Today we will be reviewing a company called Justine. Is Justine a scam? Find out in this Justine review.
I am sure that the reason why you are here today is because you got contacted by a hunbot who works for Justine. Well, if this is your first time encountering an MLM, then I won’t be surprised if you don’t know how they market their products. Basically, they employ the peer-to-peer (used to be door-to-door) sales technique.
They reach out to potential customers through different means and entertain them individually. They follow a script provided by their upline in order to walk their customers through the sales process. An MLM’s approach is to get to know their clients, which creates a personal shopping experience.
In this Justine review, you will learn about how this company operates, what products they sell, and how much money you can make if you plan to join the company. I suggest reading until the end if this is your first time reading about an MLM.
Before we go further in this Justine review, I will define two terms first: MLM and pyramid scheme.
MLM members make money by selling products and recruiting new members. In pyramid schemes, members could only make money by recruiting people. Pyramid schemes are illegal and banned by the FTC.
As a disclaimer, I am not affiliated with Justine in any way.
Hopefully this Justine review can help you decide whether you want to sign up for the company or not.

What is Justine?

Justine is a multi-level marketing company that is owned by Avon. The products they sell are personal care products, cosmetics, and skincare products.
Avon is the second-largest direct selling company. next to Amway. The company brings in sales of $5.5 billion. Pretty impressive, but this is most likely because Avon launched its business in 1886.
Justine is a lot smaller in size to Avon, and is based in South Africa. There are currently 30,000 Justine consultants in South Africa. They also operate in Zimbabwe, Namibia, and Botswana. They do not operate at the United States at the moment.
The company produces products that are especially made for African skin, so they are a hit with the local customers.
Justine is also an advocate for causes such as poverty, domestic abuse, and breast cancer.

How Do MLMs Work?
Welcome to the section where we take a break from talking about the company we are reviewing to discuss MLMs in general. In this section, we will be talking about the similarities that MLMs share. If you have been in this website before, then I think you know by now that I have reviewed quite a lot of MLMs already.
I believe that my knowledge about these companies are enough to back my opinions regarding MLMs. I think that MLMs are the worst, and I do not recommend joining one.
If this is the first time your first time encountering an MLM, then I suggest that you read this section in its entirety. It will help you learn more about MLMs and will help you understand why my opinions about them are negative.
I am sure that you have moments in your lives where you realize that you are not making the money you need to make. It could be hard, especially when your job is full-time and you have kids you need to feed and take care of.
That situation is exactly what MLMs take advantage of. They preach financial independence, but at the same time, they manipulate people into depending on them. What really ticks me off about this is that they are taking advantage of people who have very income and savings, and encourage them to use that money to join the MLM and quit their full-time jobs.
Remember that in full-time jobs, no matter how little you make, it is still pretty stable income. You basically just wait for the payday to get your salary.
In MLMs, you get no stable income. If you cannot make sales and meet sales quotas, you will be dropped immediately. What will happen to you if you quit your full-time job to do this then get dropped in a month?
Is Justine a Pyramid Scheme?
Since Justine members earn money both by selling services and recruiting new members, then it is safe to say that Justine is not a pyramid scheme.
However, since Justine is still an MLM, do not expect to make money if you have no plans on recruiting people. Recruiting will earn you significantly more money than actual product selling, and is more encouraged.
This just makes Justine look like a pyramid scheme in disguise, doesn’t it?

