It’s even harder when it comes to real estate. In retail, you mostly do a lot of marketing in order to generate leads for your business. Most real estate agents do market themselves in their area. They probably don’t have a lot of money to put their faces on a billboard or on a bench near a bus stop. That’s the main struggle when you get into a new industry. Who Founded Verified Real Estate Leads?
Unfortunately, there is very little information that you can find about Verified Real Estate Leads. There is a profile for the company on the Better Business Bureau website. Though, it does seem that you can only access customer reviews if you’re from the United States.
I have thoroughly checked their website. But it doesn’t seem that they have any information about who started the company. They included an address for where you might find their office. But that’s about it. Their website is pretty sparse with information about the people who runs the company.
This happens a lot with certain internet-based companies. Not all of them are willing to mention the people who are employed by them. It does make people apprehensive when they don’t know if they’re actually conversing with other humans. As nice of an idea a certain company has, people might not be as willing to work with them if there isn’t an actual person to talk to.
But I guess it absolves them from any liability, in a way, if they don’t mention any names of the people who work there. Though I’m not sure if that’s good for business. People sometimes want to know about the people who run a business. And if they’re not willing to give them a tiny bit of information, then what’s the point. At least, people can seemingly go the location that’s indicated in their privacy policy. It still doesn’t guarantee you’ll find anything there. They don’t even have much of an online presence outside of that website.

Basically, you’re going to pay VREL money to get leads. It’s as simple as that. There are two price points that you need to know. $22 gets you buyer leads while $35 gets you seller leads. It sort of makes sense that leads for people selling their properties is a bit more expensive compared to the leads for potential buyers. They are the ones who have the property to sell through you. It’s hard to find people who are willing to sell or are planning to sell their property.
It doesn’t really seem that VREL’s filtering process is different from how you normally filter prospective leads. You do need to contact them to make sure that they’re actually pushing through with the sale or purchase of the property. It does seem that Verified Real Estate Leads will try to contact as many people within the area that you work in.
Once you’ve gotten those leads, you can do whatever you want with it. I mean, you are trying to help sell properties. So that’s pretty much what you have to do when you get leads.

Final Verdict – Verified Real Estate Leads Review
It’s hard to recommend the services that Verified Real Estate Leads provides. There’s nothing about what they offer seem all that different to other real estate-related lead generation services out there. I guess the pricing may be a lot cheaper compared to other lead generation companies. But that’s about it.
While it does seem that they have generally favorable reviews on the Better Business Bureau website, there are still reviews that mention that some of the leads they’ve gotten weren’t as verified as they had hoped. There are also instances where the refund process isn’t as well thought out.
I’m aware of the difficulties of finding leads, especially in real estate. But you do need to put in a lot of effort in order to turn those leads into actual sales. You can’t just rely solely on just getting the leads. That’s not how that works. Although, I feel like most experienced real estate agents know how to properly pitch a property to a perspective buyer. But sometimes people don’t want to put in the effort.
It’s definitely harder to get into the real estate industry compared to other niches. So many other people are working in the industry, doing the same thing as you. Most industries have competition. But there’s not really an adequate supply of housing that’s available at certain periods. And not all of the properties being sold are within a buyer’s price range.
