Keep Me Safe MLM Review: Can You Be Rich in This MLM?

Keep Me Safe MLM Review: Can You Be Rich in This MLM?

Today we will be reviewing a company called Keep Me Safe. Is Keep Me Safe a scam? Find out in this Keep Me Safe MLM Review.

Before that Keep Me Safe hunbot slid into your DMs, I am positive that you haven’t heard of the company before. That’s pretty unsurprising, because the nature of MLMs is to be obscure. That is how the business works, technically.

MLMs operate differently compared to other businesses. For one, they are obscure for a reason. They aim to give a more personal shopping experience to people, so their method of sales involves getting in touch with the customer.

They also practice other business tactics, which is why they are often being put into question. Some of their questionable business practices include having to recruit people, like a pyramid scheme. If you are wondering why MLMs and pyramid schemes are being mistaken for one another, then here is the answer.

Good thing you found this Keep Me Safe MLM review before deciding to join the company. Not only will you learn about the company, but also about how shady they are. Buckle up and read.

Before we go further in this Keep Me Safe MLM review, I will define two terms first: MLM and pyramid scheme.

MLM members make money by selling products and recruiting new members. In pyramid schemes, members could only make money by recruiting people. Pyramid schemes are illegal and banned by the FTC.

As a disclaimer, I am not affiliated with  Keep Me Safe in any way.

Hopefully this Keep Me Safe MLM review can help you decide whether you want to sign up for the company or not.

What is Keep Me Safe?

Keep Me Safe Review - Keep Me Safe intro

Keep Me Safe is a multi-level marketing company founded by Rebecca Black and Kelli Bono in 2017. The company sells cosmetics and skincare products.

Prior to founding her own company, Black mentioned that she used to be a stylist for ten years. Bono, on the other hand, graduated from Florida University, and has two master’s degrees.

Keep Me Safe Review - Keep Me Safe products

Keep Me Safe’s selling point is how natural and toxic free their products are. In fact, their name came from their desire to keep away toxic chemicals from people by the use of their all-natural products.

The company is currently based in Florida, United States.

How Do MLMs Work?

MLMs seem to know exactly what to say to people in order to get their interest, and then coax them into joining. To be fair, MLMs would not be multiplying if people have no interest in them. Time and time again, a new MLM joins the fray, as businesses come to realize just how effective this business model is.

I do not encourage joining one because it is a lot more complicated than working at a regular job. In a regular job, you have a fixed schedule and fixed salary. You are free to do whatever you want to once your shift ends. Simple, right? Sure, working 40 days a week sure is a hassle, but at least you get to do two days off for yourself.

Of course, you can also apply for days off when you want to go on a vacation or simply to take a break. Companies encourage this too so their employees would not be burnt out. A good workforce should not just be productive, but they should also be physically and mentally healthy.

A lot of people seemed to be unlikely with their workplaces, which is why they want to leave the 8 to 5 work life behind them. They want to be able to be in charge of their life for once, and this is where MLMs come in.

Personally, I see nothing bad with being able to be in charge of your schedule. It actually gives you the freedom to do what you like and rest when you like. However, MLMs are notorious for being very strict.

You need to meet sales quotas, and if you can’t, you have to buy the products for yourself. This is what sinks people into a debt trap.

Keep your job, and forget MLMs.

Is Keep Me Safe a Pyramid Scheme?

Since Keep Me Safe members earn money both by selling services and recruiting new members, then it is safe to say that Keep Me Safe is not a pyramid scheme.

However, since Keep Me Safe is still an MLM, do not expect to make money if you have no plans on recruiting people. Recruiting will earn you significantly more money than actual product selling, and is more encouraged.

This just makes Keep Me Safe look like a pyramid scheme in disguise, doesn’t it?

Pyramid scheme vs Multi-level marketing

Like Initial Outfitters, Barefoot Books, and JC Premiere, Keep Me Safe is not a pyramid scheme.

Is Keep Me Safe a Scam?

No, Keep Me Safe is not a scam.

However, if you think this is enough for you to jump in Keep Me Safe’s so-called opportunity straight away, then I suggest that you hold your horses. This is just the most basic thing, so don’t go signing up for this company right away.