Like Well Beyond, Kyani, and Vivri, Justine is not a pyramid scheme.
Is Justine a Scam?
No, Justine is not a scam.
However, if you think this is enough for you to jump in Justine’s so-called opportunity straight away, then I suggest that you hold your horses. This is just the most basic thing, so don’t go signing up for this company right away.
Before making your decision, I suggest that you do a thorough research on the MLM first. You can consult some of the sources I listed below. Take note that you can definitely consult any source you want to, but the sources I listed below are the best kinds to consult, for various reasons listed.
What Sources Should You Look For?
There are three kinds of sources that you can consult when it comes to researching MLMs. There are other kinds of sources, but I believe that these three sources will be of the most help to you.
You actually found the best source available online already. This Justine review is just one example of a third-party review. These reviews are published by people and websites are who not affiliated with any of the MLMs they write about. Basically, the information they include in these reviews are facts they gained through thorough research and are unbiased.
If you are looking for people to discuss MLMs with, then you can find quite a number of forums in the internet. The most active forum that I was able to find has thousands of members, and they regularly update their threads. These people are more than willing to answer questions too, as they want to educate more and more people about MLMs.
You can also search for testimonials made by people who used to work for MLMs. Most of these can be found in media sharing sites. These people have first-hand experience with working with MLMs, so they know information that the companies keep classified. This makes testimonies a valuable source of insider information.
How to Make Money from Justine
Since Justine is an MLM, there are two basic ways to make money with the company. and these are:
- Selling products
- Recruiting members
Take note that once you join Justine, you will notice that recruiting is much more encouraged than product selling. The reason behind this is because this company is because you can a lot more money from recruiting new members than selling products alone. If you are thinking that you can be successful here just by selling, then you are greatly mistaken.
If you are still wondering why this is the case, then take note that earning money from MLMs are on a commission basis. Basically, you will need to make as money sales as possible. Take note that in order to have inventory on-hand, you need to buy it from your upline first.
This is how it works. Once you have managed to get people to sign up under you, you will be the person in charge of their orders. This means that in order for you to earn more money, you need to persuade them to keep ordering from you, because every order they place rewards you with commissions. In order to make a lot of money, you need to have a lot of people under you.
Remember that the MLM business model is not sustainable, so as time goes by, you will run out of people to recruit.
MLMs do not really care about how many products you sell. What they care about is how many you buy and how many people you can bring in.
Justine Products

Justine sells products divided to the following categories:
- Skincare products
- Tissue oil
- Cosmetics
- Fragrance
- Accessories
- Bath & body products
- Anti-aging products
- Men’s products
How Much Can You Make?
Just like its parent company Avon, Justine does not publish an income disclosure statement. This means that we don’t really have data that can show us how much the members make. I guess all we can do at this moment is speculate.
To be honest, this is pretty common for MLMs. Most MLMs I have reviewed do not publish one, which just goes to show how MLMs do not really care about whether or not their potential members know how much money they can make. It seems like they do not think it’s important, when in reality, it is very important for them to know this information.
I don’t think it’s fair for these MLMs to leave their members in the dark, especially when it involves the money they invested to start the business. They have the right to know this because they are the ones working hard to sell products and market the company.
Another thing that bothers me is that MLMs do not compensate its members properly. I am certain that everyone is working hard, but they aren’t really being paid with stable salaries. Basically, there are people who work for free because they may be working hard, but not making sales.
Things I Like in Justine
Established Parent Company
Avon is already a household name, which means that a lot of people know that they are in business. To be honest, Avon is the only multi-level marketing company that I know of before I started making reviews.
This means that Justine is in good hands, considering how much Avon is making every year and how they are still in business despite having many competitors get in the business through the years.
Things I Dislike in Justine
Only Available in Limited Areas
Justine could be much more profitable if they bring the business to the United States, Europe, and Asia. I can see that being owned by Avon has its perks, but most Avon customers are in the areas I stated above.
It would be better if the expand soon, because they are currently being overshadowed by other companies. I think that the company shows promise, but they better expand before they fade into obscurity.
Saturated Market
Justine may be owned by Avon, but it is still its own company. It belongs in a very profitable niche, which is both good and bad for it. Basically, it can make money, yes, but it could not maximize its profits because it belongs in a pretty competitive niche.
Also, if you can observe, I have reviewed quite a lot of skincare MLMs in the past. This just reveals how many companies are vying for the attention of customers. I have reviewed quite a lot of them, but I barely scratched the surface.
It is an MLM
This is an MLM, so it means that a lot of people definitely failed in this venture. In fact, 99% of people who join MLMs fail to make money, and they do not even earn back their initial investment.
Justine Compensation Plan
