Organo MLM Review – Legit MLM or Scam?

Today we will be reviewing a company called Organo. Is Organo a pyramid scheme or scam? Find out in this Organo MLM review.

I am not surprised if you are not even aware one bit that this company exists. In fact, I would be even more surprised if you know about it. Organo is pretty obscure because it is an MLM, and there is a reason why we are not aware of a lot of MLMs that actually exist.

I am positive that the reason why you are here today is because a hunbot contacted you in social media and told you about this “amazing opportunity” awaiting you in Organo, and all you have to do is pay a fee to start.

If you ask me, this all sounds fishy. If this so-called “opportunity” is that amazing as they make it sound, why would you have to pay for it? Shouldn’t it be free to try out first? This all sounds like a job scam to me.

If you think that all of these sound bad, then you are in for a ride in this Organo MLM review today.

Before we go further in this Organo MLM review, I will define two terms first: MLM and pyramid scheme.

MLM members make money by selling products and recruiting new members. In pyramid schemes, members could only make money by recruiting people. Pyramid schemes are illegal and banned by the FTC.

As a disclaimer, I am not affiliated with Organo in any way.

Hopefully this Organo MLM review can help you decide whether you want to sign up for the company or not.

What is Organo?

Organo is a multi-level marketing company that sells beverages, supplements, and personal products. This company was founded in 2008. Organo currently operates in more 40 countries all over the globe.

The company’s mission is to help people reach “new levels of balance, freedom and well-being”. Seems like the company’s website has no information about the company’s founders and executives.

You can watch this video to learn more about this company.

Organo is currently based in Canada.

How Do MLMs Work?

Welcome to the section where we discuss MLMs in general, and why I think they are the worst and why I think the FTC should just ban all MLMs altogether.

Well, MLMs always make sure to prove the point that they are not pyramid schemes, when in reality, the way they operate is very much like a pyramid scheme.

MLMs use cult-like tactics to keep their members in check, which works, sadly. Let us discuss some examples of those today.

MLMs love to show around how successful their members are. You can often see these members featured in their website, in their social media accounts, and in their promotional materials. They love making it seem like all their members are capable of being as successful as these people, when the truth is, their business model is at fault for having members lose a lot of money.

On the other hand, these MLMs themselves dictate how you should spend your money. If this is your first time reading about an MLM, well, here is the clincher. MLMs set quotas for members when it comes to how many products they have to buy every month. If these members fail to meet that quota, well, they are out of the company. They do not care how long you have been in there.

MLMs love being regarded as a savior, just as how they present themselves as “great opportunities” where people and families can turn to if they need added income.

Just like a cult, MLMs hate it when you say anything negative about them. You also cannot criticize anything they say or you will be branded as a hater or as a basher.

MLMs are a big waste of time and money, and have no place in modern society.

Is Organo a Pyramid Scheme?

Since Organo members earn money both by selling services and recruiting new members, then it is safe to say that Organo is not a pyramid scheme.

However, since Organo is still an MLM, do not expect to make money if you have no plans on recruiting people. Recruiting will earn you significantly more money than actual product selling, and is more encouraged.

This just makes Organo look like a pyramid scheme in disguise, doesn’t it?

Pyramid scheme vs Multi-level marketing

Like Mannatech, Alphay, and Revital U, Organo is not a pyramid scheme.

Is Organo a Scam?

No, Organo is not a scam.

Before jumping into joining this so-called opportunity straight away, then this is not enough information to go on. You cannot trust a company fully just because they are not a scam.

Before making a decision like this straight away, I suggest that you look for third-party reviews about the MLM to consult, just like this Organo MLM review. We are not affiliated with Organo, so you can be assured that this review is not biased. All the information that is in this review is well-researched. We only say facts that we got from hours of research.

I also recommend looking for active forums that discuss MLMs. There are a lot of those forums in the internet, and there are actual people discussing MLMs actively. This means that you can consult these people for insights about MLMs.

You can also look for ex-member testimonies, which could either be blog posts, vlogs, or videos. The people who made these testimonies have worked in MLMs already, so you can definitely be assured that they know how the companies operate, and how they treat their members.

