Zyia has a pay scheme that is typical of multi-level marketing companies.
The concept is straightforward: either make money by reselling their fashionable sportswear or by recruiting people to join your team and make money off of their sales.
Zyia offers a tiered salary structure with 11 distinct tiers and corresponding perquisites for its employees.
More sales or recruits means a greater position and more money. You may work your way up through the ranks of the ZYIA from Representative all the way to President.
