Today we will be reviewing a program known as List Leverage. Is List Leverage legit? Find out in this List Leverage review.
The pandemic is still in full swing, and with the new variants coming to light, it seems like we are in for another rude awakening once the new year starts. There would probably be another lockdown that will be implemented if infections do not slow down.
It seems like we need to start to accept that we will be living with the virus indefinitely. Another lockdown will mean industries and businesses closing their doors once again, which equates to many people losing their jobs.
Not everyone is privileged enough to keep their jobs, meaning that you are pretty lucky if you get to keep yours. Even then, with the costs of basic commodities rising, budgeting your salary that doesn’t even go up gets quite challenging.
With that in mind, people have decided to get into side hustles, which helps supplement their monthly income. Side hustles come in different forms, from online businesses to freelance gigs.
What brought you here is the prospect of making some money on the side. Luckily for you, I did my research, so I’ll be able to tell you whether this program can help you find your way to financial freedom.
Before you decide to commit to this program, you should read this List Leverage review first. You should check if it is worth your time before you pay for it.
DISCLAIMER: This is a fully independent review. I’m not affiliated with List Leverage in any shape or form whatsoever.

List Leverage Review: Quick Details
- Name: List Leverage
- Website: www.listleverage.com
- Type: Online Course/Masterclass
- Niche: Lead Generation (Email Marketing)
- Owner: Matthew Neer
- Price: $49 (monthly) / $398 (annual)
- Recommended?: No, because it involves an MLM approach. Stay away from MLMs as there are better ways to make money.
What is List Leverage?

List Leverage is a training program about email marketing. Most people have mentioned that the program is pretty expensive. Regarding the program’s quality, I will be doing a more in-depth take on it later.
The program is designed and owned by Matthew Neer. He claims that the program can help you earn up to $1,000 just by clicking and sending emails. Well, that claim already sounds bogus.
Matthew says that the system he is offering is already proven and tested. He says that it can help you get leads from lead capture pages.
Basically, what List Leverage offers is a done-for-you email marketing system. However, as I already said previously, it is quite overpriced.
Another thing is that Matthew somehow combined an MLM to his training program, which I will be discussing later.
Who is Matthew Neer?

Matthew Neer runs List Leverage. It looks like he also owns other programs which are being sold in ClickBank. All of them seem overhyped and overpriced.
Matthew’s marketing tactic is no different from other gurus in the internet. He promotes his programs as ways people can utilize to get rich fast.
He may be an entrepreneur, but he is more of a guru to me. His programs do not seem impressive, and the main reason why they gain traction is because he overhypes them.
List Leverage seems like an okay program, but you should not really trust the words of a guru that just wants to make a quick buck.
How List Leverage Works
Well, the main way of making money in List Leverage is by recruiting people to sign up as members. A typical MLM, basically.
You have to be subscribed to one of six email lists, and every time you recruit someone, you get to increase your rank. You also enjoy commissions from what they pay to join.
Once you get people to join, you get access to more email addresses, and that is how you get more people in that email list.
Getting started seems like an easy task, as you might be thinking that clicking all day and sending emails does not seem that hard. To be fair though, you can definitely make money from it, but not as much as you expect.
Email marketing is indeed effective in terms of driving traffic, but it doesn’t really work as straightforward as that, at least for List Leverage.
An Innovative Method?
List Leverage claims that they have an “innovative method” you can use to succeed in this niche. Sounds intriguing, right?
Well, those are just big words. It simply means that you need to seek people to recruit so that they can sign up for your email list. Not enough to be called “innovative”, if you ask me.
You can find success in doing this, but to do that, you need to study how traffic generation works. Your focus should also be mainly on the MMO niche.
You might be tempted to send emails to random people so that more people will know about what you’re marketing, but trust me; those people will definitely be annoyed.
Along with that, unsubscribing to an email list is actually pretty simple to do. Do not do this if you want your email list to be wiped out in a matter of days.
Pricing
There are two membership packages in List Leverage. The first one is referred to as the Beginner Package, and costs $49 per month. Super Affiliate is the other one, which costs $398 for a whole year.
If you want to try it out, then I suggest availing of the Beginner Package. I don’t really suggest investing a lot of money to something that might not work for you.
Along with those membership packages are various upsells.
- Pages – $97
- Swipes – $247
- Webinars – $497
You are also required to pay Traffic Authority ($300-$8,000), as well as SendShark ($25/month) in order to drive traffic to the lead capture pages you will be directing people to.
This means that before you can even start this so-called “great opportunity”, you will already be in the hole just for starting up. That does not seem like a good deal on your end.
Along with that, SendShark has an extremely low inbox rate. This means that your emails would probably be heading straight to the receiver’s junk or spam folder. What’s the point of email marketing when your recipients are not even getting your emails in the first place?
A Closer Look Into Email Marketing
Email marketing is a pretty effective way to promote a product or service. Because of recent technological advancements, people can now read their emails on the go. They need not be required to have access to a computer or laptop to do so.
What makes email marketing effective is because they immediately direct you to the product or service they are advertising. Most of the time, they offer discounts, so people are going to be more either to try the product or service.
However, when it comes to email marketing, you need to have subscribers who belong in the same niche as you do. You cannot really advertise something to a group of people who do not have a particular use for it.
Being in the same niche is not enough, to be honest. You need to be able to provide something which people will be truly interested in.
Email marketing is not really all about making email lists and collecting email addresses. You need to have the right people in your email list, and provide them with a product that they definitely have a use for.
Can You Make Money With List Leverage?
There is definitely money to be made with email marketing. However, is it really possible to make a profit with the help of List Leverage?
First off, let’s dissect the claims made by Matthew. Like a typical guru, he states that his methods are a surefire way to make up to $1,000 a day. You are properly entranced by this claim, which is what you to this List Leverage review today.
Well, that claim is definitely not true. It is not possible, unless you spent your entire life doing it and have no other career, for that matter. Even though, success rates are simply not that promising. Most people just give up and fail.
Matthew also does not do his program any favors. By claiming that people are surely going to make money here, he is deceiving them into thinking that all his bogus claims are legitimate.
Well, there is money to be made here, but not as much as what Matthew claims. Besides, since you will only plan on doing this on the side, then you should lower your profit expectations.

