Today, we are going to talk about Verified Real Estate Leads. Is it legit? Find out more in this review.
One of the hardest things when it comes to running a business is find leads. I have written about lead generation in some form numerous times. It’s genuinely difficult to find leads. Sure, there are these companies that help you get leads for your business. But that’s really just a small part in actually making those leads into actual customers.
It’s even harder when it comes to real estate. In retail, you mostly do a lot of marketing in order to generate leads for your business. Most real estate agents do market themselves in their area. Those agents are often part of a larger network. Or that they’ve been working in that area for quite some time now.
So beginner agents often have to do a lot more work to get their names out there to the market. They probably don’t have a lot of money to put their faces on a billboard or on a bench near a bus stop. That’s the main struggle when you get into a new industry. It takes so much work to actually make it in the industry.
That’s why companies and websites like Verified Real Estate Leads exist. They know that there is a need for genuine real estate leads. Especially for those that struggle to find leads on their own. It doesn’t really seem that there is any major differences from other lead generation companies. Still, they deserve a more closer look.

Verified Real Estate Leads Review: Quick Details
- Name: Verified Real Estate Leads
- Founder: Not available
- Website: https://verifiedrealestateleads.com/
- Socials: Not available
- Type: Lead generation service
- Niche: Real estate investing
- Recommendation: While it’s possible to turn the leads that you buy off Verified Real Estate Leads into an actual sale, it takes a lot of effort to persuade your leads to actually buy and/or sell a property. It’s not guaranteed that all leads will be as consistent if you manage to make a sale from one of them.
Who Founded Verified Real Estate Leads?
Unfortunately, there is very little information that you can find about Verified Real Estate Leads. There is a profile for the company on the Better Business Bureau website. Though, it does seem that you can only access customer reviews if you’re from the United States.
I have thoroughly checked their website. But it doesn’t seem that they have any information about who started the company. They included an address for where you might find their office. But that’s about it. Their website is pretty sparse with information about the people who runs the company.
This happens a lot with certain internet-based companies. Not all of them are willing to mention the people who are employed by them. It does make people apprehensive when they don’t know if they’re actually conversing with other humans. As nice of an idea a certain company has, people might not be as willing to work with them if there isn’t an actual person to talk to.
But before we go in depth with what you need to know about Verified Real Estate Leads, why not take a look at the recommendation on the link below?
An Introduction to Lead Generation
Let’s first talk about lead generation. In case you didn’t know, lead generation is the process where you will get people’s attention to your business. Most marketing plans often involve lead generation in some way.
Every person can be considered a lead. If there is a certain age range or certain gender that you’re targeting, everybody that fits into those categories are considered leads. Leads are just people who are aware of the product or service that you’re offering. They aren’t customers just yet. But the plan is to make them one.
There are so many ways to generate leads. And often marketing is a part of that. People are not going to be aware of your business until you market to them. You have to put it the effort to make your name known to the market that you’re going to target.
Sometimes, leads go into a process known as the sales funnel. Once you have gotten a lead, it is your job to coax them into becoming a paying customer. Sometimes, it involves a lot of smooth talking or free samples. You have to convince them to buy your product. And it takes a lot of work.
Maybe not everyone is interested in patronizing your business right away. But at least they have you on their mind already. You do need to do as much as you can to garner their interest. But now in the way that they may get turned off by it if you do it to much.
What Is Verified Real Estate Leads?
Now that we have talked about lead generation, let’s talk about Verified Real Estate Leads. It’s pretty much a platform where you can get either buyer leads or seller leads for real estate. The name is pretty much self-explanatory.
Basically, you’re going to pay VREL money to get leads. It’s as simple as that. There are two price points that you need to know. $22 gets you buyer leads while $35 gets you seller leads. It sort of makes sense that leads for people selling their properties is a bit more expensive compared to the leads for potential buyers. They are the ones who have the property to sell through you. It’s hard to find people who are willing to sell or are planning to sell their property.
It doesn’t really seem that VREL’s filtering process is different from how you normally filter prospective leads. You do need to contact them to make sure that they’re actually pushing through with the sale or purchase of the property. It does seem that Verified Real Estate Leads will try to contact as many people within the area that you work in.
Once you’ve gotten those leads, you can do whatever you want with it. I mean, you are trying to help sell properties. So that’s pretty much what you have to do when you get leads.

Final Verdict – Verified Real Estate Leads Review
It’s hard to recommend the services that Verified Real Estate Leads provides. There’s nothing about what they offer seem all that different to other real estate-related lead generation services out there. I guess the pricing may be a lot cheaper compared to other lead generation companies. But that’s about it.
While it does seem that they have generally favorable reviews on the Better Business Bureau website, there are still reviews that mention that some of the leads they’ve gotten weren’t as verified as they had hoped. There are also instances where the refund process isn’t as well thought out.
I’m aware of the difficulties of finding leads, especially in real estate. But you do need to put in a lot of effort in order to turn those leads into actual sales. You can’t just rely solely on just getting the leads. That’s not how that works. Although, I feel like most experienced real estate agents know how to properly pitch a property to a perspective buyer. But sometimes people don’t want to put in the effort.
It’s definitely harder to get into the real estate industry compared to other niches. So many other people are working in the industry, doing the same thing as you. Most industries have competition. But there’s not really an adequate supply of housing that’s available at certain periods. And not all of the properties being sold are within a buyer’s price range.
