What Is The Kingdom Real Estate?

Make Real Estate Real is a training course that provides educational material to anyone involved in the real estate industry. Its goal is to provide the tools and knowledge needed for one to succeed in real estate.
This training program mainly focuses on the business method of real estate wholesaling. Real estate wholesaling is when you’re basically entering a contract with a property seller to help them find a buyer, then connects them to a buyer or investor who is willing to purchase said property. For your work, you can earn a fixed commission fee from the buyer.
As what Brett Snodgrass, CEO of Simple Wholesaling in Indianapolis, says…
“I would define real estate wholesaling as being a matchmaker. We try to match properties with investors,”
Thus, the aim of this online course is to help individuals earn money in the real estate industry, without them having to buy any properties themselves.
According to the video presentation for The Kingdom Real Estate, 7 out of 10 real estate wholesalers today fail in this industry. And that’s because they’re using outdated methods that can waste them a lot of money.
But through this program, they aim to change all that and help you succeed using their strategy known only as the “Hex Method”.
Real estate is arguably one of the more popular industries today. As a testament to it, in the U.S. alone, there are already 2 million real estate agents around.
But as interesting as it may seem, working in real estate isn’t really for everyone. Basically, you have to put up a good amount of hard workload to succeed in this.
And if you’re able to put with that, you might as well just start a system that actually lets you earn money directly.

Who Created The Kingdom Real Estate?
The Kingdom Real Estate is a product made by Todd Fleming.

He is more popularly known as the author of one of the best-selling books today, If You Can’t Wholesale After This… I’ve Got Nothing For You. As the book title says, this discussing plenty of topics about real estate wholesaling.

As what can you expect from most financial mentors, Todd Fleming’s current success also didn’t start immediately. He’s also one of those people who realized that life is much more than just going on a 9-5 job, and thus began his journey to get out of that cycle.
He was already fascinated with the real estate industry during the early years. That when he read on a newspaper article about the benefits of being a real estate agent, he immediately asked permission from his mother to get his real estate license.
But this didn’t turn out to his expectations. As basically, it’s like he’s still doing a 9-5 job wherein he’s still at the mercy of his bosses. Not to mention, it’s a rather low-paying job (according to him).
And that’s when he decided to study real estate wholesaling. It also wasn’t easy at first, but after he discovered a working method that has allowed him to consistent earn a good amount of income, it was then that he can claim success in this method.

And through this training program, he aims to share those secrets to anyone interested. But can you really replicate his success using this program?
How Does Real Estate Wholesaling Work?

As stated before, the idea behind real estate wholesaling is that you’re basically going to serve as a middleman between property sellers and buyers.
If you’ve been a real estate agent before, it’s roughly similar. Tthe only real difference is that you’re not under employment by a certain real estate company, or something similar.
I’ll give you a good example here.
Suppose you found a seller that wants to sell their property for around $100,000. As a wholesaler, you can then enter into an agreement with the seller. However, you won’t automatically shell out the $100,000 to purchase the property outright.
Instead, you find a buyer who’s willing to buy the property for a higher price than the seller itself has provided. In this case, you’re going to sell it to the property buyer for around $110,000.
Once you’re able to connect the two individuals and the deal has been closed, the buyer will then received the property from the seller at around $100,000. The remaining $10,000 will then be collected by yourself as a wholesaler.
So you might be thinking at this point, why is there a need for real estate wholesalers if some people can just sell their own property by themselves without a middleman?
Well, it’s true. Some people may insist on selling their property at the highest possible price. The only drawback on this is that they may have to wait a very long time before they can find a buyer for it.
But there are some people who are considered as “motivated sellers”. Which means they want to take the property off their hands as soon as possible, with less hassle on their part.
This is where you, as a wholesaler, comes in.
What Is The Kingdom Real Estate’s HEX Method?
The HEX method is a The Kingdom Real Estate’s possibly proprietary strategy that claims to have helped the creators of this course succeed in real estate wholesaling.
They called it as such because it’s composed of six elements that considered elementary to this strategy. And these are…
- Foundation
- Abstract
- Infinite Money
- Index
- Commitment
- Duplication

It’s not clearly explained for non-members on how this strategy actually works. Which is normal because the whole process is only revealed to its members once they fully joined on the program.
In fact, one of the owners is pretty clear on this based on one of the comments about this course on BiggerPockets.com.

