Shadow Blitz Review: Is Lance Ippolito’s System A Scam?

Today, we’re going to talk about Lance Ippolito’s Shadow Blitz. Can this method help you make money online? Find out in this Shadow Blitz review.

Anyone who regularly reads, listens, or even watches any business-related channel should have an idea of just how unpredictable the stock market can be.

A stock can be performing well this season, but its value could also drop just about anytime. While most of the changes can be easily forecasted just by paying attention to recent events (i.e. pandemic recovery), some events can only be described as “completely unpredictable” (i.e. the infamous “Gamestop short squeeze“).

Due to this volatility, even the most experienced day traders are always at risk whenever they invest in a stock. If they’re not careful, one wrong move may result in them losing all of their savings.

Lance Ippolito, a so-called financial expert, claims to have found a method to take advantage of a stock’s changes in value to position himself in front of it and make him a large amount of profit.

He calls this method a “Shadow Blitz”, and he’s willing to share his method with you. For a price, of course.

But before you decide to invest in these systems, you should read this Shadow Blitz review first. So that you can determine if this is a worthwhile system for yourself or not.

DISCLAIMER: This is a fully independent Shadow Blitz review. I’m not affiliated with Lance Ippolito or Wealthpress, in any way or form whatsoever.

What Is A “Shadow Blitz”?

Shadow Blitz Image 1

Lance Ippolito’s term may sound a bit ear-catching and fancy. But the idea behind it certainly isn’t quite amazing, truth be told.

As defined on the official sales page of one of his products…

A “Shadow Blitz” comes as a result of a combination of regulatory loopholes that many folks have no clue about. But the SEC would simply refer to them as “unusual trades.”

These stock movements then can signal when a stock is about to rise dramatically in a span of a few hours. And Lance Ippolito has developed a plan to take advantage of them.

He claims that, using a “proprietary trading system” developed specifically for him, he can isolate these “shadow blitzes”. These give him an advantage as anyone who knows this system can place their trades on these stocks before their price goes up.

Thus, using this “Shadow Blitz” strategy, he claims that traders get returns of up to 400% to 1,000% overnight.

And to let others take advantage of this “Shadow Blitz” system, he developed services that can alert subscribers when these movements occur. So that they, too, can take advantage of the knowledge and place their trades early.

These include The Blitz Tracker/Weekly Blitz Alert (which I did a review last time.)

The Man Behind The “Shadow Blitz” Idea

The “Shadow Blitz” idea is conceptualized by none other than Lance Ippolito. He’s also a member of the “Wealthpress” company, which specializes in guiding users through the stock market.

Shadow Blitz - Lance Ippolito

According to his About info on the Wealthpress website, he’s an “ex-hedge fund trader that specializes in making large amounts of money in short periods of time.” He also raised $3 million for a medical cannabis company that now has a market cap of over $297 million.

He has also made some appearances on several media outlets like CNN Business, Cheddar TV, and others. But other than that, not much is known about him.

Honestly, the “former hedge fund manager” backstory is already an overused legitimacy claim that has been used several times by many stock market gurus, both scams and legit.

So is it to say that Lance Ippolito is a scammer himself? Not quite. But let’s find out as we go along.

On an interesting note, he seemed to compete in a local bodybuilding competition in the past.

The Shadow Blitz System: Pricing

The cost for availing of any of Lance Ippolito’s services that uses his “Shadow Blitz” method depends on how long are you going to stay with it.

You can go for an annual fee of $1,997, or you can pay a lifetime membership price of $2,497.

Shadow Blitz Pricing

As you can already tell, the system is quite expensive, most especially for beginners.

The usual defense for that pricing is that you’re going to get what you pay for, anyway. And the gains that you’ll be earning while using this system may more than compensate for the money you will spend here.

But for stock market newcomers, surely they won’t have that amount of money to buy such a product. And owing to the stock market’s unpredictability, it’s highly unlikely that will even get back that amount of money, especially in such a short time.

In the worst-case scenario, they may even lose more. So instead…

But Is The Shadow Blitz System Reliable?

Let me start this section by asking one thing.

If a hunbot approaches you, and invites you to join this “company“, claiming that it will help you get rich quick, how would you feel? Surely, you’ll feel very suspicious about the offer, right?

I asked you about this because this is how these “Shadow Blitz” offers are marketed to you.

In one of his ads, Lance Ippolito explains that, as a stock trader, his system will give you profits of over 400% to 1,000% overnight. And you won’t even need to use a lot of capital to do so.

If it’s not apparent to you, it’s obvious that’s he’s selling something similar to a “get rich quick” scheme.