Before making your decision, I suggest that you do a thorough research on the MLM first. You can consult some of the sources I listed below. Take note that you can definitely consult any source you want to, but the sources I listed below are the best kinds to consult, for various reasons listed.

What Sources Should You Look For?

There are three kinds of sources that you can consult when it comes to researching MLMs. There are other kinds of sources, but I believe that these two sources will be of the most help to you.

If you are looking for the best kind of source you can consult, then you actually are at the right place. This Keep Me Safe MLM review is a third-party review. Third-party reviews are independent from the companies they have written about, which means they are free from any biases.

These reviews actually take a long time to make, as thorough research is required. This is because these reviews strive to be the top source. They compile the information from primary sources, so that the user need not do the research anymore. Of course, reviews are also thoroughly fact-checked prior to publication.

On the other hand, third-party reviews are still not perfect. There may be things that they cannot answer still, including the more specific concerns you may have. This is why you should not stick to only one source alone.

I suggest that you visit online forums for this type of questions. After all, these forums are pretty active. No matter what time you decide to pose a question, someone will answer. They are a group of people who have the same goal: to educate people regarding the harm caused by MLMs.

Forums are also extensive databases of information. They contain the most mundane answers to everything. Some members also worked with MLMs before, so of course you can consider them as credible sources too.

Consult these two sources and you will be an MLM expert sooner than you think.

How to Make Money from Keep Me Safe

Since Keep Me Safe is an MLM, there are only two ways to make money with the company. and these are:

  1. Selling products
  2. Recruiting members

I am sure that the hunbot who messaged you did not even bother explaining these methods properly, so good thing you came to the right place. MLMs are actually pretty generous in rewarding their members who perform well.

The selling method is straightforward. As an MLM member, you get products at a discounted prices. You can then sell for the retail prices that the company sets as well. Finding customers is a whole other concern, though.

Recruiting is getting people to sign up for your team. This is what MLMs encourage doing because of the constant cash flow that this will entail. You get commissions from every sale made by members of your team, basically. The more people in your team, the more money you can make.

Remember that the MLM business model is not sustainable, so as time goes by, you will run out of people to recruit.

MLMs do not really care about how many products you sell. What they care about is how many you buy and how many people you can bring in.

How Much Can You Make?

Unfortunately, Keep Me Safe is no different from other MLMs I have already reviewed. They do not publish a proper income disclosure statement, which just makes them look suspicious. To be honest, I am not surprised upon finding this out.

MLMs will choose to hide the truth than tell their members that making money in their company is a pretty slim chance. Also, majority of the people who joined MLMs lived to regret their decision. Most of them left without even earning back the money they spent on start-up and onboarding fees.

MLMs also do not care much about their members. They set quotas which are way too high to reach that they are impossible. They punish members who cannot adhere to these quotas by stripping them of their rights to sell the products that they already have.

From the get-go, joining an MLM is already pretty disadvantageous. People who joined get in debt because of the policies which are in place. Why would you need to buy products yourself to reach a quota? That is the complete opposite of what a business should be doing.

Things I Like in Keep Me Safe

Non-Toxic Products

I honestly commend this company for selling products that are not harmful to the body. Most of the time, people do not read the containers of the product they buy, and when they get allergic to them, they have no idea which caused the reaction.

I am glad that this company actually cares about the people who will be using their products. Most of all, they also care about the environmental effects of their products, so I am glad that this company manufactures non-toxic products.

Things I Dislike in Keep Me Safe

Saturated Market

Even though Keep Me Safe sells natural products, I could point out other companies that are selling the same thing. Sure, their products may be high quality, but the competition in the skincare and cosmetic niche is pretty steep. There are regular companies who properly advertise their products.

It is just way too much to compete with those, so even though this company has good intentions, they do not stand out in any way.

Missing Vital Information

Not only is this company missing its income disclosure statement, but it is also missing its compensation plan from their website. Seriously, that is important information that they should publish. It would help out those seeking to join the company. Of course they want to hear how they could they get paid.

Keep Me Safe should get it together.

It is an MLM

This is an MLM, so it means that a lot of people definitely failed in this venture. In fact, 99% of people who join MLMs fail to make money, and they do not even earn back their initial investment.
