AMZ Automation is an Amazon automation service. It is a service that is being run by a duo who are known as Kevin David and David Arnett.
Basically, it is a service that can help you with selling your products on Amazon.
You may be thinking that selling on Amazon meant just making product listings, but actually, there are more tasks that need to be done before you can even begin your business there.
What this service does is it will be running your Amazon shop for you. You need not learn anything; all that is required for you is to pay them.
Well, as much as how that sounds tempting, I am quite skeptical regarding the whole thing. Does the service really work, or will they just take your money?
From sourcing products, shipping said products to the US, to launching in Amazon, this service aims to be a one-stop done-for-you service.
Once your sales start coming in, the service will also be taking charge of restocking and expanding the business for you. This means that you wouldn’t need to do much, and just take the role of a silent investor.
It is pretty much like Real Ecom Automation.
There are three investment tiers for you to choose from, depending on your needs.
- Platinum Automation – $40K with working capital of $15K-$35K
- Diamond Automation – $100K with working capital of $50K
Who are Kevin David and David Arnett?
Kevin David is an entrepreneur who also offers online courses that teach digital marketing. He is friends with David Arnett, who is an entrepreneur that earns money from FBA.
It seems like they are both successful entrepreneurs, and they rake in millions of dollars a year. They are also sellers on Amazon, and have created Amazon FBA courses before they decided to run this automation service.
They have collaborated in order to give newbie sellers an option for experts to run their business for them. Well, this is a good idea, and as long as you have money to pay for the service, all you have to do is sit back and let them work.
To be fair, even if they are pretty successful, I wouldn’t recommend having strangers have full control over your business.
Does AMZ Automation Work?
AMZ Automation claims that it will do everything for you, but can it really do what is promised? Can it really make your business successful?
Well, it is pretty subjective, and it depends on individual circumstances.
However, it seems like the goal of the service is to take off the weight from your shoulders by automating the whole process for you. If you simply have no time to learn how the whole process works, then you can take advantage of the service, as long as you have money to spare.
Looks like the service is not a scam, but I will be discussing some red flags I encountered in my research in the further sections.
So, do I recommend this service? To be honest, even if it sounds like it is not a scam, I still wouldn’t recommend it. After all, I don’t recommend FBA in general. You will know why as you continue reading.

How Does Amazon FBA Work?
Like I said before, this is a done-for-you service. You need not do anything as they will handle everything for you, from the menial tasks to the tedious ones.
Well, before you even think about selling on Amazon, let me walk you through the steps that you will be going through, in case you won’t be availing of this done-for-you service. The service claims that it can do all of them for you.
In this section of the AMZ Automation review, you will learn how Amazon FBA works. Hopefully you can see just how tedious the whole process is.
Step 1: Researching Products to Sell
To make money in Amazon, you need to be able to find items you can profit more. Study the demand.
There are millions of potential products to choose from, so it could be quite overwhelming just finding a niche you want to focus on. In my opinion, I suggest sticking with a niche you are interested in.
You need to always bear your potential customers in mind. You might want to sell an item, but ask yourself if your customers want to purchase it from you.
Step 2: Making Product Listings
Now you are done with choosing the products you want to sell in your Amazon store. Now what?
You have to make product listings in your store so you can finally start selling the products you picked out. However, making a product listing is not as easy as it seems. It is not just about writing a few words and calling it a day.
To make a product listing more appealing to customers, you need an enticing product description. You also need to take good product pictures in order to let the customers have a clearer view of the item.
To get your listing to the top, use keywords. Incorporate as much of them in the product descriptions.
Step 3: Selecting a Supplier and Managing Inventory
You are probably using dropshipping as a way to save on production costs. Well, I cannot blame you, as most people do not really have a good place to store their products even if they choose to make the items themselves.
Dropshipping simply means having the items shipped straight from the supplier to the customers. You will have no hand with packing and storage of the items as your supplier will handle the logistics for you.
As for the inventory, you would not really be handling any, as the supplier will be handling the orders for you.
Step 4: Processing Orders
Now the next step is to process your customers’ orders. You need to keep a record to avoid confusion, as you will be the one directly communicating to your supplier.
You also need to provide your buyers with tracking numbers in case something happens with your parcels. Also, you have no control over logistics, but buyers want assurance, so it is best to have them track the parcels themselves.
Take note of which orders are shipped, as there are some people who aim to take advantage of newbie sellers by claiming that they never received their items.
Step 5: Getting Good Reviews
Take note that good reviews are free advertising. Of course, you still need to pay for regular advertising, but good reviews will help you a great deal.
It is pretty easy to get good reviews. Provide good quality reviews and great quality service, and you need not worry about getting a bad review.
Also, aim to get a higher rating for your store. Customers would most likely flock to you if you have high store ratings.
Step 6: Expanding Your Business
Once you start making money, all you need to do is to stay on a positive trajectory. Think about the future of your business and expand it once you feel like the time is right.

