What is Swag Academy?

Swag Academy offers a course on trading which is known as The Forex Blueprint. The creator of Swag Academy is Swaggy C.

Before venturing into trading, Swaggy C was a reality TV star. He was on Big Brother’s 20th season where he ended up in 15th place. He was also on another show known as The Challenge.

Swag Academy Course Review - Swag Academy creator

Swaggy C is very active on the YouTube platform lately. He has more than 300K subscribers at the moment.

He claims that he manages to earn millions just from trading, and that he could make up to $10 million just from trading for one year. Quite a bold claim, yet I don’t see him back it up properly.

To be honest, I do not think that he is capable of earning that much just from trading for a few years. He also seems so carefree for someone who claims to be trading on a full-time basis.

I know that forex trading takes quite a lot of hours in a day, as traders are often busy with closely monitoring the market everyday. Swaggy C seems like he has a lot of free time in his hands, as he was able to produce high quality YouTube content constantly to promote the courses he offers.

I found a free course in his YouTube channel, so maybe you should watch this first before thinking of giving him your money. See if it will work for you.

Pricing and Inclusions

Swag Academy Course Review - Swag Academy intro

Swag Academy’s The Forex Blueprint costs $499. To be honest, that price is way too steep, considering how basic the training is.

For quite a high price point, you should expect a more polished course that will offer more in-depth modules regarding trading. You should be learning things like how to become a better trader and how to earn more money.

I am afraid to tell you that this course is more suited for beginners, so if you already know the basics, then do not waste your money here.

At least there is a 30-day money back guarantee, but you can only avail of this if you have not watched more than 10% of the course content.

The course is divided into four series. Every respective series is more advanced that the ones before it.

Forex Blueprint has more than 100 course videos which will teach you the essential things you need to know as a day trader. The whole course is 10 hours long, which is surprisingly quite short.

Can you really become a successful day trader just by giving $499 to Swaggy C for a 10-hour long course? Somehow, I doubt it.

  • 1st Series (32 lessons): This is the basic introduction which will introduce you to forex trading. If you have totally no idea about what it is, then this series is suitable for you. Simple forex strategies are also discussed for better learning.
  • 2nd Series (31 lessons): This series is all about risk management and the psychology behind trading.
  • 3rd Series (33 lessons): The third series focuses on more complex forex trading strategies, as well as a more technical approach to the psychological aspects.
  • 4th Series (38 lessons): The final series is supposed to be the one which offers the most advanced knowledge, but it turns out that it is just more lessons about risk management and taxation.

Is Forex Trading for Everyone?

Forex trading is not for everyone.

Honestly, it takes quite a long time to master it. Even successful traders still do not claim to be experts, and they still fail a lot.

This is why I had qualms upon realizing that Swaggy C’s course on trading is just ten hours long. Sure, that is enough to cover all the basics, but he advertises Swag Academy as a more technical course.

There are quite a few movies and TV shows which often romanticize the idea of trading, but it is not all rainbows and unicorns. It is quite complicated, and like I said before, even the most experienced traders still fail on their endeavors.

What I Like in Swag Academy

Learning the Basics Fast

If you are relatively new to trading and have absolutely no idea about the terms and situations, then Swaggy C can help you out. He manages to explain complicated concepts in a way that could be understood by the average Joe.

The reason why he is popular is because people can relate to him, and that makes learning a lot faster.

What I Dislike in Swag Academy

Only the Basics

If you already know the basics of forex trading, then do not expect to get a more complex training from Swag Academy. It is all basic stuff, and I am sure that you know them already.

The series may look like it has four levels of complexity, but to be honest, they are all basic. Definitely not worth the $499.

Way Too Expensive

You definitely would expect a lot more content for a $499 course, but it is only 10 hours long. You are paying more than a dollar per minute of basic lessons which you can grab for free from the internet.

Swaggy C himself made a free course that is two hours long, so I suggest you watch that instead.

Cheaper Alternatives Available

I am sure that your knowledge on forex trading is from the internet, and that you got them for free. Well, in that case, you do not have to pay $499 for this course. Everything included here is in the internet for free.

Misleading Claims

Swaggy C claims that he makes tens of millions per year just by trading. I highly doubt this, as he cannot even produce proof that those millions come from trading.

Because he is a celebrity, I am sure that he has other income outlets. Trading is definitely not where majority of his earnings come from.

Is Swag Academy a Scam?

No, Swag Academy is not a Scam.

Swaggy C does teach you about trading, and that the courses are accessible once you pay up. However, the training he offers is way too basic, and like I said before, you are better off with learning from free sources from the internet.

I doubt that Swag Academy has the sources you need in order to become a successful trader.

I also noticed a red flag straight away. Swaggy C makes dubious claims regarding where his income comes from, but we all know that celebrities have quite a lot of ways to make money. They do endorsements, collaborations, and a lot more.

To be honest, I think Swaggy C makes most of his money from promoting Swag Academy and its sales.

Forex trading is not that simple, and even the most successful traders make mistakes. You cannot trust a celebrity like Swaggy C to know all about trading, as it is quite a volatile market.

Final Verdict – Swag Academy

Before I end this Swag Academy course review, I would like to share a few more insights that could help you.

Judging by the volatile nature of forex trading, you should not get into it as a side hustle if you do not have the time and resources. It is not beginner-friendly too, so I hope you reconsider.

You need to spend a lot of time going through resources, and if your day is already consumed with your full-time job and other things to do in the household, then maybe this is not for you.

There is a method I know where you can earn money without needing a big capital. It is also a lot less complicated than forex trading. More information about this will be provided in the next section.