When it comes to MLMs, I suggest doing a thorough research. Most of the time, they are lying. You wouldn’t want to trust a company that lies, right?

How to Make Money from Organo

Since Organo is an MLM, there are only two ways to make money with the company. and these are:

  1. Selling products
  2. Recruiting members

These two methods are the basics, but remember that there are bonuses and benefits that could supplement the money you get from the MLM if you sign up for one.

However, being able to qualify for these bonuses are easier said than done. Before you can qualify for these, you would need to keep recruiting people and have an active downline. This requires a lot of work.

Organo promises that you can make passive income if you join them. However, if you do not want to recruit people, then you cannot get it. The only way to get commissions is by having an active downline that buys products in a regular basis. Just pretty scummy, isn’t it?

Remember that the MLM business model is not sustainable, so as time goes by, you will run out of people to recruit.

MLMs do not really care about how many products you sell. What they care about is how many you buy and how many people you can bring in.

How to Join Organo

Joining Organo is a pretty easy process.

All you have to do is click this link and fill-up the form with your required information.

When it comes to Organo, I could not find any information regarding startup costs, but the compensation plan I found refers to product packs that looks like they are optional if you sign up.

Organo Products

Organo sells the products divided in the following categories:

  • Beverages
  • Espresso
  • Body Management
  • Personal Care
  • Skincare
  • Tea Room
  • Cognitive Health & Wellness

How Much Can You Make?

Here is Organo’s income disclosure statement.

Organo MLM Review - Organo income disclosure

Well, just look at that. It is a pretty brief document. It says right there that majority of the company, which is 88% of all members, made less than $599 during the year. That is just bad, since that amount is made with one year of working with the company.

MLMs succeed by ruining other people financially. That is just how they are.

Things I Like in Organo

Established Company

Organo was launched in 2008, which means that they have been operating for more than 10 years now. I am actually quite impressed by this, because most MLMs typically last for only 1 to 3 years. 3 years is already lucky, since MLMs have such an unsustainable business model.

I guess Organo has made a loyal customer base because they are still in business. Also, they are probably being managed properly, which has made them last in the business for this long.

Things I Dislike in Organo

Saturated Market

Organo is a typical company that sells beverages and supplements, very much like the other companies out there already doing the same thing. However, most of those companies do better marketing and advertising, so they attract a lot of customers.

For Organo, however, they do not stand out. Aside from that, they do no advertising or marketing, as they let their members handle that for them.

So, do you think you can help this company be well-known just by your own efforts? I don’t think so.

Besides, people already have brands they trust, and since MLMs are infamous for being scummy and manipulative, people rarely want to buy products from them.

Expensive Products

If you buy a lot of stuff online, I am pretty sure that you know how much stuff usually cost. In Organo, however, they cost so much more than what you usually buy them for.

Most people who will take interest in Organo are those who want to try the products out, so I don’t think that they will buy stuff that they know they can get from more trusted and more well-known brands.

I also don’t get why the products have to be priced so much when Organo is already quite an obscure brands. It turns off a lot of potential customers.

It is an MLM

This is an MLM, so it means that a lot of people definitely failed in this venture. In fact, 99% of people who join MLMs fail to make money, and they do not even earn back their initial investment.

Organo Compensation Plan

The ways to get paid in Mannatech are as follows:

Final Verdict – Organo

Before I end this Organo MLM review, I would like to share a few more insights that could help you.

I have already reviewed a lot of MLMs in the past, and despite that, I still believe that all MLMs are the same, regardless of what products they sell.

This is because all MLMs use the same business model. The only difference they have are what products they sell. All of them use the business model where only the ones in the high ranks make all the money, while those in the bottom suffer for it.

For me, all MLMs operate like pyramid schemes. As you can see, even in this review, especially in the compensation plan section, people earn very little from selling products. All the big bucks can be made with recruiting.

Looks like I found Organo’s most loyal customer base, and I need not look far. The most loyal customers are the members themselves, since they are the ones buying the products.

Organo simply does not care what you do with the products after you buy them, just like any other MLM.

That’s it for my Organo MLM review. Hopefully this Organo MLM review helps with your decision.
