VeloVita MLM Review: Pyramid Scheme or Scam?

VeloVita MLM Review: Pyramid Scheme or Scam?

Today we will be reviewing a company called VeloVita. Is VeloVita a pyramid scheme or scam? Find out in this VeloVita MLM review.

Chances are you never heard about this company before.

That’s actually not so surprising.

VeloVita is an MLM afterall, so they do not do much advertising.

Also, this company just launched this year.

The reason why you are here is most likely because someone mentioned this company to you.

They are probably one of your friends from social media with whom you haven’t spoken to for a long time, and everything you see in their profile are posts about MLMs.

Why would they do that, you ask?

Simple.

They are either trying to sell their products to you, trying to recruit you to join the company, or both.

Most of the time, it is both.

Before we get into more detail in this VeloVita MLM review, I would like to briefly define two terms first: MLM and pyramid scheme.

A pyramid scheme is a business model that utilizes recruiting.

This means that in order for you to earn money, you need to keep recruiting new people.

On the other hand, an MLM operates the same way, with one slight difference.

An MLM has products to sell.

That is how MLMs manage to circumvent the law.

With that out of the way, we can finally proceed with the review.

I am not affiliated with VeloVita in any way.

Hopefully this VeloVita MLM review can help you decide whether you want to sign up for the company or not.

What is VeloVita?

VeloVita is a multi-level marketing company that sells nootropics.

VeloVita MLM Review - VeloVita products

Well, before we go further, what are nootropics?

According to Wikipedia, nootropics are:

“drugs, supplements, and other substances that claim to improve cognitive function, particularly executive functions, memory, creativity, or motivation, in healthy individuals.”

The company launched in April 2020.

The founders of VeloVita are Kosta Gara and Jeff Mack.

Gara was involved in an MLM company that has collapsed called iGalen.

Mack, on the other hand, was the CEO of an MLM called Vidacup that has also collapsed over the years.

You can learn more about the company by watching this video.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OShY5tAWcf8

Like your typical run-of-the-mill MLM, VeloVita promotes an affiliate program where they promise that you can make money if you sign up.

However, it is not free to sign up.

You would have to pay a fee to start selling products.

Also, you will need to buy the products using your own money first.

VeloVita is currently based in Florida, United States.

How Do MLMs Work?

Welcome to the section where we talk more in-depth about MLMs.

Here, I share some knowledge that not is not so common to help people distinguish between MLMs and legitimate business opportunities.

Today, I will talk about why MLMs have a lot of members that are mothers.

You can watch this video to learn a little more about the issue at hand.

Anyway, from what we could observe so far, it seems like MLMs target moms because of a few reasons.

MLMs prey on mothers who are looking for extra income.

Most of the time, these mothers are either single moms or stay-at-home moms.

These makes them vulnerable and easily convinced when you say stuff like, “Do you want to earn money from the comfort of your own home?

These moms are looking to make as much money as they can in a way that does not interfere with their time with their kids and their other duties at home.

Also, moms have their own network of friends.

This network is what the MLMs are after.

MLMs want their members to keep recruiting, so moms who have quite a large network of friends are clearly in an advantage.

However, we already know at this point that MLMs only want to make money.

There are some MLMs that even urge their members to get a credit card and get a loan just to keep buying products that they will sell.

For a single mom that has a kid to feed and a household to run, isn’t that just scummy?

MLMs target moms because they are the most vulnerable and desperate.

Is VeloVita a Pyramid Scheme?

Since VeloVita members earn money both by selling services and recruiting new members, then it is safe to say that VeloVita is not a pyramid scheme.

VeloVita is an MLM though, so recruiting is more encouraged than actual selling of products.

This makes VeloVita look like a pyramid scheme in disguise.

VeloVita MLM Review - Pyramid scheme vs Multi-level marketing

Like NutriCellix, PureTrim, and Origami Owl, VeloVita is not a pyramid scheme.

Is VeloVita a Scam?

No, VeloVita is not a scam.

However, bear in mind that this company is still pretty new.

I think the better term is so far, VeloVita is not a scam.

At least not yet.

Since this company is fairly new, we have limited information to work with.

Even though that is the case, I suggest that you still do research on your own.

This review will definitely help you, but of course there are other sources of information out there.

The best resources you could turn to when it comes to researching MLMs are third-party sources.

This is because these sources have no influence from the company whatsoever.

This means that the information they share are unbiased and not skewed to the company’s favor.

Another thing to look for in researching an MLM is product reviews.