But experienced stock traders know, that’s not how it works. Even when using a system like this, there’s always a  chance that you’ll lose money if you don’t know what you’re doing.

Ironically, the target market of Lance Ippolito’s “Shadow Blitz” alert systems are mostly stock market beginners. As evidenced when it says in the ad that this system can be used “very easily, with little to no training”.

The 90/90/90 Rule In Trading

The 90/90/90 rule certainly isn’t familiar to most people. But most experienced traders may probably know this very well.

Basically, this means that 90% of stock traders lose 90% of the money, in 90 days.

So why’s that? There are several reasons, which I’ll be going to list here.

  • High Expectations
  • Affected By The “Shiny Object Syndrome”
  • Relying On Signals/Alerts Services
  • Going Through Without A Trading Plan (And Not Testing It)
  • Emotions
  • Not Enough Capital

While there are plenty of reasons why many traders fail, let’s focus on the three factors that are relevant to this Shadow Blitz review.

Because most people will purchase Lance Ippolito’s services due to these three reasons.

They will think that availing of this service will get them rich in just a short amount of time. And it’s no thanks to its misleading advertisements.

Some stock traders may also be attracted by these claims, and may abandon their trading strategy altogether, in favor of this one. These are the traders who are affected by the “Shiny Object Syndrome”.

But the thing is, none of these services will make you successful in stock market trading. It MAY work for them, but it certainly won’t work for all.

Is The “Shadow Blitz” System A Scam?

Shadow Blitz Review - Stock Market Scam

I have to be honest here. If I were to call this “Shadow Blitz” method a scam, then it’s like I’m also saying the stock market itself is a scam.

Which, of course, is not.

So for me, I don’t think Lance Ippolito’s system isn’t a scam. We can assume that the system worked for him well, and wants to teach it to others.

However, again, we go back to his claims. That he presents his trading strategy as something like a “get rich quick” scheme. Which, of course, is not.

But one of the most suspicious things about this “shadow blitz” method of trading, is the fact that it closely resembles a “Pump-And-Dump” scheme.

What Is A “Pump-And-Dump” Scheme?

A pump-and-dump scheme is a form of stock market manipulation.

Basically, the price of a single stock will be “artificially jacked up” by the perpetrators. They do this by spreading overhyped and greatly exaggerated positive statements, which for the most part, are actually false.

And once the stock price rises up to their preferred value that is great than what they invested (because a lot of people have already invested in the stock), the perpetrators themselves will then sell their stock positions for a profit.

This, then, may cause the stock price to collapse, leaving investors with a stock value that is far less than what they bought the stock for.

I can’t really say that Lance Ippolito, and even Wealthpress themselves, are perpetrators of a pump-and-dump scheme since they haven’t really done something that resembles it (at least, for now).

But there’s a probable cause for it since technically, if all of the users of this system decide to invest in their suggested stock, they may be able to boost that certain stock’s price.

How Much Can You Make With The Shadow Blitz System?

It’s probably not as much as he claims.

Because let’s face it. If he claims this system is going to secure your financial freedom via stock trading, then he shouldn’t even be selling this system in the first place.

He would already be rich enough, that he won’t have to sell anything. Instead, he should be using his own system.

But there’s also one factor on why you may not make that much money on this.

The entire system primarily focuses on penny stocks. These are stocks that usually don’t cost any more than $5 per share.

While technically, you can still make a good fortune by trading penny stocks in the market, it’s not going to reach some of the figures that the advertisements for this system claim.

Shadow Blitz Review: Final Verdict (Will I Recommend It?)

Closing off this Shadow Blitz review, I would like to give my thoughts regarding this.

As I mentioned before, relying on stock trading alerts is actually a big mistake. And can even be the cause of a money loss on your end.

Besides, regardless of any system you use whatsoever, you should be aware that stock trading (specifically, day trading) can be likened to gambling. You’ll never really know the outcome unless you very carefully study it.

For this reason, I don’t really recommend Lance Ippolito’s “Shadow Blitz” system. In fact, you don’t even need to avail of any such services. Besides, the creator of this system is a nit less trustworthy, so why would you entrust your money on someone like that?

It’s really not advisable to rely on stock trading as one of your “chief” side hustles. But if it’s what you prefer…

My suggestion is to just learn a bit about the stock market and start out small, to build your experience. Don’t rely on stock trading too much to make money, but rather just invest in a few, and if possible, hold it for a long time (until the situation calls for it to be sold).

But if you want, I can suggest a better and more reliable way to make money online out there. And most of the time, it only involves little monetary capital, and some knowledge.

If you want to find out more about it, keep on reading beyond this Shadow Blitz review.
