Today, we are going to be talking about Philip Johansen. Is he legit? Find out more in this review.

A lot of people have managed to find success in using affiliate marketing. It’s not at all that surprising. Affiliate marketing is one of the more well-known ways that people could potentially earn money from. It’s been a thing for years now. And it’s often used by a lot of different creators online in some form or another. Even websites that you’d often browse in has some form of affiliate marketing for certain posts.

Like any other niche, there’s often a glut of different online training programs for it. You’d be surprised by how many new affiliate marketing-related training programs are out there. By the time that I am writing this, somebody has probably made another one. It’s really one of the easier topics that you could about. So there’s not a big barrier of entry for people who might want to try affiliate marketing for a spin.

The main problem, really, is how exactly a certain online training program will differ from another. In essence, all of these are using the same base information about what affiliate marketing is and how it works. You can’t really avoid that. There’s not really that many changes to affiliate marketing since it was a thing. Only the platforms that you can use have changed or matured overtime.

So when I had heard about Philip Johansen and his affiliate marketing course, I already had an idea of what to expect from it. But is his course any better than the other affiliate marketing courses out there already? That’s what we’re about to find out.

My #1 Recommendation

Philip Johansen Review: Quick Details

  • Name: 7-Figure Accelerator
  • Founder: Philip Johansen
  • Website:
  • Socials: Instagram, YouTube
  • Type: Training program
  • Niche: Affiliate marketing
  • Recommendation: While it is possible to earn money from affiliate marketing, Philip Johansen’s 7-Figure Accelerator course is not something that I would recommend. There is no compelling reason why this particular course is better than the other affiliate marketing course available out there. You’re not really going to learn a lot of things from Philip Johansen’s course.

Who Is Philip Johansen?

Affiliate marketer Philip Johansen

Philip Johansen is an affiliate marketer and the creator of the 7-Figure Accelerator course. There isn’t really a lot that you could know about Philip to be honest. In one of the videos available on the 7-Figure Accelerator course website, Philip mentions he was a plumber prior to creating the course. He didn’t really have a lot of time for himself in and out of work. Most of his day is spent working as a plumber, then another few hours of driving back and forth from his home to whenever his job may be. That kind of monotony definitely made Philip question his life. Surely, there should be more to his life than what he’s doing, right?

Basically, Philip used different vices in order to escape the monotony even for just a few hours. If you’re going overboard with vices, you’re bound to hit rock bottom at some point. And that’s exactly what happened to him. The mixture of steroids and drugs affected his kidneys a bit. But it didn’t really stop him despite that. Eventually, Philip’s family snapped some sense into him. And that seemed to have worked.

So, Philip, like anyone, went on the web to search for ways to earn money online. And he pretty much got the same results that one would get when they would use those terms in the search bar. It seems that Philip tried his hand at every single thing that he could find. Dropshipping? Philip tried that. Amazon FBA? You bet your butt he tried that. The allure of potentially buying a sports car just by doing what these creators were seemingly doing was enough for Philip to test out those methods. But, sadly, it’s hard to replicate that kind of success immediately. Philip lost a lot of money doing those methods. It seemed like all hope was lost. Not until Philip discovered affiliate marketing.

What Is Affiliate Marketing?

Before we go on to talk about Philip Johansen’s 7-Figure Accelerator course, let’s first talk about affiliate marketing. Basically, affiliate marketing is a form of marketing wherein you refer a product or service to your audience. Often, you have partnered with the owner of the product or a platform wherein you get a percentage of money for every purchase made of the referred product. The way the product owner or the platform keeps track of this is through a specialized link that’s tagged to you. That’s why a lot of these affiliate links often have a long string of text at the end of the URL.

Affiliate marketing has been a thing since the early ‘9os. That’s how long it’s been a way for a lot of people to earn a quick buck or two from linking products. It obviously has adapted to how people browse content online. So you don’t really need to worry about using a specific platform in order to fully utilize it. As long as you can link something somewhere, you’re pretty much good to know.

There are a host of different platforms that have some sort of affiliate program. But one of the more common ones are from Amazon, shops hosted on Shopify and ClickBank. A lot of smaller creators and even big publishers use affiliate marketing as a way to earn revenue on top of their existing ones. So it’s often a good idea to have some type of variation when it comes to how you earn money from your content.