Why I Don’t Recommend Amazon FBA
My research says that most Amazon sellers only earn a profit margin of an average 10% by selling on Amazon. Take note that these sellers are already experienced, so the number will be a lot lower for newbie sellers.
It seems like you will be facing quite a lot of competition, so be prepared. It will require you a lot of dedication and persistence in order to stand out from your competitors.

Or better yet, I suggest venturing into another business which will not require a lot of work from you.
Like I said before, Amazon is already way too saturated. The number of products and sellers are already way too many to count, so it is more likely that you would not even get noticed.
Before you even begin, the odds are already against you. Being noticed in a niche with a lot of veteran sellers is simply impossible, while venturing into an untapped niche is very uncommon to happen.
High Financial Risk
So, let’s say that you will be doing dropshipping. Even though you will not be handling inventory like a regular business, there are still a lot of costs involved that you will not be able to avoid.
These include advertising, branding, logistics, and packaging. Take note that these costs, especially the advertising. Even if no one buys from you, you need to keep paying for advertising if you want to get noticed.
Little Quality Control
Since you will be outsourcing your products, there is a big chance that you wouldn’t even know the products’ quality. Are there any damages? Are the items durable? Is the pricing you set worth it for the items’ quality?
Take note that items being mass produced, especially from China, are more likely to have a lot of quality issues. Most items are cheaply made at a fast pace, making QA impossible.
Also, remember that if your supplier ships damaged items to your customers, they are most likely to ask for a refund and leave a bad review. That is not good for your store.
Low Profit Margin
Like I said before, there is very little profit to make from here. If you want to make money, you need to hustle really hard. However, you cannot really make that much from dropshipping anyway, so there seems little point to even start.
Long Startup Time
Before you can even start selling and making money, you need to do a lot of things first. Establishing your store, finding suppliers, and running ads are some things you need to pay attention to. Before you can even earn a profit, it could take months, or maybe even a year.
Things I Like in AMZ Automation
More Time to Relax
If you decide to pay for the service, you will be essentially hiring a group of eCommerce experts to do the work for you. Unlike doing all the rudimentary task all by yourself, you can rest easy, knowing that they will take care of everything.
As long as you keep paying them, you can be 100% hands-off, meaning that you can have more time to spend with your family and doing the things you enjoy.
They Will Handle Everything
From product selection, making listings, and shipping, this service will do literally everything for you. You need not spend a lot of time researching what products you can sell; they will do that for you.
According to them, they know what products people are looking for, and they know which niches to target in order to maximize your profits.
They also have a catalog of so-called “product winners”, which are items that can sell well.
They will also be the one handling your product launches, and assures that your products will definitely be flying off the shelves.
Another thing they will do for you is watch your inventory and refill it if necessary. It is quite a challenging process, as you need to correctly predict how many units you need to order in advance. This is no challenge for them, though.
Things I Dislike in AMZ Automation
High Service Costs
Like they say, you need to spend money to make money.
This is what the AMZ Automation is after: your money. With a minimum of $10k for their cheapest service plan, this service will surely put a dent on your bank before you can even start making any money.
This service is only for people who have money to spare, and not for people who cannot afford capital. You are also required to give the 30% of your profit to them. Not to mention the $25k annual admin fee.
That is way too much money.
You are expected to play the role of a silent investor once you decide to avail of the service. After all, they are the experts, while you do not know how to run the business.
Basically, all you are left to do is pray and hope that they will do well and make the business successful so you don’t waste your investments.
They also do not give even a rough estimate as to your profit margins once you entrust your business to them. Yikes.
No Control Over Your Business
They will be the one handling all the decisions, meaning that even if you own the business, you have no control over it.
Because they are a “team of experts”, you are expected to believe that they will making the right decisions all the time.
They will be the ones choosing what products to sell, and how to run the business in general. It seems like they will not even disclose most of the happenings with you. You are just expected to fork over your cash when they ask you for it.
Control Over Your Credit Card
This is the thing that doesn’t sit well with me. Here you are, already spending thousands of dollars just to get them to run your business, yet they still want more from you.
Turns out that they will keep your credit card details and charge it whenever they want to. Amusingly, they would not even elaborate what the charge is for.
They can steal from under your nose if they want to, basically.
Final Verdict – AMZ Automation
Before I end this AMZ Automation review, I would like to share a few more insights that could help you.
Selling products on Amazon is complex, unlike how you perceive it to be. I am sure that before you read this AMZ Automation review, you thought that selling on Amazon is as simple as just posting on your social networking feed.
Let me tell you right now that you are in for a lot of tedious work if you ever plan to establish an Amazon store. This is what these services take advantage of.
There is just way too much work involved here, and if you want this to work, you need to be dedicated. You also need time and money. However, the profit margin is way too low.
This is why I do not recommend this business model. There is way too much work involved, but very little return. I would not suggest this to someone who wants to start an online business.
AMZ Automation aims to help you with all the hard work, but it is way too expensive. I doubt that you can make any more money once you avail their service, as 30% of your income goes to them.
I think that you need a side hustle that you can do easier than this one. It is easy to learn, and will not require that much time. All you need to do to learn about it is to read the details below.
