What is My Lala Leggings?
My Lala Leggings is a multi-level marketing company that sells women’s clothing, specializing in leggings in particular.
The company was founded in 2014, however, any information regarding who the founders are are simply not available online. My Lala Leggings decided to be an MLM in 2016, and their mission is to help women start a business from the comfort of their own home.
Currently, the company only sells their products in the United States.
Much like any other MLM, they offer an affiliate program, where you can register as a member and earn money by selling the products.
What I can tell you right now is that appears to be a decent idea at first, but once you are already a member, things grow a lot more difficult. I’ll go into more detail about this in a later part of this My Lala Leggings MLM review.

How Do MLMs Work?
This section is dedicated to describing how these MLM companies function.
Unfortunately, because this information isn’t well known, many individuals continue to fall for the tactics that MLMS use, which utilize egregious commercial practices. My knowledge of them is, in a sense, the result of my investigations.
I’ve already examined hundreds of MLMs, so I decided I’d share what I’ve learned with others who don’t have the time to go through a lot of information.
Furthermore, reading a few hundred words is far more enjoyable than sifting through a large number of search results, unsure of which content would be beneficial to your learning.
To be honest, when I hear the term “MLM,” the first thing that comes to mind is a cult.
Regrettably, that is precisely what these businesses are. They are cults which are comprised of opportunistic business people who simply don’t want to make money the proper way.
For one thing, most MLMs I’ve come across heavily promote recruiting. To be honest, selling items in an MLM may bring you money.
The problem is that MLMs appear to make it as difficult as possible to sell items since they place a far greater emphasis on recruitment than product selling.
Furthermore, they always emphasize that they want to “empower women“. Even that whole idea is a business strategy.
There is simply no end to how their greed is, which is what makes these companies despicable.
Is My Lala Leggings a Pyramid Scheme?
Since My Lala Leggings members earn money both by selling products and recruiting new members, then it is safe to say that My Lala Leggings is not a pyramid scheme.
However, since My Lala Leggings is still an MLM, do not expect to make money if you have no plans on recruiting people. Recruiting will earn you significantly more money than actual product selling, and is more encouraged.
This just makes My Lala Leggings look like a pyramid scheme in disguise, doesn’t it?

Is My Lala Leggings a Scam?
No, My Lala Leggings is not a scam.
However, if you think this is enough for you to jump in My Lala Leggings’ so-called opportunity straight away, then I suggest that you hold your horses. This is just the most basic thing, so don’t go signing up for this company right away.
Before making your decision, I suggest that you do a thorough research on the MLM first. You can consult some of the sources I listed below. Take note that you can definitely consult any source you want to, but the sources I listed below are the best kinds to consult, for various reasons listed.
How to Make Money from My Lala Leggings
Since My Lala Leggings is an MLM, there are only two ways to make money with the company. and these are:
- Selling products
- Recruiting members
As a matter of fact, there are indeed other methods you can utilize which are stated in compensation plan you can find in a later section.
Selling is a fairly simple process. Basically, one of the advantages of joining an MLM is that you may obtain lower wholesale rates on their items. You may then sell them at the company’s retail rates, and whatever the difference is, that’s your profit you get.
Recruiting is one of the methods that they use. This entails reaching out to people on a regular basis with the aim of getting them to register for the company as one of their distributors.
Take note, however, that this is a far more time-consuming process than focusing solely on selling the products. You are also eligible to receive commissions for personally recruited member who makes a sale.
Remember that the MLM business model is not sustainable, so as time goes by, you will run out of people to recruit.
MLMs do not really care about how many products you sell. What they care about is how many you buy and how many people you can bring in.

My Lala Legging has not published a proper income disclosure. However, they released this statement:
“Any and all Affiliates must truthfully describe the Company compensation plan. No past, potential or actual income claims may be made to prospective Affiliates, nor may Affiliates use their own incomes to assured or otherwise guarantee any income estimates to potential Affiliates.”
Well, unsurprisingly, this has happened to me many times. I try to find sources which can point to their income disclosure documents, but I usually end up with a nothing.
To be honest, I am aware that they have the information I am looking for, but they refuse to share it with the public.
The reason for this is that it will put their reputation in jeopardy. MLMs are well aware that those who join them have no chance of making money.
Because their job is to recruit, telling individuals that truth would be counterproductive.
Also, isn’t it a little distasteful to work for a company where you have only a 1% chance of succeeding?
Things I Like in My Lala Leggings
No Sales Quotas Required
From what I have observed, most MLMs often require their members to meet a certain quota in order to retain their active status in the company.
This means that when you sign up for one, you would have to adhere to this rule. If not, you will lose the rights to sell the products you have on-hand.
In My Lala Leggings though, there is no sales quota required. This means that you can buy just the right quantity of the designs and sizes you need. You also have the option to only buy products that customers ordered from you.
Of course, it is your choice if you want more stock in your inventory.
This makes this MLM pretty flexible, and this rule will definitely help out their members,
Low Capital Needed to Start
Most MLMs charge their potential members hundreds or even thousands of dollars just to register as a distributor.
Well, that is because it includes training materials and initial inventory. However, the price is still pretty steep,

Things I Dislike in My Lala Leggings
Competitive Niche
Even if My Lala Leggings say that they have the “most comfortable leggings” in the market, it means nothing because there are a lot of competing brands out there. Not to mention bigger companies with better marketing.
The problem with MLMs is that they simply cannot reach as many people as regular brands do.
A lot of consumers are also pretty hesitant to try MLM items since they are aware of the companies’ negative reputation. They choose to buy from well-known brands that are readily available in internet stores and shopping centers.
This does not bode well for a business that only allows the sale of their products through a few distributors.
Unknown Company Owners and Leaders
This part mystifies me because what kind of owner would not be proud of a company they founded?
I mean, shouldn’t they be promoting this company as much as possible by making public appearances, or at least introducing themselves in the company website?
To me, this is a red flag. This could mean that the business is a front to something nefarious.
Of course, that is only an assumption. It is just plain shady.
It is an MLM
This is an MLM, so it means that a lot of people definitely failed in this venture. In fact, 99% of people who join MLMs fail to make money, and they do not even earn back their initial investment.

Final Verdict – My Lala Leggings
When it comes to multilevel marketing, I believe I’ve already given you enough reasons to avoid them. Essentially, they’re all the same.
The only thing that distinguishes them is the things they offer. MLM companies are simply rebranded copies of one another. The company strategy, pay scheme, and so on are all the same.
My main worry is that most people who were convinced to sign up for MLMs have no understanding what they’re getting themselves into. I don’t blame them for believing that. Presently, there is no law in place to safeguard them.
That is why these opportunistic businesses continue to prey on them.
There are laws prohibiting pyramid schemes from operating, so why aren’t there any for multilevel marketing company? Let’s face it, multilevel marketing (MLM) is nothing more than a glorified pyramid scam that sells items to appear law-abiding.
With a quick internet search, you can find several lawsuits that have already been filed against different MLM businesses.