What Is 7-Figure Accelerator?

Affiliate marketer Philip Johansen

7-Figure Accelerator is a course that Philip Johansen created that teaches you how to use social media in order to earn money through affiliate marketing. And that’s pretty much it, to be honest. There’s not really a lot to the course that Philip offers. You’re basically just going to watch videos wherein he talks about what you should do if you want to earn money through affiliate marketing.

When you go to the website for 7-Figure Accelerator, you will have to input your name and email address in order to get access to the free course. You don’t have to open up your email service’s app in order to open the link for it. Once you’ve entered those details, you’re immediately lead to the course website. (Though, they do give you a link to the course website in your inbox in case you forget.)

The videos themselves are of varying runtimes. The problem isn’t the runtime of the videos. It’s with the content of the videos. There’s not really a lot of information being said in those videos. Some of them are just reiterations of what Philip has said in another part of the course. There’s no rhyme or reason to how the free course is structured. I don’t understand why all of the titles look like clickbait. The person has already gained access from the funnel page. Why is Philip still trying to re-capture what he already captured?

The lesson you’re going to get from the course is basically using other people’s content to build an audience for yourself. And using that newfound audience to refer them to a product or service. Even on the funnel page they mention it outright. So was there any point to actually getting access to the free course?

While searching more about Philip Johansen ,I got to know that his previous course review is also on the site, which was rapid mobile commissions.

He created this course with the help of his partner for that course which was Dan Khan.He is not actively promoting this course right now, his focus is on 7 figure accelerator. Maybe he and Dan Khan parted ways? Maybe that course has negative reviews online? Who knows???Let’s not assume anything here. But this also proves a point. These gurus will make anything to sell you their course.Does not matter if they have to recreate it for the x amount of time again. They just want to make money from people, or maybe the business they are teaching does not works anymore?

There are hundreds and hundreds of affiliate marketing courses I have written in the past which are following:

And many many more… hundreds and maybe thousands of so called gurus teaching people affiliate marketing making this space already saturated.BTW I can’t recommend any of the above courses too, they all are about affiliate marketing. There is a problem with affiliate marketing business model which we are going to talk about in paragraph below.

Final Verdict – Philip Johansen Review

I don’t highly recommend Philip Johansen’s 7-Figure Accelerator course to anyone. As I have mentioned in some form in the previous section, there’s not a lot of information that you will gain from this particular course. I mean, you shouldn’t expect a lot from a free course. But with how Philip structured the course, you would assume that there would at least be something you’d learn about in any of the videos. But there isn’t. You’re just going to pirate other people’s content so that you could build up an audience on Instagram or TikTok. And that’s it.

While it’s possible to earn a decent amount of money from affiliate marketing, you will need to build an audience first before you can start linking stuff that your audience should buy. You can’t really expect to earn money from affiliate commissions if nobody’s buying through your links, right? That’s often the struggle with affiliate marketing. You have to convince people that the product that you’re referring to is actually good. Sometimes, they are. But it’s often a gamble in some ways.

Let’s talk about some reasons why you should not get into affiliate marketing crap.

  • Barrier to entry is so low to none, that every person in the third world country ,like India ,is doing it.We are talking about Seo here. It’s impossible to compete with guys having experience of 10-20 years in seo fields and ranking for money keywords. Before getting any traffic you have to wait for 24 months in some cases.
  • If you are not going with seo, like Philip Johansen teaches paid ads, then because of the too much competition in seo, cost per click is touching the sky.Paid traffic is so much expensive that even you crack some sales, you’ll be in loss after paying for the ads.
  • Affiliate Marketing with paid ads is not a long term business. It’s like betting ,yes you can make sales if gets lucky, here and there.I have reviewed very big gurus courses in the industry before , like Robby Blanchard’scommission hero and John Crestani’ssuper affiliate system. If you go to their review ,I have recommended their courses four years back. When I wrote reviews about those courses, paid traffic was n0t that expensive as of now. This is the main reason I stopped recommending affiliate marketing to you guys.
