Who is Mark Podolsky?

Mark is an Arizona native and land investor and coach. Since 2001, when he began investing in real estate, he has amassed over $20 million in earnings from over 6,000 transactions covering over a million acres. He attended Indiana University Bloomington and graduated with a BA.

Before settling in Kansas, he spent six months backpacking across Australia. From 1994 to 1997, he worked as a dental consultant for AFTCO & Associates, where he gained valuable sales expertise.

After visiting his wife’s family in Scottsdale, he accepted a position in a small investment bank and ultimately settled there. Between the years 1997 and 2001, he was an investment banker at Dinan & Company.

Here he met a coworker who dabbles in raw land investing. After that, he accompanied him to New Mexico, where he made his first investment with a 300% return.

Mark established Frontier Equity Properties in 2001 and has since grown it and automated it. Land Geek Enterprises was created by Mark in 2013 when he was still actively engaged in real estate investing. In 2017, he also established, a web-based service that helps financial institutions simplify the process of collecting payments from borrowers. He wrote the book “Dirt Rich” in 2018.

Investing in land might be difficult because of its lack of marketability. Land does not have an active public market where it may be readily exchanged to cash like equities, bonds, and mutual fund shares can.
