Unfortunately, the legitimacy and honesty of the claims of these people and opportunities can always vary.
Some of them are proven to be legitimate. A few of them are just scams. Still, others may very well be legitimate, but they don’t work well according to your needs.
That’s why, before you spend your hard-earned money to join any of these opportunities, it’s of utmost importance that you do plenty of research first. So that you can decide for yourself if the opportunity offered is something that you’d like to do, or not.
And this is what this Jono Armstrong review aims to do. Hopefully, this review can help you out with that important decision of yours.

Who Is Jono Armstrong?
Jono Armstrong is a well-known digital entrepreneur. Affiliate marketing is one of his main specialties on internet marketing, and through it, he claims to have earned around six to seven figures worth of income.
As with many other financial gurus of his kind, he didn’t start off as this guy with a silver spoon in his mouth. He’s basically an average Joe at first, just like you and me.
He’s also one of those guys who claim to have tried all sorts of internet marketing. Amazon FBA, dropshipping, selling on eBay, ClickBank reviews, etc. In fact, he even admits openly that his first venture into internet marketing was rather unethical (selling somewhat counterfeit shoes or brand overruns while marketing them as genuine).
Today, his primary method of making money online is making product and course reviews from various financial gurus, and uploading them through his YouTube channel. And when his viewers buy the product through his affiliate link, he earns a commission.
As an affiliate, he’s usually active in either the ClickBank, WarriorPlus, or JVZoo marketing platform. In fact, most of the “products” that he reviews on his channel are usually found on those platforms.
Here’s a look at his own WarriorPlus profile.
Jono Armstrong is known for many products and courses, most of them on WarriorPlus. But one of his flagship products is the Ministry of Freedom training program, a course about affiliate marketing.
He was born in the United Kingdom, but moved and has now set up a permanent residence in Jakarta, Indonesia, along with his wife and three kids. And aside from being an internet marketer, he also has some side gigs as a session bass guitar player for some local bands.

What Is The Ministry Of Freedom?
The Ministry of Freedom is an online course, and a community, that aims to teach people a way to make money online. It introduces, as well as trains, members on the business method of affiliate marketing.
Being an affiliate marketer simply means you promote products and services on behalf of other companies. And when someone purchases a product or service using your affiliate link, you get a commission-based profit from it.
According to the sales page for this, by signing up for the Ministry of Freedom, you’ll discover the strategy that lets them generate $80,000 to $150,000 per month.
And by applying that strategy, they claim that you’ll be able to make an income stream of $10,000 a month in just 22 days.
The way they’re promoting this online course, it’s clearly apparent that they’re billing it as a “get-rich-quick-scheme”. Which is rather bad as it’s a big red flag for some.
And add fuel to the fire, if you think the name “Ministry of Freedom” sounds very familiar to you. That’s because it is.
Because a good number of money-making products and courses in WarriorPlus are, in more ways than one, affiliated to the Ministry of Freedom.
I’ve reviewed several of these products before, and they all share a common denominator. Most of them are downright scams or are of very low quality.
Thus, while the Ministry of Freedom can be considered a legitimate online course, it may not be ethical in the long run.

How Does Jono Armstrong’s Affiliate Marketing Strategy Work?
As stated before, Jono Armstrong’s Ministry of Freedom teaches its members how to earn money on affiliate marketing.
The method that they extensively employ here is “Launch Jacking”, which is basically reviewing a product before its launch date. It also extensively uses both the Muncheye product calendar website and the WarriorPlus selling platform for its launch jacking strategy.
According to the online course, it goes like this.
You use Muncheye to browse for any upcoming product launches. Usually, the creators of these online products will put up a “beta” version of the product website, product images, and a video preview way before their “official” launch. Some of those online products even let the reviewers test a “beta” version of the product
You’re then going to use those promotional materials as the basis for your product reviews. Basically, you write a review for that product, post them on your blog or your YouTube channel, and add your affiliate links to those reviews. Also, you have to make sure that the keyword you’re going to use for this review is “*Name of the product* review.”
