New Income App Review – The MM SaaS Scam?

Today we will be reviewing a program named New Income App. Is it legit? Find out in this New Income App review.

For this review, we will be looking at another variation of the Modern Millionaires program by Chance Welton. I have reviewed Modern Millionaires in the past, and this new course resembles that one pretty much.

Anyway, if you are new to this blog, welcome. We will be diving into Chance Welton’s new course, how it is any different from the previous one, and what it can do for you.

I will try to answer your questions regarding the program’s benefits, so you should give this review a read until the end.

Before you decide to sign up for this program, you should read this New Income App review first.

My #1 Recommendation

Hustlers University Review: Quick Details

  • Name: New Income App
  • Founder: Chance Anthony Welton, Abdul Samad Farooqi
  • Website: https://themmsaas.com/
  • Socials: Facebook
  • Type: App
  • Niche: Lead generation
  • Recommendation: Lead generation is a profitable way to make money, but I suggest you take advantage of my top recommendation instead of this program.

What is New Income App?

Apparently, this is a “whole new app” from Chance and Abdul, however, I find it hard to believe that claim.

Upon further digging, this so-called income app is merely another rehash of Chance and Abdul’s already heavily criticized program, Modern Millionaires.

The reviews I found from customers of this “brand new” app give nothing but praise to it. Surprisingly, these types of reviews are the only ones that could be found at their site.

If you want to look for non-biased reviews, then there are quite a lot of them online. This high-ticker program is pretty notorious for dubious business practices.

That is a real shame, considering how lead generation is a pretty decent way to make some decent income. It makes me upset with how people like Chance and Abdul shed such a bad light to lead gen because of their shenanigans.

The program resembles Lead Generation Blueprint, Ippei Kanahara’s Lead Generation Course, and Lead Heroes.

Who are Chance and Abdul?

New Income App Review - Chance and Abdul

Canadian-born Abdul Samad Farooqi hails from Vancouver, British Columbia. After earning a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC, he worked as an investment banker.

Since he decided the 9-to-5 rat race wasn’t for him, he has focused his career pursuits on online marketing. As of 2013, Abdul was running Samad Consulting, a marketing firm he founded. Besides his main company, he also operated under the name Lion Digital Solutions.

Chance Anthony Welton, like many others, despised the idea of being a slave to the office from 9 to 5. He and his girlfriend have taken up residence in the vehicle. His dad passed suddenly in 2010, and the $116,000 in life insurance he had was barely enough to cover funeral expenses. He was careless with his resources and wasted them on inebriation and revelry.

Back in 2014, when Chance was down to his final $1,300, he and Abdul enrolled in the local lead generation coaching program, then known as Job Killing, and learnt how to produce leads for local businesses.

Chance acquired his first client, who paid $2,000 monthly, just two weeks after he joined. In just the first week with the company, Abdul was able to get his first customer. Over time, Chance and Abdul’s monthly passive income totaled over $50,000.

After hearing them talk at a local event in 2016, their guide Dan Klein suggested they give a presentation at the 2017 live Job Killing event in Las Vegas.

Abdul and Chance then got their start in the world of internet business with the help of a program led by Dan Klein.

The Modern Millionaires program was founded in 2019 by Abdul and Chance, formerly known as the Officeless Agency and The Millionaire Middleman.

What is Modern Millionaires?

New Income App Review - Modern Millionaires

As far as online moneymaking schemes go, Modern Millionaires isn’t that dissimilar from the others. The gist of it is that it is yet another digitally delivered seminar on the subject of how to successfully manage an online business.

In this course, you will learn the “lead generation” method of running a business. Although it may seem complex at first, the reality is quite the opposite.

Profits are made via bringing in new clients or consumers for local companies. The program will show you how to use platforms like Google and Facebook to create advertising that will bring in customers.

My Favorite Program

Is it legit?

Simply put, advertising that is deceptive is one factor that leads to the negative reputation of Modern Millionaires. The cost of the program ranges between $5000 and $8000.

What they do to make it look enticing is that, they would sell a  you $49 course and make it look as though it is their actual program. However, it will turn out as a low-ticket program, and then their sales team would upsell you to their true high-ticket coaching package.

It is not inappropriate to sell pricey things; nevertheless, you should keep in mind that purchasers of such items would expect to pay more for premium service.

You also shouldn’t claim “turnkey” solutions, considering how challenging and time-consuming it is to get clients for sponsored commercials, because of all the competition. Instead, you need to be persistent and prepared to tolerate a lot of rejection before you start making any headway if you want to attract high-priced consumers who are unlikely to spontaneously submit their credit card information.

In my view, the promotion that was done by Abdul and Chance makes the procedure sound like it is more easier than it actually is.

There is no silver bullet that will convince business owners to hand up their credit card information to a marketer they are unfamiliar with and have never done business with before, after all.

Why I Don’t Recommend New Income App

Take note that New Income App is merely a rehash of Modern Millionaires.

As it stands, I doubt I will ever see Modern Millionaires as a decent program. There are simply too many warning signs associated with this program that it is not worth paying for. Not to mention that it is so overpriced too.

Before you even consider buying this online course, know that there is a strict no-refunds policy in place. This should serve as a warning that the founders aren’t interested in sharing the proper path to success with others, but rather just making a profit off of them.

Furthermore, the complaints online just kept pouring in. You can easily find these negative reviews on a lot of websites.

Different people have different gripes, but they all boil down to the same thing: they feel like they wasted a lot of money on something that isn’t helping them.

However, the most concerning issue for me is the institution’s poor image. In reality, Abdul and Chance’s earlier lead generating courses have been repackaged under the name Modern Millionaires.

Previously known as the Officeless Agency and subsequently the Millionaire Middlemen, the company is now known simply by its present moniker. When a business decides to change its name, it is usually because it wants to shed the negative connotations associated with its former moniker.

If an organization or online course has to go through many rebrandings, it’s safe to assume that it doesn’t provide much more than its previous incarnations.

So, I guess it is pretty safe to assume that New Income App is merely the same, and run by the same people. Another rebranding, it looks like.

Final Verdict – New Income App Review

Abdul and Chance maintained that they are famous marketers.

Despite that, however, many of their classes have already folded or rebranded. And you might question why it is.

It’s actually not that hard to figure out. I will no longer avoid answering your question directly since I feel I owe it to you once you’ve read the review in its entirety.

In my opinion, New Income App is a complete and total fraud.

The core business model is sound and genuine. However, the program is not legit whatsoever.

The lead generation business model is a real one, with real potential for success. Joining New Income App however, is not really advisable.
