VestRight is an educational program that serves the purpose of teaching people how to effectively earn money by investing in real estate. Unlike the majority of real estate courses that focus on investing in fully-developed properties (e.g. house and lot), VestRight focuses on investing in raw land properties.
The creators of VestRight argue that investing in raw land is profitable because it has a lower cost that investing in built properties. There are no contractors, tenants, repairs, closing costs, broker fees, or debt to be concerned about in investing in raw land, which means lower financial risk.
Despite that, the demand for raw land is also high, especially if they’re located in areas where urban development is more likely to bloom. Thus, VestRight claims that land investing can also be as profitable as property investing, if not even more.
VestRight claims to give you the knowledge and the tools that you’ll need to turn your land-flipping business into something that can help you generate five, six, or even seven-figure real estate earnings. It also claims to be an adaptable business, so you can have the freedom to spend your time whenever or wherever you see fit, whether working long or short hours.
But would I recommend real estate investing as a method to earn money for someone like you? Not quite.
Because as interesting as it may seem, the hard truth is that working in real estate isn’t really for everyone. You not only have to put up a good amount of hard workload to succeed, but you also have to prepare a huge amount of capital to start.

Land Listings Unleashed is the main educational course that is offered by VestRight. According to the description, this is where you’ll learn everything you need how to earn six or seven figures worth of income from investing in raw land.
The course contains a total of 50 modules, though there may be extra modules included as bonuses. It’s intended to be taken in a span of 21 days. To accomplish that, the course is designed in such a way that the later parts of the online course won’t be available until you first finish the previous week.
Aside from the curriculum presented here, Land Listings Unleashed also provides clear instructions on how you can apply the knowledge that you learned from here. In addition, it also includes a plethora of bonuses, such as tools, documents, templates and other things you’ll need to for your real estate business.
7-Figure Raw Land Payday Playbook
The 7-Figure Raw Land Payday Playbook is billed as a “free online course” by VestRight. It’s a downloadable PDF document that claims to detail on how you can earn seve figures or more, by investing in raw land.
In truth , however, it’s simply just a pitch to get people to enroll in VestRight’s course. Thus, there’s really much to see here in terms of educational content.
It basically contains some details about the course founder’s life, and what was it like before he got into real estate. He also shows here on how he was able to change his life by delving into this business, and how was he able to succeed, when plenty of people weren’t able to.
At the end of the document, you’ll then be presented with a link where you’ll be taken to their “free training”. The training is said to be an expansion of the concepts that are presented in the e-book.
But, as you can expect, it’s mostly even sales pitching to convince you even further into enrolling. While there’s some real estate lessons that you may be able to learn from the free training, they only cover mostly the basics.
How Much Does VestRight Cost?
The cost of the mentoring program is not as cheap as you may think, and even the VestRight personnel acknowledges that. They first tell you to fill up an application then later be scheduled for a phone call with one of their representatives.
After that, enrolling in the Land Listings Unleashed course can cost you $9,000 if you decide to join immediately over the phone. But strangely, if you decide to think it over and join at a later date, the cost will come up to $16,000.
As for why that happens, there’s still no proper explanation as of this review. Regardless, it’s pretty obvious to everyone that this course is incredibly expensive.
And compared to the value that VestRight gives, I’d say that it may not be worth the price tag. Honestly, before spending that much, you want to make sure if real estate investing is something that you really want to master.

Is The Business Model Behind VestRight Worth Doing?
As stated before, the main idea behind VestRight is to help you earn money, by investing in raw land. On paper, this may seem like a great idea.
For me, it’s only half-right. That’s because the profitability of a real estate investment is quite high, due to the fact that it’s value very rarely goes down.
In fact, as time passes, your real estate investment’s value goes even higher. Thus, you can potentially earn double, even triple your invested money when you’re able to sell it at the right price.
But keep in mind that if you plan on selling the land you invested on, you have to wait for a very long time before you’re able to. The waiting time could last for months if you’re lucky enough, but some can take years.
That’s because potential buyers for real estate are always hard to come by. Obviously, because of its very high price.
I’ll be honest here: reselling real estate, whether it’s raw land or a home. is a dicey business. Depending on where you live, it may or may not pay off.
When all expenses are added together, a significant number of resold houses actually end up being sold at a loss. This is especially true when you want to sell your land immediately because you needed cash.
To summarize, being a real estate investor can net you a huge sum of money in the future. But you should not rely on it entirely.