Remember that most customers do not lie when it comes to their experiences when using products.

Also, remember than when joining an MLM, you will have to market and sell the products.

It’s good to know whether the products really work or not.

Ex-member testimonials are also a good source of information.

You can tell whether or not the company cares about their members with this information.

How to Make Money from VeloVita

Since VeloVita is an MLM, there are only two ways to make money with the company. and these are:

  1. Selling products
  2. Recruiting members

VeloVita rewards the most hardworking members by giving them benefits.

How could be considered as hardworking though?

The most hardworking people, at least in an MLM, are these who have built their downline by recruiting a lot of members.

This is also necessary to keep your money through commissions coming.

You get commissions from your members’ sales so recruiting new members in a weekly basis is advised.

How to Join VeloVita

Joining VeloVita costs $49.95.

By paying this fee, you will be eligible to selling their products and building a downline.

When you sign up, you are required to buy their signature product.

You can learn more about the financial opportunity being advertised by VeloVita by watching this video.

VeloVita Signature Product – Brān

VeloVita MLM Review - VeloVita Bran

At present, this is the only product that VeloVita is selling.

Pronounced [breyn], Brān is “a well-rounded nootropic with leading-edge nanotechnology for maximum impact to deliver an instant boost to the central control unit of your body – your brain”, according to VeloVita’s website.

Brān costs $64.95 per pack of 28 servings.

It is available in three flavors:

  • Caramel Macchiato
  • Chocolate Sea Salt
  • Lemon Drop

The product’s ingredients are healthier compared to your average energy drinks, which is a plus.

Watch this video to learn more about Brān.

Things I Like in VeloVita

Anti-Pyramid Measures

VeloVita ensures that no pyramid scheme scenario will take place by enforcing a preventive measure.

To be able to build a downline, you are required to get 3 retail customers first.

You cannot make a downline easily with this measure in place.

Real Affiliate Program

If you want to sell VeloVita products but you don’t want to recruit, then that is also an option.

You can register as a VeloVita affiliate and sell their products at your website.

This does not require you to buy the product beforehand as well.

For every sale, you are paid 10% commission.

Of course, it is much better to do this if you have a following or an audience willing to buy from you.

Reasonable Price

I am actually surprised by this fact because I am used to seeing MLMs in this niche overpricing their products.

For $64.95, you are already getting a month’s worth of product.

Not only is Brān healthy, but the price will not burn a hole in your pocket.

Things I Dislike in VeloVita

Low Income Potential

Even though this MLM is still pretty new, let’s face the facts here.

Sure, VeloVita does not have an income disclosure statement to present yet, but it is still an MLM.

All MLMs are basically the same.

The only difference are the products they sell.

It is hard to sell the products, and recruiting is not as easy as these companies make it to be.

Gotta Buy

The more products you buy, the higher commissions you get.

That is how VeloVita works.

The commissions getting paid to you should not be from how much you spend, but from how much you sell.

Saturated Market

The market is already full of thousands of companies and brands selling these stuff.

Only the popular brands come out on top when it comes to this.

It is highly likely that this company will just be one of those MLMs that people do not know.

That isn’t really a good thing when you are trying to sell them products.

VeloVita Compensation Plan

You can view and access VeloVita’s compensation plan by clicking this link.

As usual, it is long, winded, and very confusing.

I managed to get the basic data by skimming through.

Here are the ways you can get paid in VeloVita:

  • Retail sales – from your own sales
  • Referral Commissions – from how much you spent when signing up
  • Residual Commissions – from your downline’s sales
  • Matching Bonus – from the bonuses from your downline’s sales
  • Quarterly Partnership Bonus
  • 5 Year Retirement Bonus

Final Verdict – VeloVita

Before I end this VeloVita MLM review, I have a few more insights I would like to share with you.

You might be tempted to sign up for VeloVita because you see it as an investment opportunity.

In an early stage of an MLM, most people invest as they think that they are at the top of the company at the moment.

If this is what you are thinking, then you are wrong.

There will always be people ahead of you.

If you cannot keep up with how much members are willing to spend to rank up, then this is not for you.

Also, are you really okay with having to recruit your friends and family just so you can earn commissions?

That’s pretty scummy, don’t you think?

Remember that there are always better alternatives to MLMs.

I could definitely recommend you one right now.

That’s it for my VeloVita MLM review. Hopefully this VeloVita MLM review helps with your decision.

I do not recommend MLMs. but if you want to make money online, you should check out my #1 recommendation to making money online after reviewing 300+ MLM companies.