Pros and Cons of List Leverage
Pros
- There is a 30-day money-back guarantee, meaning that you have exactly that period of time to test if the program can work for you. If it doesn’t then, you can get a refund. A potential issue though is that they might deny your refund without giving you a good reason.
- Email marketing is a legitimate way of marketing a product or service. This program will teach you how it works, as well as how you can get leads, create effective campaigns, and how to make money through the use of affiliate marketing strategies.
Cons
- You can already see how overpriced the training program is. In fact, it is unsurprising, as most training programs which promise you quick cash also tend to charge a lot. Coincidence? I think not.
- There are a lot of upsells in the program which you wouldn’t know unless you sign up for it. In fact, it requires you to purchase an autoresponder before you can even get started. I mean, that is a necessary purchase, but of course, you are required to buy it from them.
- The program involves an MLM-like system. You are encouraged to recruit people in this program in order to expand your email list, and trust me, that is not easy to do. Not a lot of people are interested in being a part of something they are not interested in. Do not ruin your relationships for this.
- In order for this side hustle to work, you need to put a lot of time and money into it. Everything Matthew said about it is simply to make it sound appealing. He did not really discuss any sort of problems and challenges that a newbie would be facing.
Alternatives to List Leverage
List Leverage is a pretty mediocre program, meaning that there are better alternatives to it. However, you may be feeling like the price its charging is a little too much.
In fact, as I have reviewed other programs like this before, and to be honest, I think most of them will just teach you the same thing. This means that signing up for any of these programs will give you access to the same information.
Some alternatives you may want to look into include Affiliate Nation and Wealthy Affiliate. If you are looking for a software instead, then you may look into Zend Profitz.

Final Verdict – List Leverage
Before I end this List Leverage review, I would like to share a few more insights that could help you.
First off, email marketing is not an easy way to make money as what Matthew makes it sound. It is quite complicated to make it work, as it requires a lot of time and effort on your end. It is something that isn’t easy to pick up.
List Leverage seems like it can provide a good program to help you learn email marketing, but other than that, it is just mediocre. What you can find in this program is most likely already available in the internet for free.
However, email marketing simply isn’t something a newbie to marketing can get into easily. It requires you to have a lot of patience, as well as knowledge on the niche you want to work in.
Marketing is all about finding a great product or service to offer to people who would want to purchase them. You simply cannot force these people to pay for something of little or no value to them.
You have to be constantly updated of various trends in the niche you belong in, and you also need to know how to convince people that they need a particular product or service. It requires much more than just marketing skills.