Is The Kingdom Real Estate Worth Joining?
Based on some of the comments on different sites out there, The Kingdom Real Estate seems like a legitimate real estate training program.
Some of the students who enrolled in it seems to have gotten some success in real estate wholesaling.. While it may not be on the same level as Todd Fleming’s, it seemed significant enough.
But before you go ahead and join this program, you should first evaluate yourself if the real estate industry is something that you wanted to do. And that you’re committed enough to succeed in it, despite all the hard work.
Because the real truth about these training programs, real estate or not, is that no matter how high quality the program is, in the end, it’s still up to you to ensure your success.
Think about it. There are some people who don’t even need any kind of expensive coaching and training in real estate, yet they’re able to succeed. On the other hand, some people, no matter what program they join to, feel like they’re just wasting their money and time, and that they’re not getting any results.
It’s no wonder why some programs are labelled as scams, when in fact, they’re not. Yes.
Todd Fleming and The Kingdom Real Estate aren’t scams, and are very much legitimate.
However, before you spend around $8,800 for this training program, do keep in mind that most of the education presented here, more likely can be found on plenty of courses everywhere. And some of them are definitely free of charge, or you only need to pay a small price for, say, a single book that gives you everything you need.
Besides, to be perfectly honest, the real estate industry isn’t really fit for everyone, especially today.
Is Real Estate For Everyone?

In this section of The Kingdom Real Estate review, I’ll be telling here to you why I think real estate, and by extension, this program, may not work for everyone.
Buying and selling real estate isn’t really a piece of cake. You can’t just decide to pursue a career in real estate on the spur of the moment. Making judgments about a real estate-related business is a serious matter.
If you want to succeed in real estate, you need capital. If you do not have capital, then I suggest looking for another business to get into. Properties are not cheap at all.
Even if this program claims that you can invest in real estate while not spending a single penny, it still remains a fact that it still needs a huge amount of capital for someone to get started in real estate.
It only gets a bit worse right now since we’re currently in a pandemic situation. Most people right now aren’t able to think about buying a new home or a new location to settle in for whatever purpose. Obviously, the first thing they’re going to think about right now is buying their necessities.
Real estate may experience a boost in sales once the pandemic is truly over, yes. But it’ll be only in very specific areas.
In short, if you want to make plenty of money in real estate, you’re going to have to do a lot of hard work, especially today.
Furthermore, finding and securing good real estate deals also means you have to do quite a bit of cold calling to prospective sellers. This is surely not a problem if you’re skilled in sales.
But if you’re a known introvert, then you may have a hard time in this kind of business venture.

- They will grant you a number of free leads, and updated buyers and sellers’ list, so you can start trying to earn money through real estate wholesaling as soon as you complete this course.
- Todd Fleming seems to be a legitimate person. And he’s not as flashy as the other real estate mentors around.
Cons
- At $8,800, it’s just expensive. It may not be as expensive as the others, but it’s notable enough.
- The claims are very much exaggerated.
- It might be even preferable if you just buy Todd Fleming’s book, as most of the course material presented here, can also be found on that book.
Alternatives To The Kingdom Real Estate?

As you can expect, this is a mentorship program that costs a lot of money. Furthermore, in my perspective, most of the existing mentoring programs do not appear to be unique or different from one another.
Even if this is the case, The Kingdom Real Estate may still give you some good information on the industry. That is, if this is what you choose as a way to earn money.
If you want some completely different ideas for making money in the real estate industry, then you can try some of the courses of Noelle Randall, Bob Diamond‘s Overages Blueprint, and even Pace Morby’s Subto.
But today, it’s so much better to invest in digital real estate which you can use to make money. So for this reason, it’s much better to invest in something that teaches you how to build your business on that platform.
The Kingdom Real Estate Review: Final Thoughts
Let me close off this The Kingdom Real Estate review by saying some of my own thoughts about this.

The fact is that, as I’ve said many times before, the real estate industry is not as straightforward as you may believe. It will take a lot of time, effort, money, and talent to complete.
You’re basically interested in getting that sale. To put it another way, what you’re doing should be convincing to both you,y our prospective buyers, and even your sellers.
Also, you won’t be able to do everything on your own. You’ll need a team to help you with various elements of your company.
If you want to succeed in this competitive industry, you must be committed. You must devote both time and money to learning the ropes since being a rookie will cost you a lot of money.
If you know you can’t afford it, I recommend looking for some other forms of side business. Fortunately, I’m also here to offer you something that has worked for me quite well.
