The primary reason I wouldn’t suggest this is kind of business is that land is rather expensive. There is a required initial investment of several thousand dollars to get started with this venture.
You need a lot of money to get started in this industry, and I seriously doubt you have enough cash on hand to accomplish it. Furthermore, I highly doubt that you will need a side business if you already have that much money.
It’s clear that only wealthy people can afford this type of company plan. It’s unrealistic to think you can launch a business of this size with a few hundred bucks.
In addition, you should give it your whole attention, since you probably don’t want to see so much cash wasted.