The general idea for this strategy is that you’re riding on the hype of that product that’s going to be launched. And since there’s hype, all that organic traffic will go to your posted review, thus greatly increasing your chances of a sale when they buy via your affiliate link.
The thing is, there’s nothing wrong with the launch jacking strategy itself, and it’s honestly effective. The problem, however, is in the platform they’re using.
Why This Business Model Is A Bad Idea?
The biggest issue here is that most of the Warriorplus products being featured are, for the most part, “shiny objects”. They all have the same claims of free buyer traffic, sales on autopilot, done-for-you high ticket offers, etc.
But once they’re bought, all they get is, more often than not, a lousy page builder which is completely useless. And more often than not, most of them are actually affiliated with the Ministry of Freedom.
I’ve reviewed plenty of these products in the past, and more often than not, all of them are technically scams. And even if they’re not, they’re of very poor quality that it’s almost unusable.
By the way, you also have to take note that you basically have to make a very positive review about these products that you’re going to launch-jack. After all, the idea is to make your customer buy those products.
And another thing. The launch jacking strategy can only work for a short time, before other users will start to catch up. Since technically, there are many of you who are going to launch jack that single product and compete for that No. 1 spot on SERP.
This is why some affiliates of the Ministry of Freedom are well-known for releasing at least 2-3 products each month. And all of them are basically just rehashes of the products before them.
Most of them only serve to keep the launch jacking strategy going on for their fellow Ministry of Freedom affiliates, including Jono Armstrong himself.
Thus, while this strategy can effectively earn you a huge amount of commissions in such a short time, it’s not sustainable. And most certainly not ethical at all.
After all, you want to give value to your customers by offering them legitimate and useful products. Because you want them to convert into loyal customers.

What’s Inside The Ministry Of Freedom?
The Ministry of Freedom online course is composed of nine modules.
To prevent skipping ahead to other modules, each module is designed so that you can only take one module per week. A new module will only be unlocked a week after you completed the previous module.
This is necessary so as to allow the student to completely absorb the knowledge they gained from this online course.
Aside from the main educational materials, you’re also be given access to their private Facebook group, where you can engage with fellow MOF members, members, and even Jono himself.
MODULE 1: Mindset, Commitment, and Success
As the module title suggests, this will teach the students the proper mindset and the level of commitment that they need to have to ensure the success of this business.
A single sub-module for this, The Organic Module, will also teach students the proper ways of getting free and organic traffic, using YouTube and Google.
MODULE 2: Tools and Applications
This module will then prepare you for the business by stating the tools that you need. It also teaches you where you can get them, and how to set them up.
Basically, for this business model to work, you need a WarriorPlus, JVZoo, and a ClickBank account (because these are where you’ll get your affiliate links). You’ll also need to know how to use an email autoresponder, as well as how you can navigate the Muncheye site.
MODULE 3 & 4: Launch Jacking
And now, we go to the main event of this online course. These modules will now tackle the strategy of launch jacking to drive traffic to your affiliate websites.
This lesson covers a lot, from finding product offers to launch jack, to creating product reviews, creating your “custom bonuses (products that are included for free when someone buys the product from your affiliate link), as well as how to rank your review posts.
As much, this lesson is the most comprehensive part of this online course, spanning over two modules.
MODULE 5: Advanced Launch Jacking Strategies
An extension of the previous modules about launch jacking.
If free organic traffic strategies don’t do enough, then this course will also teach you how to rank your review posts by using paid Google Ads.
As I said before in my reviews, this kind of traffic method can be effective. But it’s not really suggested for beginners who only have a little capital to start a business like this.
MODULE 6: Soft Launching
In this module, they will teach you how to do a soft launch of your chosen products correctly.
Soft launching is the process in which you release your products to a limited demographic ahead of their scheduled official launch.
