What is Future Flipper?

Future Flipper Review - Future Flipper logo

Future Flipper is a company which serves as a platform for coaching programs. The programs discuss the different aspects regarding real estate investing, such as wholesaling and fix and flips.

Ryan Pineda was the one who founded the company. His goal is to be able to inspire others with his success story, and be able to teach them how he managed to achieve what he is today.

The coaching program is said to be designed for both new and experienced investors. You will be learning how to look for good deals, how to automate processes, and how to build a real estate business from the ground up.

Included in the coaching program are courses, as well as access to groups and templates. You can also be invited Zoom calls.

Who is Ryan Pineda?

Future Flipper Review - Future Flipper owner

Ryan says that he is not a typical guru. Well, most of what he says though is what most gurus say. He claims that gurus tend to beat around the bush with their sales pitches, which is actually quite true.

In fact, other programs I have reviewed have very long sales pitches which are usually an hour long. Even after watching them, I wasn’t really able to figure out what the program is all about.

However, Ryan’s motto is that he does not want to waste anyone’s time. His sales pitch for Future Flipper goes straight to the point.

Since 2010, Ryan has been in the real estate industry. With only $10,000 to his name, he began his business of flipping houses. He managed to find success doing it, and he began teaching others how to earn money the same way.

By 2018, he was able to release his very first book titled Flip Your Future, and it became a bestseller on Amazon.

Currently, he owns a real estate invest company called Homerun Offer. It does flipping and wholesaling, as well as buying rentals. He also owns a real estate brokerage named Forever Home Realty, with its investments focused in Nevada.

What makes Ryan different from typical gurus is that he is actually making decent money through his businesses. This coaching program is merely a side business of his, to be honest.

My Favorite Program

Future Flipper Overview

There are three programs being hosted by the company at the moment. Each of them focus on different aspects, but are related to each other.

In this section of the Future Flipper review, I will be giving you a brief description of what the programs are all about.

Future Flipper Coaching

This is the main program being advertised by Ryan. It is a coaching program which aims to assist you with building a flipping, wholesaling, and rental business.

Also, you will be training under Ryan’s guidance, which seems favorable enough. After all, he has the experience and the credibility. I guess that is the main reason why you would want to enroll in it.

Ryan has this special skill that lets him uncover solid deals, regardless of how the market is performing. Seems like a good mentor, if you ask me.

However, you might not like the price point. Unlike most courses I have reviewed, this one is straight up when it comes to pricing. It would cost you $5-25k to avail of the coaching program, and that depends on what level you are planning to join at.

The Wealthy Way

This program will teach you how to live an abundant life with the help of the right tools and community.

I think Ryan created this program in order to help people relax in terms of pursuing wealth. He actually makes an excellent point when he said that he made more money the less he pursued it. He was also able to focus on other things that matter more to him.

Well, that’s actually true. Those people who pursue nothing but work usually find their family life and health in shambles. It seems like they lose sight of what is important, as society only deems the wealthy ones the successful ones.

Ryan wants to clear the misconception regarding wealth, and this program aims to help you with that as well. He says that there is way to build wealth which allows you to also become rich in the other aspects of your life.

The core values of the program are:

  • Track and grow your wealth
  • Optimize your schedule
  • Start everyday with a routine
  • Know yourself and focus on strengths

Golf with Ryan

This is basically just a golf session with Ryan. Not only will you be able to play with him, but you also get to consult with him about business and finance.

Booking a session will entail you a golf session, as well as lunch with Ryan. He will also give you a shoutout on Instagram, and a free copy of any course of your choosing.

Even if you do not know how to golf, Ryan promises that you will be having a good time. Of course, I am pretty sure that your main agenda would be consulting and networking anyway.

You will be golfing with Ryan, a member from his team, as well as another attendee.

This looks like a fun activity to engage in especially if you want to take a break from running your business. Other than that, you will also be getting tips from the man himself.

Is Future Flipper a Scam?

I don’t believe this program is a rip-off. Ryan is, after all, a really trustworthy person. The experience to back it up is also evidenced by his credibility. In other words, if you ever chose to join his program, I’m sure he’d be a fantastic mentor.

I’ve already written about a number of courses and programs that are comparable to this one. To be honest, given how they all claim to work for everyone, I have my doubts about them. Surely, should’t it be assured when it comes to costly programs?

My belief is that this coaching program can assist you if you’re serious about investing in real estate. You’ll have to learn a lot of new stuff, but I’m sure Ryan will help you along the way.

However, before you sign up for the expensive coaching program, I would advise you to think about whether or not this real estate company is right for you.

Despite its claims, I don’t believe the course is a scam because it does provide a mentorship program, which is what it advertises. A program like this, however, does not guarantee your success, therefore I advise caution when deciding to participate in it.

Investing is a risky business, so be mindful of this fact.

Future Flipper Pros and Cons

  • Ryan is credible and experience. He knows his stuff, and he would be a good mentor.
  • He is unlike other gurus who earn most of their money from courses and coaching. He really owns actual businesses that make him a lot of money.
  • The price point depends on your budget. There is a selection of courses you can purchase for way less than what the mentoring program asks for.
  • You will be learning a lot of running a real estate business here.

  • The mentoring program is quite expensive. I guess it is designed for people who are already making good progress with their careers.
  • The program is not really designed for beginners. It is best to start with learning the basics first.
  • Real estate does not work for everyone. Even if you have the capital, it is not guaranteed that you will be making good deals.

Alternatives to Future Flipper

Real Estate

Unexpectedly, this is a mentorship program that costs a lot of money. In my perspective, the existing mentoring programs do not appear to be unique or different from one another.

Even if this is the case, Future Flipper may still give you with valuable information on real estate investing. I don’t feel you should enroll if you don’t already know the basics.

If you are interested with other coaching programs, then you can look into Freedom Mentor Apprentice Program, VREIC, and Renatus.

Final Verdict – Future Flipper

Before I end this Future Flipper review, I would like to share a few more insights that could help you.

The fact is that, as I’ve discussed countless times, real estate investing is not as straightforward as you may believe. It will take a lot of time, effort, money, and talent to complete. Buying a property does not imply that you can just move in and do anything you want with it.

You’re basically interested in making a profit. To put it another way, what you’re doing should be enticing to both you and your prospective buyers.

Also, you won’t be able to do everything on your own. You’ll need a team to help you with various elements of your company.

If you want to succeed in this competitive industry, you must be committed. You must devote both time and money to learning the ropes since being a rookie will cost you a lot of money.

If you know you can’t afford it, I recommend looking for an other form of side business.

I’ve discovered a technique to make money that doesn’t require a lot of money and is much easier to learn. You’ll learn more about it in the next section.
