to showcase the property that you’re selling. But once you’ve made a sale, then the money you can earn from it is always going to be large.

It may be attractive at first. But it’s still not as easy as anyone may tell you, regardless of any training program you enroll in.

While it is true that there are some people that are constantly looking to buy numerous properties or something similar, most of the time, they are few and far between. And the ratio of real estate investors to agents/brokers can be quite unbalanced.

Thus, in one month, you may be able to close one or more real estate deals, which is great. But there will be times that you may not be able to make a sale at all, despite what you’re doing.

It’s not really because you’re not working hard enough. But it’s only because there aren’t as many real estate buyers as before right now, especially with real estate getting even more expensive than usual.

Thus, being a real estate agent can be called a side hustle at best. While the money you can earn here is plenty enough, it’s not really a good source of recurring income.

So My Final Verdict Is…

The Listings Lab isn’t really something I can recommend to anyone. It may be beneficial to existing real estate agents, but overall, you don’t really need to spend $1,400 overall for what you can learn here.

Because plenty of the educational content that can be found here, can also be found in other places for free. And for those who are not real estate agents, there are actually better business ideas out there.