The purpose of a soft launch is to usually gather feedback from the customers in order to improve their product. But in this case, it’s so you can build your own email list so you can promote your products to a wider audience.
Because as what Jono Armstrong would usually say, “The money’s in the list.”
MODULE 7: Email Marketing
Now that you’ve built up an email list, you can now use them to have an even greater reach for your product promotion.
This module will teach you the right methods you should use when setting up an email marketing campaign. You’ll be taught here how you can create your own squeeze pages and pixels, etc.
MODULE 8: Product Launching
Remember those scammy or low-quality products that I mentioned before? Those that can be found on WarriorPlus, and are only usually used for your launch jacking strategies?
This is the module where you’ll learn how to create one for your own. Here, you’ll learn everything you need to know about it, from pricing to branding, writing your sales copy, and running affiliate contests.
MODULE 9: Paid Traffic
The last module may or may not be just an extension of the fifth module here, but can now be applied to other online business methods.
In this module, you’ll be taken to Jono’s own Google Adwords account, and he will teach you how to properly set up your marketing campaign using paid Google Ads.
Also, at this point, you’ll now be invited to be a part of the Ministry of Freedom affiliate program.
Other Bonuses
Aside from these modules, you’ll also be getting some free bonuses with your purchase of this course. This usually just consists of several pre-made, “done-for-you” templates for your sales funnel websites, ads, and others.
Is Joining The Ministry Of Freedom Recommended?
Usually, I’ll be writing here the pros and cons of this money-making system, and make a verdict based on it.
But I’m going to make a special case here because, it’s really hard to point out any positive remarks regarding this course.
Because, yes. The Ministry Of Freedom itself is not a scam. Anyone who joins this online course has already claimed that they made a good amount of money from following the methods here.
The video above is a real testimonial to just how effective this course on what it does.
The affiliate marketing methods being taught here are also effective. If you would use them on a better and more legitimate offer, you would have an even better reputation among your leads. And they’ll be coming back as your regular customers.
Which is the big reason why I can’t recommend this course at all. Simply put, you’re promoting and selling scammy and very low-quality products.
Yes, you may be able to make a lot of money by doing this kind of business strategy. But at what cost?
Sooner or later, everyone who bought from your affiliate link will call you a scammer. This really means some customers may not trust anything that you’re offering to them anymore.
I’m honestly even surprised that most of the affiliates of Jono Armstrong who are still doing this method, continue to do so and they’re still making a lot of commissions. Does this mean there are a lot of people that are falling for these kinds of scammy promotions?
And if they do, then ask yourself. Would you be willing to fool them just to earn money?
Is Jono Armstrong A Scammer?
This is a rather tough question to answer since you’ll be getting mixed answers for this. Some may say that he’s a scammer (and I can’t blame them). Some say, he’s not.
For me, however, I’ll say that Jono Armstrong himself is not a scammer.
His expertise in affiliate marketing can’t be denied. And as a financial guru, he’s effective at what he teaches.
However, I don’t approve of his launch-jacking strategy in affiliate marketing. As I said before, I consider it unethical.
Basically, you’re continuously offering very low-quality products in order to maintain your launch-jacking strategy. Once your customer has caught on the trend, your reputation with them will drop, and you won’t be able to retain them anymore.
Thus, you won’t be able to build up a loyal customer base.
Jono Armstrong Review: Final Thoughts
To close off this Jono Armstrong review, I would like to give out some points regarding this course.
It’s kind of disappointing that Jono Armstrong’s Ministry of Freedom has to, in a way, advocate using some deceit to promote and sell their products and earn money. Because at its core, the launch-jacking strategy that Jono presents can be quite effective if used on the right platform.
If the strategies presented here are applied to legitimate products and courses, you’ll not only earn a good amount of money, but it’s also quite sustainable. As you’ll be earning the trust of a loyal userbase.
Basically, the Ministry of Freedom is a good affiliate marketing online course by itself. And Jono himself is a legitimate affiliate marketing guru.
But I still can’t recommend it because of its method.
